Claims (7)

  1. Abgabevorrichtung für ein Fluid, die einen mit einem Hals versehenen Behälter und eine Pumpe umfaßt, die auf diesem Hals vermittels eines Mantelringes (20b) befestigt ist, wobei die Pumpe eine Pumpenkammer (6), die von einem Pumpenkörper (1) begrenzt wird, und einen Kolben (3) umfaßt, der im Pumpenkörper (1) zwischen einer Ruhelage und einer Arbeitsstellung gleitet, wobei das Volumen der Pumpenkammer (6) durch den Pumpenkörper (1) und die Ruhelage des Kolbens (3) definiert ist, wobei weiterhin der Mantelring (20b) eine zentrale Öffnung (21) aufweist, durch die ein oberer Teil (10) der Pumpe hindurchtritt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantelring (20) in der Nähe seiner zentralen Öffnung (21) wenigstens eine Vertiefung (30) aufweist, die eine vorgegebene Tiefe besitzt und in den Pumpenkörper (1) hineinragt, wobei die wenigstens eine Vertiefung (30) einen unteren Teil (31) aufweist, der mit einem Element der Pumpe in Berührung steht, das die Ruhelage des Kolbens (3) festlegt, wobei dieser im Inneren des Pumpenkörpers (1) um einen Abstand versetzt ist, der ungefähr gleich der Tiefe der wenigstens einen Vertiefung (30) ist, derart, daß die Tiefe der Vertiefung das Volumen der Pumpenkammer (6) einstellt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Mantelring (20b) eine einzige, ringförmige Vertiefung (30) umfaßt, wobei diese ringförmige Vertiefung die zentrale Öffnung (21) umschließt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der der Mantelring (20b) mit seiner Vertiefung (30) eine äußere Form besitzt, die unabhängig von der Tiefe der Vertiefung (30) im wesentlichen immer die gleiche ist.
  4. Verfahren zum Einstellen des Volumens einer Pumpenkammer (6), einer auf dem Hals eines Behälters vermittels eines Mantelringes (20b) befestigten Pumpe, wobei die Pumpe einen Pumpenkörper (1) und einen Kolben (3) umfaßt, der im Pumpenkörper (1) zwischen einer Ruhelage und einer Arbeitsstellung gleitet, wobei das Volumen der Pumpenkammer (6) durch den Pumpenkörper (1) und die Ruhelage des Kolbens (3) definiert ist, wobei der Mantelring (20b) eine zentrale Öffnung (21) aufweist, durch die hindurch sich ein oberer Teil (10) der Pumpe erstreckt, gekennzeichnet durch den Schritt, daß der Mantelring (20b) in der Nähe der zentralen Öffnung (21) mit wenigstens einer Vertiefung (30) ausgebildet wird, die eine festgelegte Tiefe aufweist und sich in den Pumpenkörper (1) hinein erstreckt, wobei die Vertiefung (30) mit einem unteren Teil (31) mit einem Element der Pumpe in Berührung steht, das die Ruhelage des Kolbens (3) festlegt, wobei dieser im Inneren des Pumpenkörpers (1) um einen Abstand verschoben ist, der in etwa gleich der Tiefe der wenigstens einen Vertiefung (30) ist, derart, daß die Tiefe der wenigstens einen Vertiefung (30) das Volumen der Pumpenkammer (6) einstellt.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei dem eine einzige, ringförmige Vertiefung (30) im Mantelring (20b) ausgebildet wird, wobei diese ringförmige Vertiefung die zentrale Öffnung (21) umschließt.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei dem der Schritt des Ausbildens wenigstens einer Vertiefung (30) im Mantelring (20b) durch eine Verformung des Materials in der Nähe der zentralen Öffnung (21) durchgeführt wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, bei dem der Schritt der Ausbildung wenigstens einer Vertiefung (30) im Mantelring (20b) derart ausgeführt wird, daß der Mantelring (20b) mit seiner wenigstens einen Vertiefung (30) unabhängig von der Tiefe der Vertiefung (30) eine im wesentlichen immer gleiche Form aufweist.
