Claims (4)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Faserstruktur zur Bildung der mittleren Lage, welche einer zusammengesetzten Textilbewehrung ihre Dicke verleiht, die zur Herstellung eines Verbundstoffes dient und aus Fasern mit einem hohen einheitlichen Titer besteht, welche eine "Federwirkung" aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bildung einer Schicht aus den genannten Fasern mit hohem Titer durch Kardieren erfolgt und daß im Durchlaufverfahren sofort nach der Herstellung der kardierten Schicht auf deren Oberfläche Glasfasern oder durchgehende Glasfäden aufgebracht werden, welche sich flach und regellos in alle Richtungen verteilen, wonach die Anordnung einer mechanischen Behandlung der Vernadelung unterzogen wird, wodurch die genannten Glasfasern oder -fäden durch die gesamte Dicke der Faserschicht hindurch gezogen werden, so daß sie auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite heraustreten, wonach die gebildete Struktur in Form einer Aufwicklung angenommen wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kardierte Faserschicht entweder aus Kunstfasern wie Polyester-, Polyamid-, Polyethylen-, Polypropylen-Fasern ... besteht, welche, bevor sie in Form einer Schicht verbracht werden, einer Behandlung unterzogen werden, welche ihnen eine bleibende Welligkeit oder Kräuselung und dadurch eine "Federwirkung" verleiht, oder aus Pflanzenfasern wie Leinen, Sisal, Jute ... besteht.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasern mit hohem Titer eine Schnittlänge zwischen 20 mm und 120 mm aufweisen, wenn sie aus Kunstfasern bestehen, wobei diese Länge im Fall von Pflanzenfasern größer sein kann.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf die Schicht aufgebrachten und in ihrem Inneren eingebrachten Glasfasern oder -fäden eine Schnittlänge von mindestens 10 mm haben, wobei ihr Titer zwischen 15 und 160 Tex liegt.
