Die Funktionsweise der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist folgendermaßen:
In einer Einführstellung (Fig. 1) der Spindel 22 ragt der im Schlitz 8 befindliche Schieber 32 mit dem Füllstück 33 über die Mantelfläche 6 des Gummizylinders 1 hinaus. Hierbei beträgt die Breite b8 des Schlitzes 8 annähernd (d. h. nur geringfügig mehr) die Summe aus der doppelte Dicke d9 der Trägerplatte 9 und der Dicke d32 des Schiebers 32, z. B. b8 = 1,3 mm. Die abgekanteten Enden 3, 4 der Gummitucheinheit 2 sind auf den Neigungswinkel Alpha des Schlitzes 8 angepaßt.
In dieser Einführstellung werden die beiden abgekanteten Schenkel 12, 13 der Trägerplatte 9 der Enden 3, 4 der Gummitucheinheit 2 zu beiden Seiten des Schiebers 32 in den Schlitz 8 geführt, so daß der Schieber 32 zwischen den beiden innenliegenden Seitenflächen 39, 41 der Schenkel 12, 13 liegt.
Dazu wird nach Einhängen des vorlaufenden Endes 3 der Schenkel 13 des nachlaufenden Endes 4 soweit in den Schlitz 8 geschoben bis die Widerhaken 36 des Schiebers 32 in die Aussparungen 37 des Schenkels 13 eingreifen. Bei eingeführter Gummitucheinheit 2 liegen die kein Gummituch 11 aufweisenden Schenkel 12, 13 der Trägerplatte 9 der Gummitucheinheit 2 mit ihren aufeinander zuweisenden Seitenflächen 34, 36 direkt am Schieber 32 an. Das Gummituch 11 reicht sowohl beim vorlaufenden Ende 3 als auch beim nachlaufenden Ende 4 bis zu dem die Mantelfläche 6 des Gummizylinders 1 unterbrechenden Schlitz 8, d. h. das Gummituch 11 endet auf der Trägerplatte 9 jeweils im Bereich einer Abkantung 42, 43 der Schenkel 12, 13. Somit bilden gegenüberliegende Enden 44, 46 des Gummituches 11 einen schmalen Spalt 47 mit einer Breite b47, z. B. b47 = 1 mm.
Zum Klemmen der Enden 3, 4 der Gummitucheinheit 2 wird die Spindel 22 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn soweit gedreht, bis die Druckstücke 23 annähernd lotrecht gerichtet bezüglich der Schenkel 12, 13 der Trägerplatte 9 stehen. Die Drucknocken 24 der Druckstücke 23 werden mittels sich an der Spindel 22 abstützender Federkraft gegen die Schenkel 12, 13 der Trägerplatte 9 gepreßt. Gleichzeitig wird der Schieber 32 mit dem daran befestigten Füllstück 33 und der an den Widerhaken 36 befestigte Schenkel 13 des nachlaufenden Endes 4 in den Schlitz 8 zurückgezogen bis das Füllstück 33 den verbleibenden Spalt 47 der gegenüberliegenden Enden 44, 46 des Gummituches 11 ausfüllt. In dieser Position sind die Schenkel 12, 13 der Trägerplatte 9 und der Schieber 32 im Schlitz 8 des Gummizylinders 1 zwischen der Seitenfläche 21 des Schlitzes 8 und den Drucknocken 24 eingeklemmt (Fig. 2), womit die Enden 3, 4 der Gummitucheinheit 2 sicher auf dem Gummizylinder 1 befestigt sind. Hierbei sind Federkraft und Federweg derart bemessen, daß eine sichere Klemmung erfolgt. Durch das Drehen der Spindel 22 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn, d. h. mit den wirkenden Drucknocken 24 in Richtung Inneres 7 des Gummizylinders 1, erfolgt mittels einer nach innen wirkenden Zugkraft ein Straffen der Enden 3, 4. In dieser Klemmstellung wird die Spindel 22 arretiert.
Zum Entfernen der Gummitucheinheit 2 wird die Spindel 22 im Uhrzeigersinn gedreht, worauf die Druckstücke 23 die Schenkel 12, 13 und den Schieber 32 freigeben. Dabei bewegt der Schieber 32 das Füllstück 33 über die Mantelfläche 6 des Gummizylinders 1 hinaus und eine von dem Absatz 38 des Schiebers 32 gebildete Stützfläche 49 drückt gegen eine Stirnfläche 48 des Schenkels 13 des nachlaufenden Endes 4. Dadurch wird der Schenkel 13 aus dem Schlitz 8 geschoben. Die Druckstücke 23 werden in die Bohrung 18 geführt, in der sich die Druckstücke 23 an der Mantelfläche 19 der Bohrung 18 abstützen. Die Enden 3, 4 der Gummitucheinheit 2 werden nun vollständig aus dem Schlitz 8 entnommen.

