Claims (11)

  1. Schmiermittel, bestehend im wesentlichen aus (in Gew.-%) Ethylenglykoldilaurat 50-85 Ethylenglykolmonolaurat 10-30 Sterinsäure bis zu 20 anderen Glykol, Ester und Carbonsäurearten bis zu 20,
    durch Analyse bestimmt, wobei das Schmiermittel eine Härte im Bereich von 0,1 bis 10 N/mm bei allen Temperaturen im Bereich von 15 bis 35°C hat.
  2. Schmiermittel nach Anspruch 1, worin das Schmiermittel eine Härte im Bereich von 0,1 bis 5 N/mm bei allen Temperaturen innerhalb des angegebenen Bereiches hat.
  3. Schmiermittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin das Schmiermittel eine Härte innerhalb des angegebenen Bereiches bei allen Temperaturen im Bereich von 15 bis 40°C hat.
  4. Schmiermittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, worin der Sterinsäuregehalt 15 bis 20 Gew.-% ist.
  5. Geschmiertes Metall, worin eine Oberfläche des Metalls einen Film des Schmiermittels einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 trägt.
  6. Geschmiertes Metall nach Anspruch 5, worin das Metall ein Blech ist.
  7. Geschmiertes Metall nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, worin das Metall Aluminium ist.
  8. Geschmiertes Metall nach Anspruch 7, worin das Metall eine stark gebundene artifizielle anorganische Oberflächenschicht auf der Oberseite hat, auf der der Film des Schmiermittels vorhanden ist.
  9. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Struktur von geformten Aluminiumkomponenten, ausgehend von einem geschmierten Aluminiummetallblech nach einem der Anspruch 6 bis 8, umfassend die Schritte:
    Formen von Blechstücken in Komponenten gewünschter Form pressgeformt,
    Zusammenbringen der Komponenten in eine Form der gewünschten Struktur, und
    Zusammenführen der Komponenten durch mechanische und/oder Haftmittel.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, umfassend die Schritte:
    Formen von Blechstücken in Komponenten,
    Auftragen des Haftmittels auf die Komponenten
    Zusammenführen der Komponenten in die Form der gewünschten Struktur und
    Härten des Haftmittels.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder Anspruch 10, umfassend die zusätzlichen Schritte des Unterwerfens der Struktur der Wirkung eines flüssigen alkalischen Reinigers und danach Anstreichen der Struktur.
