Abstract
一种水固两相运动减阻剂,它由润滑剂和表面活性剂及其他一些添加剂组成。水中运动体表面涂擦该减阻剂后,其所受水之阻力大大减少,从而提高运动速度,降低能量消耗。
Description
一种用于水中运动体减少运动阻力的减阻剂,特别是用于游泳或潜水运动的减阻剂。属化学中润滑剂的制备和应用技术领域。
物体在水中运动时,阻力越小越好,如游泳运动员或潜水运动员在训练比赛中总力图减小自己在水中的阻力,这样,能耗低。速度快。但由于人体形状是固定的,不能象汽车或轮船那样按流线型设计。如何减少运动员训练比赛中的水阻,一直是专家和运动员千方百计设法解决而没有解决的问题。
本发明是将润滑机理应用于水中运动体,使运动体如运动员的体表形成一薄层润滑膜,从而降低两者之间的摩擦阻力系数。
水固两相运动减阻剂的成分中主要包括润滑剂30-50%及表面活性剂20-40%,余量为水(按重量组分计,下同)。
润滑剂可以是润滑脂,如凡士林、羊毛脂等;也可以是润滑油,如白油、硅油及其他矿物油等。
表面活性剂可以是离子型表面活性剂,如烷基苯磺酸钠、烯基磺酸钠,烷基磺酸钠,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,脂肪醇硫酸钠等;也可以是非离子型表面活性剂,如聚醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基醇酰胺、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯等;还可以是阳离子型或两性离子型表面活性剂,如十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱等;或者是上述各型的复配型。
为了增加减阻剂的稳定性,可以在其中加入增粘剂,增粘剂可以是无机类增粘剂,如氯化钠、氯化钾或硫酸钾等;也可以是有机增粘剂,如烷基醇酰胺等,它们均可起增粘作用。由于粘度增大,各种溶质的扩散作用可以受到阻碍,增加了制剂的稳定性。
可以在制剂中加入干蛋白粉,用量可在3-10%间选择。
为了增加使用效果及舒适感,可以添加各种添加剂,添加量在10-30%间。其中包括硬脂酸2-5%;甘油2-5%;氢氧化钾0.5-1.5%;水10-20%;香精0.1-0.3%。
下面详列两实施例之配方:
①凡士林 30%
白油 20%
聚醚 23%
干蛋白粉 3%
硬脂酸 3%
甘油 4.1%
氢氧化钾 1%
水 15.7%
香精 0.2%
②凡士林 20%
白油 15%
羊毛脂 5%
烷基苯磺酸纳 35%
氯化钠 3%
甘油 2%
硬脂酸 5%
水 19.9%
香精 0.1%
配制时,将硬脂酸和甘油加热溶解;将氢氧化钾和水混合加热;然后把两者投入容器内搅拌,并加入香精,制成膏体待用。将凡士林、白油、聚醚、制得的膏体、干蛋白粉等依次加入搅拌均匀即成。
使用时,将身体擦干,取少许制剂涂擦均匀即可。
水中运动体涂擦该减阻剂后,其与水间的摩擦系数变小,水阻随之降低。在对游泳和潜水运动员进行的实测中,都取得了意想不到的好成绩。该减阻剂也可以用于水中运动的其他物体,如船等上面。从而提高运动速度,降低能量消耗。
Claims (8)
1、一种水固两相运动减阻剂,其特征在于其成份中包括(按重量组分计):
润滑剂: 30-50%
表面活性剂: 20-40%
水: 余量
其中,表面活性剂可以是离子型、非离子型、两性离子型或上述各型的复配型中的任一种。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水固两相运动减阻剂,其特征在于可在其中加入3-10%的干蛋白粉。
3、根据权利要求2所述的水固两相运动减阻剂,其特征在于可在其中加入有机类或无机类的增粘剂。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的水固两相运动减阻剂,其特征在于可在其中加入添加剂,添加剂为硬脂酸2-5%、甘油2-5%、氢氧化钾0.5-1.5%、香精0.1-0.3%中的一种或几种。
