Claims (3)
- 被調理物を内部に収容する調理室と、
前記被調理物を加熱する加熱手段と、
前記調理室内の温度を検出する庫内温度検出手段と、
前記被調理物から排出される排気に含まれる所定成分のガスの量を検出するにおい検出手段と、
前記被調理物を設定温度で加熱調理するように前記加熱手段を制御する加熱調理制御部と、を備え、
前記加熱調理制御部は、前記調理室内が設定温度で収束安定して飽和状態になったことを前記庫内温度検出手段で検出した後で、検出された所定成分のガスの量が下降から上昇に転じたときの値から所定値以上に上昇したことを前記におい検出手段で検出したときに、前記加熱手段の加熱を終了するように構成されることを特徴とする加熱調理器。 - 前記被調理物の表面温度を検出する被調理物温度検出手段をさらに備え、
前記加熱調理制御部は、調理開始後に検出した、前記被調理物の表面温度、時間当たりの前記表面温度の上昇値および前記所定成分のガスの時間当たりの上昇量から前記被調理物の焦げやすさを判断して、前記所定値に反映させるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱調理器。 - 調理の設定内容や進行状況を表示する表示手段をさらに備え、
前記加熱調理制御部は、前記被調理物の焦げやすさを判断したデータから前記被調理物Sの予定加熱時間を算出して、当該予定加熱時間を前記表示手段に表示するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の加熱調理器。
