Claims (4)

  1. Kühlmöbel mit einem ersten Abteil (5), das zum raschen Gefrieren von Waren bestimmt ist, und mit einem zweiten Abteil (1) kommuniziert, das einen Verdampfer (2) aufweist und dessen Luft beim Betrieb des Möbels durch den Verdampfer gekühlt und über die einzufrierenden, im ersten Abteil befindlichen Waren mittels eines Gebläses (9) geblasen wird, wobei der Verdampfer in gleicher Weise dazu geeignet ist, ein drittes Abteil (10) zu kühlen, das dem Aufbewahren der eingefrorenen Waren dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Verdampfer ein Kältespeicher (3, 7) zugeordnet ist, der aus einer Batterie von Kältespeichern besteht, die ihrerseits durch einen Zwischenraum vom Verdampfer getrennt sowie in gegenseitigem Abstand angeordnet sind, sowie zwei Wänden des zweiten Abteils (1), um der Luft Zutritt zur gesamten Außenfläche der genannten Sammler zu gewähren, daß das Abteil (1), das den Verdampfer und die Speicherbatterie enthält, die Verlängerung des Abteils (5) bildet, das zum raschen Gefrieren bestimmt ist, mit welchem es über zwei große Öffnungen kommuniziert, die die gesamte Breite des genannten Abteils einnehmen und deren eine das Gebläse aufweist, das derart angeordnet ist, daß die Luft, die gleichzeitig durch den Verdampfer und die Kältespeicher gekühlt wird, direkt auf die einzufrierenden Waren geblasen wird, die in dem zum raschen Einfrieren bestimmten Abteil (5) angeordnet sind, und daß das Gebläse sowie das Kühlaggregat, das den Verdampfer speist, gleichzeitig durch einen Kommutator gesteuert sind, dem beim raschen Einfrieren ein Zeitschaltwerk zugeordnet ist.
  2. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kältespeicherbatterie ein eutektisches Material enthält, dessen gesamte Masse sowie die Fraktionierung in mehrere Kältespeicher derart ausgewählt sind, daß eine Gesamt-Kältespeicherkapazität und thermische Austauschfläche geschaffen werden, die genügend groß sind, um ein rasches Einfrieren sicherzustellen.
  3. Kühl möbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Speicherkapazität und die Austauschfläche derart gewählt sind, um eine Gefriergeschwindigkeit von 0,5 bis 5 cm pro Stunde je nach Ware zu erzielen.
  4. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kühlaggregat, mit dem es ausgerüstet ist, mittels des Verdampfers (2) das Kühlen bis zu der angestrebten Minustemperatur sowohl der Kältespeicher, des Schnellfrierabteils (5) und indirekt des Abteils (10) zum Aufbewahren sicherstellt durch Leitung durch die diesen beiden Abteilen gemeinsame Wand.
