Claims (7)
- Appareil de cuisson comprenant une enceinte de cuisson (2) comportant au moins un dispositif de dorage à résistance chauffante (1) et un dispositif de génération d'énergie micro-ondes (3), un circuit d'alimentation (4) du dispositif de dorage à résistance chauffante et du dispositif de génération d'énergie micro-ondes et un tableau de commande (7) qui comporte des moyens de sélection (8) permettant de saisir des familles d'aliments prédéfinies, des moyens d'entrée d'informations (9) d'une durée de consigne T d'une phase de cuisson d'une famille d'aliments, des moyens d'affichage de temps (10) d'au moins la durée de consigne T, et des moyens de commande (11) pour déclencher le déroulement d'une phase de cuisson, les moyens de sélection (8), les moyens d'entrée d'informations (9), les moyens d'affichage (10) et les moyens de commande (11) étant reliés à des moyens de traitement d'information (20) qui comprennent, entre autres, des moyens de mémorisation (21) d'au moins la durée de consigne T et des moyens d'annulation (22), d'une part, de ladite durée de consigne T et, d'autre part, de l'alimentation du circuit d'alimentation,
caractérisé en ce que les moyens de traitement d'information (20) comportent des moyens de commutation (18) entre les moyens d'annulation (22) et les moyens de sélection (8) pour que, lors de l'actionnement des moyens de sélection pendant le déroulement d'une phase de cuisson, les moyens de commutation (18) activent les moyens d'annulation. - Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que, les moyens de sélection (8) comprennent un bouton rotatif à position déterminée devant chacune des famille d'aliments sélectionnables. - Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que, les moyens de traitement d'informations (20) comportent des moyens de temporisation (24) destinés entre autres à être activés par les moyens de commutation (18) lors de l'actionnement des moyens de sélection (8) au cours d'une phase de cuisson et déclenchant une phase de suspension au cours de laquelle l'usager peut redéclencher une nouvelle phase de cuisson. - Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que, la durée de la phase de suspension présente une valeur de l'ordre de 4 minutes. - Procédé de fonctionnement pour un appareil de cuisson selon l'une quelconques des revendication 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'actionnement des moyens de sélection (8) par l'usager pendant le déroulement d'une phase de cuisson, les moyens de traitement d'informations (20) permettent simultanément, d'une part, l'activation des moyens d'annulation (22) qui effacent la durée de consigne T et coupent l'alimentation d'au moins la résistance chauffante (1) et du dispositif de génération d'énergie micro-ondes (3), et d'autre part, l'activation des moyens de temporisation (24) qui déclenchent une phase de suspension. - Procédé de fonctionnement pour une appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que, à la fin de la durée de la phase de suspension, si aucun actionnement n'a été effectué soit sur les moyens de sélection (8), soit sur les moyens d'entrée d'informations (9), les moyens de traitement d'informations (20) transmettent un signal aux moyens d'affichage de temps (10) destiné à indiquer à l'usager que l'appareil de cuisson est en mode repos. - Procédé de fonctionnement pour un appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6 et appliqué à un appareil de cuisson équipé d'une résistance de convection alimentée par le circuit d'alimentation (4),
caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'actionnement des moyens de sélection (8) par l'usager pendant le déroulement d'une phase de cuisson, les moyens d'annulation (22) coupent l'alimentation de la résistance de convection.
