Claims (28)

  1. Tester für ein zu zerstäubendes Kosmetikprodukt, wie beispielsweise ein Parfüm oder ein Eau de Toilette, aus einem mit einem auf Druck wirkenden Zerstäubungsventil (3) ausgestatteten Flakon (2), mit einem Träger (4) und von diesem getragenen Haltemitteln (13, 29, 30) für einen Flakon (2) ; Verteilungsmitteln (16) des zu zerstäubenden Produkts, mit einem Verteilungsrohr (17), das auf einer Seite in einer Verteilungsöffnung (20) endet ; manuellen Steuermitteln (23), die von der Präsenz der Hand eines Verwenders betätigt werden, wenn sie sich in der Nähe einer als solche definierten Zone (24) des Trägers (4) befindet ; Betätigungsmitteln (25), die von den Steuermitteln (23) gesteuert werden und geeignet sind, das Zerstäubungsventil (3) zu drücken ; Verteilungsmitteln (16), die derart in Bezug auf die Steuerzone (24) angeordnet sind, dass sich die Verteilungsöffnung (20) gegenüber der die Steuermittel (23) betätigenden Hand des Verwenders befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verteilungsrohr am anderen Ende mit einem Ansatz (21) endet, der abnehmbar auf das Ventil (3) montiert wird ; wobei das Verteilungsrohr (17) zwei angrenzende Abschnitte aufweist, d.h. einen festen und starren Abschnitt (17a) auf der Seite der Verteilungsöffnung (20) und einen verformbaren und mobilen Abschnitt (17b) auf der Seite des Ansatzes (21).
  2. Tester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel die Form eines Gehäuses (13) für die Aufnahme des Flakons (2) des zu testenden Produkts aufweisen, das an einer Rückseite (5b) einer Platte (5) des Trägers (4) befestigt wird.
  3. Tester nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (13) eine mobile oder abnehmbare Tür (14) aufweist.
  4. Tester nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (13) undurchsichtig ist.
  5. Tester nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste und starre Abschnitt (17a) so montiert ist, dass er aus einer Vorderseite (5a) der Platte (5) des Trägers (4) herausragt ; und dass der verformbare und mobile Abschnitt (17b) so montiert ist, dass er aus der Rückseite (5b) der besagten Platte (5) herausragt, wobei er gleichzeitig in das Gehäuse (13) mündet und dort angeordnet werden kann.
  6. Tester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (4) ausser der Platte (5) einen am Ende (7) der besagten Platte angeordneten Sockel (6) umfasst, der sich gegenüber der Verteilungsöffnung (20), von dieser entfernt und in der Nähe der Steuerzone (24) befindet.
  7. Tester nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (6) Aufnahmemittel des überschüssigen zu zerstäubenden Produkts bildet.
  8. Tester nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (6) so angeordnet ist, dass er im wesentlichen die Sicht der Spuren des überschüssig zerstäubten Produkts vermeidet.
  9. Tester nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (6) eine glatte, leicht zu reinigende Oberfläche aufweist ; oder dass er eine Oberfläche mit Reliefen ausweist, die die Spuren von Kosmetikprodukten maskieren, oder Absorptionsmittel (11) umfasst.
  10. Tester nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (4) weiters eine an der Platte (5) des Trägers (4) befestigte und aus ihm herausragende Konsole (10) umfasst, an deren Unterseite (18) die an die Verteilungsöffnung (20) angrenzenden Verteilungsmittel (16) angrenzen, und deren Oberseite (11) ein Fussgestell für einen zweiten Flakon (12) von Kosmetikprodukten bildet, um das besagte Produkt oder den Flakon durch den Verwender zu identifizieren.
  11. Tester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verteilungsmittel (20) ausgelegt sind, um die Zerstäubung des Kosmetikprodukts oder seine tropfenweise Abgabe zu gewährleisten.
  12. Tester nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Zerstäubung des Kosmetikprodukts gewährleistenden Verteilungsmittel (16) so ausgelegt sind, dass die Zerstäubungsachse D auf den Sockel (6) gerichtet ist, indem sie von der Platte (5) des Trägers (4) Abstand nimmt.
