Abstract

15 내지 40℃ 범위의 모든 온도에서 0.1 내지 10N/mm의 경도를 갖는 윤활제가 제공된다. 윤활제는 스테아르산 같은 지방산의 최소량과 임의로 혼합된 글리콜의 적어도 하나의 완전 에스테르, 예를 들면 에틸렌 글리콜 디라우레이트, 및/또는 지방산가 혼합간 최소량의 글리콜의 불완전 에스테르를 포함한다. 윤활제는 프레스-형성 성분의 생성, 특히 알루미늄 시이트를 접착 결합된 알루미늄 구조로 전환하는 기술에 유용하다.

Claims (13)

  1. a) C8-C18 포화된 카복실산을 갖는 디- 또는 폴리-히드록시 화합물의 완전한 에스테르를 적어도 하나의 긴-사슬 카복실산 최소량 및/또는 C8-C18 포화 카복실산을 갖는 적어도 하나의 디- 또는 폴리-히드록시 화합물의 불완전 에스테르 최소량과 혼합시키는 것을 필수적으로 포함하고, b) 15 내지 35℃ 범위의 모든 온도에서 0.1-10N/mm 범위의 경도를 갖는 금속의 표면이 윤활제의 필름을 운반하는 윤활된 금속.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 완전 에스테르가 에틸렌 글리콜 디라우레이트 및/또는 프로필렌 글리콜 디스테아레이트인 윤활된 금속.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 불완전 에스테르가 에틸렌 글리콜 모노라우레이트인 윤활된 금속.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 윤활제의 필름이 명시된 범위내 모든 온도에서 0.1 내지 5N/mm 범위의 경도를 갖는 윤활된 금속.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 윤활제의 필름이 15 내지 40℃ 범위의 모든 온도에서 명시된 범위내 경도를 갖는 윤활된 금속.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 윤활제가 필수적으로 에틸렌 글리콜 디라우레이트 50∼85중량%, 에틸렌 글리콜 모노라우레이트 10∼30중량%, 스테아르산 20중량% 이하, 기타 글리콜, 에스테르 및 카복실산류 20중량% 이하로 이루어지는 윤활된 금속.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 스테아르산 성분이 15 내지 20중량%인 윤활된 금속.
  8. 제1 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속이 시이트인 윤활된 금속.
  9. 제1 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속이 알루미늄인 윤활된 금속.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 알루미늄이 윤활제의 필름이 존재하는 상단에 강하게-결합된-인위적 무기표층을 운반하는 윤활된 금속.
  11. -시이트의 조각을 성분으로 성형하고 -목적하는 구조물의 모양으로 성분을 모으고 -기계적 및/또는 접착성의 수단에 의해 성분을 함께 고정시키는 단계를 포함하는 제8항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 윤활된 알루미늄 금속 시이트로부터 출발한 성형된 알루미늄 성분의 구조물 제조 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, -시이트의 조각을 성분으로 성형하고 -성분에 접착제를 도포하고 -목적하는 구조물의 모양으로 성분을 모으고 -접착제를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  13. 제11항 또는 12항에 있어서, 수성 알카리성 세제의 활성으로 구조가 이루어지고, 그후에 구조물을 페인팅시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
