Description

Bei einer bekannten Ausführung dieser Art (DE 26 48 098 C3) überdeckt die elastische Folie die Dosierelemente und den Farbkasten über seine ganze Breite, so daß die eingefüllte Druckfarbe auch bei ihrem höchsten Stand nicht unter die Folie gelangen kann. Gemäß der Erfindung wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß die beiden Verschlußstücke durch eine Traverse verbunden sind, die den Farbraum gegenüber der Farbkastenwalze begrenzt und daß die elastische Folie an der Traverse befestigt ist. Durch diese Lösung läßt sich die Breite der Folie wesentlich reduzieren, so daß die Kosten hierfür vermindert werden. Außerdem fällt entsprechend weniger Material für die Entsorgung an, so daß auch hierdurch eine Kosteneinsparung entsteht. Durch den begrenzten Farbraum läßt sich ein Auftragswechsel schneller durchführen und der Farbkastenwalze wird ständig frische Druckfarbe zugeführt. Hierdurch wird die Handhabung erleichtert und die Reinigungsarbeit, z. Der Farbkasten 1 ist über seine Länge mit einer Vielzahl zonenbreiten Dosierelementen 2 versehen, die von Farbdosiereinrichtungen 3 steuerbar sind. Die Dosierelemente 2 sind über eine elastische Folie 4 gegenüber einer Farbkastenwalze 5 auf unterschiedliche Farbspaltdicken einstellbar. An beiden Stirnseiten ist der Farbraum 6 von Verschlußstücken 7 begrenzt, die gegenüber der Farbkastenwalze 5 abgedichtet sind. Beide Verschlußstücke sind durch eine Traverse 8 fest miteinander verbunden, die den Farbraum 6 gegenüber der Farbkastenwalze 5 so begrenzt, daß nur ein relativ geringer Farbvorrat zum Einsatz kommt. Die elastische Folie 4 wird zwischen Farbkasten 1 und Traverse 8 hindurchgeführt und auf der dem Farbraum 6 gegenüberliegenden Seite mittels einer Klemmleiste 9 an der Traverse 8 festgeklemmt. Hierdurch wird mit Sicherheit ein Austreten der Druckfarbe aus dem Farbraum 6 verhindert. Auf beiden Seiten erstreckt sich die elastische Folie 4 bis unter die Verschlußstücke 7, so daß auch hier eine sichere Abdichtung des Farbraumes gewährleistet ist. Nach Lösen der Befestigung der beiden Verschlußstücke 7 läßt sich die komplette Einheit bestehend aus beiden Verschlußstücken 7, Traverse 8, Folie 4 und Klemmleiste 9 auf einfache Weise aus der Maschine entfernen, so daß Reinigungsarbeiten oder Folienwechsel auch außerhalb der Maschine durchgeführt werden können. Hierzu kann der Farbkasten 1 nach dem Entleeren der Farbe in bekannter Weise von der Farbkastenwalze 5 abgeschwenkt werden.
