Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Steuern eines Bohrwerkzeugs (3), das durch zumindest eine Gruppe von dem Werkzeug zugeordneten, über den Werkzeugumfang verteilt angeordneten, steuerbaren Stellgliedern (26,27,28) richtbar ist, während des Bohrbetriebs in unterirdischen Formationen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßbei dem durch werkzeugseitige Meßwertaufnehmer (36) die aktuelle Bohrrichtung (45) und die aktuelle Einstellung der Stellglieder (26,27,28) ermittelt,in einem werkzeuginternen, einen programmgesteuerten Rechner (37) einschließenden Regelkreis ermittelte Istwerte mit vorgegebenen Sollwerten verglichen und auf dem lstwert/Sollwert-Vergleich beruhende Stellgrößen zur Betätigung der Stellglieder (26,27,28) erzeugt weden, undbei dem der werkzeuginterne Regelkreis (60) mit einem externen Regelkreis (70) über ein Datenübermittlungssystem (62) in Datenaustausch steht, der nach Verarbeitung von untertage empfangenen Daten in einem obertägigen, programmgesteuerten Rechner (72) obertätig erarbeitete Steuerdaten durch das Datenübermittlungssystem (62) an den werkzeuginternen Regelkreis (60) übergibt,der werkzeuginterne Regelkreis (60) die Kräfte ermittelt, mit der die Stellglieder (26,27,28) jeweils gegen die Bohrlochwand drücken, und aus den Einzelkräften eine nach Richtung und Betrag definierte resultierende, einen Steuervektor (56) bildende resultierende Kraft als interne Richtgröße ermittelt,der werkzeuginterne Regelkreis (60) die von den Meßwertaufnehmern (36) ermittelten Istwerte für die aktuelle Bohrrichtung (45) und den Steuervektor (56) an den externen Regelkreis (70) übergibt,der externe Regelkreis diese Istwerte mit obertägig gespeicherten Sollwerten für die Bohrrichtung (45) und den Steuervektor (56) vergleicht und unter Einbeziehung obertägig ermittelter Istwerte für die Werkzeugteufe und die geologische Position des Bohrwerkzeugs (3) einen neuen Sollwert für den Steuervektor (56) bildet, und der externe Regelkreis (70) den von ihm ermittelten neuen Sollwert für den Steuervektor (56) dem werkzeuginternen Regelkreis (60) als neue Richtgröße vorgibt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtung des Steuervektors (56) als den Nullpunkt (50) eines dem Werkzeugquerschnitt des Bohrwerkzeugs (3) fest zugeordneten rechtwinkligen Koordinatensystems (51) schneidende Gerade definiert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Meßwertaufnehmer (36) des werkzeuginternen Regelkreises (60) fortlaufend die Drehwinkelorientierung (Winkel 54) einer werkzeugfesten Referenzebene (53) in dem dem Bohrwerkzeug (3) zugeordneten Koordinatensystem (51) zu einer in das Koordinatensystem (51) projizierten, durch die Erdbeschleunigungsrichtung definierten Referenzebene (55) ermitteln, und
der werkzeuginterne Regelkreis (60) Winkelabweichungen zwischen den Referenzebenen (53,55) bei der Ermittlung des aktuellen Istwertes des Steuervektors (56) und bei der Vorgabe von Stellgrößen für die Stellglieder (26,27,28) aufgrund eines Steuervektor-lstwert/Sollwert-Vergleichs kompensiert. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem vom externen Regelkreis (70) an den werkzeuginternen Regelkreis (60) übermittelten Richtungshaltebefehl die aktuellen Richtungsistwerte des Bohrwerkzeugs (3) im Datenspeicher des werkzeuginternen Regelkreises (60) als Sollwerte hinterlegt, mit fortlaufend weiterermittelten Richtungsistwerten verglichen und ausschließlich auf diesem Richtungs-lstwert/Sollwert-Vergleich Stellgrößen für die Stellglieder (26,27,28) erzeugt werden.
