Claims (6)

  1. Locking fitting (4) designed so as to be capable of being inserted into a cutout (21) of a leaf (6) of a door, window or the like, including, on the one hand, a casing (2) for holding a control mechanism (3) provided with a key element (5), such as a cylinder, capable of extending through face-plates (9, 10) designed so as to be capable of being arranged on the inner (8) and the outer side (7) of said leaf (6) and, on the other hand, a protection device (1) including at least one drill-proof plate (11) arranged on the outer side (12) of the casing (2) and designed so as to be capable of co-operating with fixing organs (14) passing through this casing (2), said drill-proof plate (11) including, in addition, an opening (13) adapted to the passageway of the key member (5), characterised in that said drill-proof plate (11) is applied directly onto the outer side (12) of the casing (2) and is made integral with the inner side (12) of a protection body (18) capable of being retracted behind a face-plate (9) and including a protection tip (22) capable of surrounding the key member (5) at its portion extending through the outer face-plate (9), the latter including an opening (23) adapted to the cross-section of the protection tip (22).
  2. Locking fitting according to claim 1, characterised in that the protection body (18) receives, made integral, tapped sockets (16) aimed at co-operating with the fixing organs (14), such as screws.
  3. Locking fitting according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the protection tip (22) includes an outer face (24) located flush with the end (26) of the key member (5).
  4. Locking fitting according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the drill-proof plate (11) includes a cambering (32) on both sides of the opening (13), these camberings (32) being located on one and the same horizontal plane as a pin (30) passing through the key member (5) and the protruding ends of which, on both sides of the latter, are positioned at the level of said camberings (32) on the inner side of the drill-proof plate (11).
  5. Locking fitting according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that it includes a drill-proof plate (33) arranged on the inner side of the casing (2).
  6. Locking fitting according to claim 5, characterised in that the drill-proof plate (33), designed so as to be capable of being applied against the inner side of the leaf (6), behind the inner face-plate (10), includes, on the one hand, an opening (34) allowing the passing-through of the key member (5) and, on the other hand, further openings (35) for the passing-through of the fixing organs (14).
