- la Figure 1 est une vue en coupe verticale de la partie supérieure d'une échelle à coulisse transformable selon l'invention, en position fermée,
- la Figure 2 est une vue analogue à la Figure 1 de l'échelle en position ouverte,
- les Figures 3 et 4 sont des vues en perspective respectivement avant et arrière de la pièce d'insert destinée à être fixée dans chaque encoche de l'échelle de plan avant, et
- la Figure 5 est une vue schématique d'une variante de réalisation à plusieurs jeux d'encoches permettant l'ouverture sur un terrain en dénivelé.
Claims (8)
- échelle à coulisse transformable à ouverture en V comportant une échelle de plan arrière (1) et au moins une échelle de plan avant (3) de largeur moindre montée coulissante sur l'échelle arrière (1) et entre ses montants (5) au moyen de deux glissières supérieures (7) de l'échelle arrière (1), caractérisée en ce que lesdites glissières (7) sont fixées sur l'échelle arrière (1) au niveau de son échelon supérieur (13) et en ce que l'échelle de plan avant (3) comporte au moins deux encoches (19) formées sur une même ligne horizontale à sa partie supérieure, chacune sur un montant (9) de l'échelle de plan avant, lesdites encoches (19) ouvertes vers l'échelle arrière (1) ayant une section sensiblement à forme de C apte à recevoir ledit échelon supérieur (13) de l'échelle arrière (1) et permettre l'articulation de l'échelle avant (3) sur ledit échelon (13) et son maintien à l'ouverture complète en V avec retenue de l'échelle avant (3) par les ailes inclinées d'appui (21) de glissière, une pièce d'insert (23) en matière synthétique étant montée dans chacune des encoches (19), par exemple fixée en encliquetage dans celle-ci.
- Echelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle possède un plan de symétrie vertical médian.
- Echelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les glissières (7) sont fixées chacune à un montant (5) de l'échelle arrière (1), solidairement ou non à son échelon supérieur (13).
- Echelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pièce d'insert (23) comporte une protubérance supérieure (33) faisant saillie de la paroi arrière (35) du montant (9) et qui permet avant le mouvement d'ouverture de l'échelle de trouver automatiquement le point d'articulation de l'échelle avant (3) sur l'échelle arrière (1), cette protubérance (33) butant contre l'échelon d'articulation (13) au repos et positionnant alors les encoches (19, 23) face à cet échelon (13).
- Echelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les glissières (7) sont fixées chacune contre la paroi interne (11) de chaque montant (5) de l'échelle arrière (1), solidairement à son échelon supérieur (13) en prévoyant une découpe (15) de sa tôle constitutive correspondant à la section de l'échelon (13), rectangulaire.
- Echelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pièce d'insert (23) a une section sensiblement complémentaire de la demi-section de l'échelon d'articulation (13) tourné à l'angle d'ouverture (α) de l'échelle.
- Echelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les glissières (7) comportent chacune un taquet inférieur (37), disposé en regard de chacun des montants (9) de l'échelle de plan avant, formant levier de dégagement des encoches (19, 23) de l'échelon d'articulation (13) à la fermeture de l'échelle.
- Echelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte plusieurs jeux d'encoches (19') régulièrement disposés en hauteur sur l'échelle de plan avant (3).