The rubber blanket 11 extends both at the leading end 3 and at the trailing end 4 to the slot 8 which interrupts the outer surface 6 of the blanket cylinder 1, ie the blanket 11 ends on the carrier plate 9 in the region of a fold 42, 43 of the legs 12, 13 Opposing ends 44, 46 of the rubber blanket 11 thus form a narrow gap 47 with a width b47, e.g. B. b47 = 1 mm.
To clamp the ends 3, 4 of the rubber blanket unit 2, the spindle 22 is rotated counterclockwise until the pressure pieces 23 are approximately perpendicular to the legs 12, 13 of the carrier plate 9. The pressure cams 24 of the pressure pieces 23 are pressed against the legs 12, 13 of the carrier plate 9 by means of spring force which is supported on the spindle 22. At the same time, the slider 32 with the filler 33 attached to it and the leg 13 of the trailing end 4 attached to the barb 36 is withdrawn into the slot 8 until the filler 33 fills the remaining gap 47 of the opposite ends 44, 46 of the rubber blanket 11. In this position, the legs 12, 13 of the carrier plate 9 and the slide 32 are clamped in the slot 8 of the rubber cylinder 1 between the side surface 21 of the slot 8 and the pressure cam 24 (FIG. 2), with which the ends 3, 4 of the rubber blanket unit 2 are secured are attached to the rubber cylinder 1. To remove the rubber blanket unit 2, the spindle 22 is rotated clockwise, whereupon the pressure pieces 23 release the legs 12, 13 and the slide 32. The slider 32 moves the filler 33 beyond the lateral surface 6 of the rubber cylinder 1 and a support surface 49 formed by the shoulder 38 of the slider 32 presses against an end face 48 of the leg 13 of the trailing end 4. As a result, the leg 13 is removed from the slot 8 pushed. The pressure pieces 23 are guided into the bore 18, in which the pressure pieces 23 are supported on the lateral surface 19 of the bore 18. Claims (14)

  1. Arrangement for a slot-shaped holding device for fastening plates, preferably rubber-blanket units (2), in a narrow, axially running slot (8) of a cylinder (1) of a rotary printing machine, two folded ends (3; 4) of the plate being inserted into the slot (8), characterized in that a movable slide (32), the outer end (30) of which has a filling piece (33), is arranged in the slot (8), in that, in an insertion position, the outer end (30) of the slide (32) together with the filling piece (33) project from a lateral surface (6) of the cylinder (1), and in that, in a clamping position, the filling piece (33) is arranged so as to close a gap (42) formed by the two ends (3; 4) of the plate or rubber-blanket unit (2).
  2. Arrangement according to Claim 1, characterized in that, in the clamping position, inner side faces (39; 41) of legs (12; 13) of the folded ends (3; 4) bear directly against the slide (32), and in that these legs (12; 13) and the slide (32) are arranged in such a way that they can be jointly pressed against a side face (21) of the slot (8) by means of the holding device (22; 24).
  3. Arrangement according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that an axially extending spindle (22) pivotable about its longitudinal axis (27) is provided as the holding device (22; 24), and in that a plurality of radially acting pressure lugs (24), in each case spring-loaded and arranged next to one another in the axial direction, are arranged on the spindle (22), in that the spring force and the spring travel of the pressure lugs (24) are dimensioned in such a way that the two legs (12; 13), bearing against one another, of the plate and the slide (32) can be sccurcly clamped between a side face (21) of the slot (8) and the pressure lugs (24).
  4. Arrangement according to Claim 1, characterized in that the plate is designed as a rubber-blanket unit (2), and the rubber-blanket unit (2) consists of a backing plate (9) provided with a rubber blanket (11).
  5. Arrangement according to Claim 1, characterized in that the slide (32) is made of a flexural and pressure-resistant material and is arranged so as to be movable together with the holding device (22, 24).
  6. Arrangement according to Claim 1, characterized in that the tilling piece (33) is made of a material similar to the rubber blanket (11).
  7. Arrangement according to Claim 1, characterized in that the filling piece (33) extends axially over the entire width of the plate or the rubber-blanket unit (2).
  8. Arrangement according to Claim 1, characterized in that the filling piece (33) and the slide (32) are made of spring steel.
  9. Arrangement according to Claim 1, characterized in that the slide (32) has at least one barb (36) on one side face (34), and in that this barb (36) is arranged so as to interact with apertures (37), located in a leg (13) of an end (4), for pulling in the plate.
