Definitions

  • the invention relates to a container for food, especially for serving, storing and transporting of food or the like according to the preamble of Claim 1, and in particular to a container, with the warm food even after transport over longer periods Stretches can be served warm enough, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such containers serve for example, to include food in it them from the place of manufacture, such as B. a commercial kitchen, can be transported to the destination, the Food in the containers has long been manufactured to be held. At the destination once arrived, the dishes are for the sake of simplicity then served in the containers and consumed from them.
  • the object of the present invention is to the one with regard to thermal conservation and good handling has proven itself so that the compilation of the container accomplished even easier can be.
  • the indentations can be formed identically thermally well against each other in the container parts be shielded.
  • the inventive design of the Accordingly, the container does not become more expensive, however, to simplify the assembly process considerably.
  • the insulating body has other functions, such as B. a mutual locking function when Stacking can be transferred during transport. It is crucial that the connecting body is permanently on Lid part of the container is attached, for example find a specific adhesive technique can. However, the one-piece is particularly advantageous Formation of connecting body and cover part, since itself here also the best hygienic boundary conditions to adjust. With the invention, the dishes in still delivered and served in better quality.
  • the shape or geometry of the floor and Cover part (without considering the connecting body) is identical, there are considerable advantages with regard to the production, as with identical injection molding tools can be worked can.
  • the molded parts are then dual-functional usable either as a base or cover part, in particular then when working with a connecting body is not sprayed on, but on others Way is permanently connected to the cover part.
  • the hugs in an identical Insulating bodies to be formed in the same way to the cover part as to the bottom part, so that a All-round thermal insulation of the desired container areas is ensured.
  • the sealing ring can advantageously be used for this be, the insulating body self-locking on Fix container, its material properties can be used well for this purpose for example the elasticity or the surface roughness, which differ from the surface quality of the Can differentiate lid part. Even the most varied Surface designs can be done in this way integrate the system that a molding of the connecting body is selected on the cover part.
  • the sealing ring advantageously has an H cross-sectional profile, from which a leg section in the Wall of the cover part merges. This will create a particularly intimate connection between the cover part and Sealing ring achievable. It also arises the additional advantage that a smooth transition between the leg section and the cover part are created, in which no food remnants can stay, so the Hygienic requirements met with ease can be. Neither can any at this point Flushing shadows arise, so that the external appearance does not suffer after long use of the lid.
  • the H cross-section has the special effect that the H-legs stretching away from the cover part when assembling the container or when putting it on of the lid part on the bottom part with expansion of the H deform elastically, so that the H-leg more or less flat on the relevant counter surfaces of the Put on the bottom part.
  • a circumferential is created Sealing the depressions in the bottom part, whereby this seal also quasi over a relatively large area is ensured over the entire height of the H-leg.
  • the inner one Leg of the H elastic for example train soft, so that this when assembling of the container parts in which the depressions are preferably are provided with sloping walls, inside - in the direction of the depressions - deflects elastically, so the bridge of the H puts tension and finally the outer one Leg of the H radially inwards in full contact with the edging edge of the bottom part. over the inclination of the side walls of the depressions in the bottom part can affect the intimacy of the seal over the Legs of the H are taken.
  • the incline is preferred designed so that they have a certain limit angle of inclination to the vertical, which is special, brings with it an additional advantage that a very easy cleaning without the risk of flushing shadows results and also given the advantage is that in manufacturing of the container automatically in the injection molding process a relatively large, V-shaped free space between the individual wells in the bottom of the container in the then relatively far inwards, i.e. on the web in between, sections of the insulating body can grab.
  • the thermal shielding of the individual container segments against each other is on this Way further improved so that it even succeeds in one well an extremely hot dish of about 80 ° C and a dessert in the container next to it or to house a salad to be served cool.
  • the inner leg section is preferably more elastic than the outer leg section educated. This can be done either by different means Choice of materials or different geometries the leg of the H happen.
  • the sealing ring according to claim 4 train and to provide with locking sections, behind which then the edging edge of the bottom part can snap when assembling the container parts.
  • the material of the sealing ring can even be chosen relatively hard and for example by Polypropylene or polyethylene can be formed.
  • the locking sections are not over the entire scope is available in the same shape, but only on those selected areas which it for locking and unlocking on is cheapest. These are preferably the side margins, which when assembling or separating lid and bottom part can be handled. The opening will open this way simplified because the container is only must be touched once and no reaching for the two other, opposite side edges of the container must take place.
  • the training are preferably after Claim 5 on these locking sections on the inside Protrusions designed to snap the bezel edge of the bottom part with the outer leg snap the H behind the bezel.
  • the cover part is pulled down and thereby positively locked to the bottom part, with the edging edge of the bottom part for locking in the Trough engages.
  • the trough can also be in Longitudinal direction of the chamfer edge are formed, to create the prerequisite for the edging of the bottom part at the corresponding locking area can be made a little wider, whereby even with manufacturing-related dimensional deviations provided a reliable snap connection becomes.
  • Another relief for opening the container can be achieved according to claim 9, for example be that if in particular only one deepening in Container provided and thus no gusset area between there are several depressions, the web of the H cross-sectional profile is widened so that the hole is trained in the broadened web. The corresponding one Edging edge of the bottom part can then also widened and possibly with be provided with a knob.
  • the opening of the container described above will continue with the training according to claim 10 facilitated.
  • the knob protrudes into the hole, when the container is closed. This will not only an aligned positioning of the container parts ensured, but a support surface for the thumb, which is a reduced distance from the top of the opposite holes.
  • Continuing education ensures that users of the Container, for example, longer fingernails or have a bigger thumb, no difficulty get to open the container.
  • the gusset area can be made smaller since the hole and accordingly the pimples can be kept smaller, without sacrificing ease of use of opening the container suffers from it.
  • the tab forms a sufficiently large support surface for the index finger, so that even weaker ones People, such as Seniors a big enough Force can be applied to the latch to solve.
  • the opening additionally supported by symmetrical opening forces can be applied to the container parts.
  • the tabs can be removed from the user's fingers can be attacked with ease. For example, should there is no gusset area for the hole , there can also be additional tabs on the border of the bottom part can be provided, the side stand away and use your fingers to open the container can attack. By the opposite The container is then opened by lever action of the tabs.
  • Detaching the locking sections from the bezel edge the bottom part can with the training according Claim 14 are further favored. Because the sealing leg can in the area of the locking section easier by tackling the tab on the outside be pulled or bent. Should still be the section modulus of the outer seal leg for a Simply loosening the lid can be a hindrance due to sufficient play of the cover part a shift the sealing element on the bottom part at a stable surrounding frame can be provided, which the Snap connection of the base and lid part released becomes.
  • the other leg sections i.e. the the leg sections facing the recess are flexible to be deformable.
  • the design of the container according to the invention opens the possibility of lid and bottom part from different To manufacture materials. In this way can each part for itself with regard to the special Functional profile can be optimized.
  • the bottom part will still from a wear-free, in particular scratch-resistant and recyclable material such as Melamine resin or porcelain, while the Lid part made of a softer material can be.
  • the cover part can also be transparent be held so that its function as a cover part and Connection body carrier is immediately recognizable.
