Claims (3)
- Reinigungsmaschine für bearbeitete Teile mit einer Vorrichtung für die Präzisionsreinigung und/oder das Entgraten von Öffnungen in bearbeiteten Teilen, die in der Reinigungskammern der Reinigungs- und/oder Entgrat-Stationen der Reinigungsmaschine angebracht ist, in die die zu reinigenden Teile (1) an einem Ende der Maschine eingebracht werden, mittels einer Vorschubeinheit (3), wie beispielweise Stufenschrittvorschubsleisten, mit intermittierendem Vorschub durch die Reinigungsmaschine geführt werden, und dann einzeln durch verschiedene Bearbeitungsdurchführungs-Stationen gesandt werden, bevor sie schließlich am anderen Ende der Maschine entladen werden, wobei die Vorrichtung gekennzeichnet ist, durch:Mittel zum Tragen und Drehen des zu reinigenden Teils (1), die im Inneren der Reinigungskammer angeordnet sind; undeine Reinigungseinrichtung, die im wesentlichen außerhalb der Reinigungskammern angeordnet ist und mit Düsen (17) zum Führen der Reinigungsflüssigkeit ausgerüstet ist, wobei diese durch Traglanzen (18), die durch eine Öffnung in der Oberseite der Kammer hindurchgehen, in die Reinigungskammer so eingeführt sind, dass die Düsen (17) sich in der Nähe der Öffnungen (2), die in dem Teil (1) gereinigt werden müssen, und diesen zugekehrt, in Position bringen, wobei diese Reinigungseinrichtung von einem Schlitten (22) getragen ist, der sich außerhalb der Reinigungskammer befindet und mit einer horizontalen Verschiebungsbewegung, die bezüglich der Vorschubrichtung der Vorschubeinrichtung (3) quer verläuft, versehen ist, wobei diese Mittel zum Tragen und Drehen des zu reinigenden Teils (1) zwei Punkte zum Halten des Teils umfassen, die die Achse bestimmen, um die das Teil (1) während der Reinigungs-und/oder Entgratbehandlung gedreht werden kann, wobei mindestens einer der Haltepunkte mit das Teil (1) greifenden Drehgreifern ausgerüstet ist, und von einem numerisch gesteuerten Motor (10) angetrieben werden, der das Drehen des Teils (1) steuert und es in die Lage versetzt, eine Anzahl vorprogrammierter Positionen um dessen Drehachse einzunehmen.
- Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten, der die Reinigungseinrichtung trägt, einen Rahmen (22), der ein Antriebsglied (21), wie beispielsweise einen hydraulischen oder pneumatischen Zylinder, trägt; einen vertikalen Arm (20), der die Lanzen (18) trägt, die die Düsen (17) halten, der sich vertikal bewegen kann, wenn das Antriebsglied (21) betätigt wird; Führungslager (23) für den vertikalen Arm (20); und eine Mutter (26) umfasst, die mit einer horizontalen Leitspindel (27) zusammenarbeitet, die auf dem Rahmen der Reinigungsmaschine angebracht ist und durch einen zweiten numerisch gesteuerten Motor (24) angetrieben wird, wobei der Letztere ebenfalls auf dem Rahmen der Reinigungsmaschine angebracht ist.
- Maschine gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Schließen der Öffnung in der Oberseite der Reinigungskammer aus horizontalen Platten (25) besteht, die so angeordnet sind, dass sie ein Labyrinth bilden.
