Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Kochen mit einem Kochraum (2), der wenigstens eine Bräunungsvorrichtung (1) mit einem Heizwiderstand und eine Vorrichtung (3) zur Mikrowellenenergieerzeugung enthält, einer Versorgungsschaltung (4) für die Bräunungsvorrichtung mit Heizwiderstand und die Vorrichtung zur Mikrowellenenergieerzeugung und einem Bedienfeld (7), das eine Auswahlvorrichtung (8), die ein Erfassen von vordefinierten Lebensmittelklassen zuläßt, eine Vorrichtung (9) zum Eingeben von Informationen bezüglich einer Einstellzeitdauer T einer Kochphase für eine Lebensmittelklasse, eine Zeitanzeige (10) wenigstens der Einstellzeitdauer T und eine Steuervorrichtung (11) zum Einleiten einer Kochphase umfaßt, wobei die Auswahlvorrichtung (8), die Vorrichtung (9) zum Eingeben von Informationen, die Anzeige (10) und die Steuervorrichtung (11) mit einer Vorrichtung (20) zum Verarbeiten einer Information verbunden sind, die unter anderem einen Speicher (21) für wenigstens die Einstellzeitdauer T und eine Vorrichtung (22) zum Annullieren einerseits der Einstellzeitdauer T und andererseits der Versorgung durch die Versorgungsschaltung umfaßt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (20) zum Verarbeiten von Informationen eine Umwandlungsvorrichtung (18) zwischen der Annullierungsvorrichtung (22) und der Auswahlvorrichtung (8) umfaßt, damit bei Betätigung der Auswahlvorrichtung während einer Kochphase die Umwandlungsvorrichtung (18) die Annullierungsvorrichtung aktiviert.
  2. Kochvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswahlvorrichtung (8) einen Drehknopf mit einer bestimmten Position für jede auswählbare Lebensmittelklasse umfaßt.
  3. Kochvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (20) zum Verarbeiten von Informationen eine Verzögerungsvorrichtung (24) umfaßt, die unter anderem durch die Umwandlungsvorrichtung (18) bei Betätigung der Auswahlvorrichtung (8) im Verlauf einer Kochphase aktivierbar ist und eine Unterbrechungsphase einleitet, in deren Verlauf der Benutzer eine neue Kochphase wieder einleiten kann.
  4. Kochvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterbrechungsphase ungefähr vier Minuten dauert.
  5. Arbeitsverfahren für eine Kochvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1. bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Betätigung der Auswahlvorrichtung (8) durch den Benutzer während einer Kochphase die Vorrichtung (20) zum Verarbeiten von Informationen gleichzeitig einerseits die Aktivierung der Annullierungsvorrichtung (22), die die Einstellzeitdauer T löscht und die Versorgung wenigstens des Heizwiderstands (1) und der Vorrichtung (3) zur Mikrowellenenergieerzeugung unterbricht, und andererseits die Aktivierung der Verzögerungsvorrichtung (24) zuläßt, die eine Unterbrechungsphase einleitet.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende der Zeitdauer der Unterbrechungsphase, falls eine Betätigung weder an der Auswahlvorrichtung (8) noch an der Vorrichtung (9) zum Eingeben von Informationen vorgenommen worden ist, die Vorrichtung (20) zur Verarbeitung von Informationen ein Signal an die Zeitanzeige (10) überträgt, die dem Benutzer anzeigen kann, daß sich die Kochvorrichtung in einem ruhenden Betriebszustand befindet.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6 und für eine Kochvorrichtung, die mit einem Konvektionswiderstand ausgestattet ist, der von der Versorgungsschaltung (4) versorgt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Betätigung der Auswahlvorrichtung (8) durch den Benutzer während einer Kochphase die Annullierungsvorrichtung (22) die Versorgung des Konvektionswiderstands unterbricht.
