Description

- la lame comporte un tronçon de fixation qui se prolonge par un tronçon actif en forme de boucle dont une portion coopère avec la rampe du poussoir et dont une portion coopère avec la partie centrale en regard de l'organe de déclenchement ;
- le tronçon de fixation présente un profil en U dont une branche rectiligne est fixée sur le support et dont l'autre branche rectiligne s'étend sensiblement parallèlement au fond du logement et se prolonge par le tronçon actif en forme de boucle qui est agencé en regard de la branche coudée du tronçon de fixation et au-dessus de l'organe de déclenchement;
- la lame est réalisée en une seule pièce avec une plaque qui recouvre la face supérieure du support porte-contacts dans laquelle est formé le logement et qui comporte une ouverture agencée en regard de la partie centrale de l'organe de déclenchement pour le passage du tronçon actif de la lame ;
- la branche rectiligne de fixation de la lame appartient au corps de la plaque et se prolonge au-dessus de cette dernière par la branche coudée du tronçon de fixation en U ;

- la face supérieure de la plaque comporte des pattes de guidage en coulissement du poussoir et des moyens de butée qui limitent les déplacements du poussoir par rapport à la plaque ;
- les moyens de butée comporte une patte de butée qui est reçue en coulissement dans une fente longitudinale formée dans la face inférieure du poussoir en appui sur la plaque et qui est susceptible de coopérer avec les extrémités opposées de la fente pour déterminer la position de repos du poussoir et la course maximale d'actionnement du poussoir ;
- le commutateur comporte un capot dont une paroi supérieure pleine s'étend au-dessus du poussoir, parallèlement au fond du logement, et dont des faces latérales s'étendent verticalement le long des bords latéraux de la plaque et le long des faces latérales du support porte-contacts;
- le capot est réalisé en tôle découpée et pliée et certaines de ses faces latérales comportent des paires de pattes transversales entre lesquelles le corps du support porte-contacts et la plaque sont immobilisés verticalement l'un par rapport à l'autre.

Claims (12)
- Commutateur électrique du type comportant un support (10, 12) porte-contacts (30, 34) qui délimite un logement (22) dans le fond (26) sensiblement plan duquel sont disposés au moins deux contacts électriques fixes (30, 34) et qui reçoit un organe de déclenchement (36) de forme générale bombée qui est déformable élastiquement à partir d'une position de repos, selon une direction (V) sensiblement perpendiculaire au fond (26) du logement (22), pour établir une liaison électrique entre les deux contacts fixes (30, 34), et du type comportant un poussoir d'actionnement (44) monté coulissant par rapport au support (10, 12) selon une direction (H) parallèle au fond (26) du logement (22), pour agir sur l'organe de déclenchement (36), par l'intermédiaire de moyens mécaniques (48) qui transforment l'effort d'actionnement exercé sur le poussoir (44) en un effort perpendiculaire de déclenchement appliqué à l'organe de déclenchement (36), à partir d'une position de repos vers laquelle il est rappelé élastiquement, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un levier (48) d'actionnement monté articulé par rapport au support (10, 12) autour d'un axe (X-X) parallèle au fond (26) du logement (22) dont un point d'appui coopère avec l'organe de déclenchement (36, 40), dont le point d'application de la force motrice par le poussoir (44) coopère avec une portion (90, 94) du poussoir (44) en forme de rampe inclinée (94), et en ce que le levier (48) est rappelé élastiquement vers sa position de repos.
- Commutateur électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement (X-X) du levier (48) est perpendiculaire à la direction (H) de coulissement du poussoir (44).
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le levier est réalisé sous la forme d'une lame métallique déformable élastiquement (48) dont une extrémité (64) est fixée par rapport au support (10, 12), et qui s'étend au-dessus de l'organe de déclenchement (36, 40).
- Commutateur électrique selon la revendication 3, prise en combinaison avec la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la lame comporte un tronçon (64) de fixation qui se prolonge par un tronçon (66) en forme de boucle dont une portion (76) coopère avec la rampe (94) du poussoir (44) et dont une portion (78) coopère avec la partie centrale en regard (40) de l'organe de déclenchement (36).
- Commutateur électrique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon de fixation (64) présente un profil en forme de (U) dont une branche rectiligne (68) est fixée sur le support (10, 12) et dont l'autre branche rectiligne (74) s'étend sensiblement parallèlement au fond (26) du logement (22) et se prolonge par le tronçon actif en forme de boucle (66) qui est agencé en regard de la branche coudée (70) du tronçon de fixation (64) et au-dessus de l'organe de déclenchement (36, 40).
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la lame (48) est réalisée en une seule pièce avec une plaque (46) qui recouvre la face supérieure (20) du support porte-contacts (10, 12) dans laquelle est formé le logement (22) et qui comporte une ouverture (56) agencée en regard de la partie centrale (40) de l'organe de déclenchement (36) pour le passage du tronçon actif (66, 78) de la lame (48).
- Commutateur électrique selon la revendication 6, prise en combinaison avec la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la branche rectiligne (68) de fixation de la lame appartient au corps de la plaque (46) et se prolonge au-dessus de cette dernière par la branche coudée (70) du tronçon de fixation en U.
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (44) est monté coulissant sur la face supérieure (60) de la plaque (46).
- Commutateur électrique selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la face supérieure (60) de la plaque (46) comporte des pattes (62) de guidage en coulissement du poussoir (44) et des moyens (58) de butée qui limitent les déplacements du poussoir (44) par rapport à la plaque (46).
- Commutateur électrique selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de butée comportent une patte de butée (58) qui est reçue en coulissement dans une fente longitudinale (96) formée dans la face inférieure (82) du poussoir (44) en appui sur la plaque (46, 60) et qui est susceptible de coopérer avec les extrémités opposées (98, 100) de la fente (96) pour déterminer la position de repos du poussoir (44) et la course maximale d'actionnement du poussoir.
- Commutateur électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un capot (102) dont une paroi supérieure pleine (104) s'étend au-dessus du poussoir (44), parallèlement au fond (26) du logement (22), et dont des faces latérales (106, 108) s'étendent verticalement le long des bords latéraux (50, 52, 54) de la plaque (46) et le long des faces latérales (14, 16) du support porte-contacts (10, 12).
- Commutateur électrique selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le capot (102) est réalisé en tôle découpée et pliée, et en ce que certaines de ses faces latérales (108) comportent des paires de pattes (118, 116) transversales entre lesquelles le corps (12) du support porte-contacts (10) et la plaque (46) sont immobilisés verticalement l'un par rapport à l'autre.