  13. Tester nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zerstäubungsachse D mit der Platte (5) des Trägers (4) einen etwa 45° grossen Winkel bildet.
  14. Tester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel (23) durch mechanischen Kontakt funktionieren, insbesondere durch einen Hebel, einen Griff, einen Knopf einen Kursor, oder kontaktlos durch Näherungsdetektion.
  15. Tester nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel (23) die Form eines Pedals (26) aufweisen, das so auf dem Träger (4) montiert ist, dass es um einen bestimmten Verfahrweg herum schwenken kann, mit einem aus der Vorderseite (5a) der Platte (5) des Trägers (4) herausragenden Vorderteil (28), das eine in der besagten Platte (5) in der Zone (24) vorgesehene Aussparung (8) durchquert und an der Rückseite (5b) der besagten Platte (5) im Gehäuse (13) mündet, wobei dieses Pedal (26) innerhalb des besagten Gehäuses (13) von einer mobilen Wand (29) verlängert wird, wobei die Baugruppe (26, 28, 29) und die Achse (27) einen Hebel bilden.
  16. Tester nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Pedal (26) verlängernde Wand (29) Bestandteil der Betätigungsmittel (25) ist.
  17. Tester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel (25) ein Organ umfassen, das mechanisch auf den eigentlichen Flakon (2) wirkt, ein mechanisch auf das Zerstäubungsventil (3) oder den Ansatz (21) wirkendes Organ, sowie Mittel zur Gewährleistung des relativen Verschiebens der beiden Organe auf einem bestimmten Verfahrweg.
  18. Tester nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mechanisch auf den eigentlichen Flakon wirkende Organ mobil vom Träger (4) getragen wird, während das auf das Ventil (3) oder den Ansatz (21) wirkende Organ ortsfest getragen wird.
  19. Tester nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mechanisch auf den eigentlichen Flakon wirkende Organ mobil vom Träger (4) getragen wird, während das auf das Ventil (3) oder den Ansatz (21) wirkende Organ mobil getragen wird.
  20. Tester nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die relative Verschiebung der beiden Organe ein Gleiten oder eine Drehung ist.
  21. Tester nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel Einstellmittel des relativen Verfahrweges der beiden Organe umfassen.
  22. Tester nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel (25) eine Wand oder einen Wandteil (30) des Gehäuses (13) und eine mobile Wand (29) umfassen, wobei die beiden Wände (29, 30) gegenüberliegend und in Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind.
  23. Tester nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand oder das Wandteil (30) des Gehäuses (13) so bestimmt sind, daß sie auf das Zerstäubungsventil (3) oder den Ansatz (21) wirken, und die mobile Wand (29) dazu bestimmt ist, auf den Boden des Flakons (2) des Kosmetikprodukts zu wirken.
  24. Testerbaugruppe bestehend aus einem Tester nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23 und aus einem Flakon (2) des zu zerstäubenden Produkts, dessen Ventil (3) auf den Ansatz (21) des Testers (1) montiert ist.
  25. Testerbaugruppe nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie weiters einen zweiten Flakon (12) des Kosmetikprodukts umfasst.
  26. Testerbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 24 und 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ganze Flakon (2) des zu zerstäubenden Kosmetikprodukts innerhalb des Gehäuses (13) angeordnet ist, eingeklemmt zwischen einer Wand oder einem Wandteil (30) desselben, an dem das Ventil (3) oder der Ansatz (21) angedrückt sind, und einer mobilen Wand (29), Bestandteil der Betätigungsmittel (25), insbesondere eines Pedals (26) der Steuermittel (23), die gegen den Boden des Flakons (2) gedrückt ist.
  27. Testerbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verformbare Abschnitt (17b) des Rohrs (17) eine ausreichende Länge aufweist, um das Herausnehmen des Flakons (2) des zu zerstäubenden Kosmetikprodukts aus dem Gehäuse (13) zu ermöglichen.
  28. Testerbaugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie dazu bestimmt ist, mit der Platte (5) des Trägers (4) senkrecht oder etwa senkrecht, dem Sockel (6) waagerecht oder etwa waagerecht und am unteren Teil angeordnet zu werden.
