Abstract

Un premier réseau de communication longue distance (KN1) destiné à échanger du courrier électronique est relié à un nombre de stations de conversion (KON) qui transmettent le courrier reçu, en fonction de l'adresse postale de leur destinataire, à des centres d'impression de la poste (P1 à P3) par l'intermédiaire d'un second réseau de communication longue distance (KN2). A cet effet, du courrier écrit au moyen d'un micro-ordinateur avec un programme de traitement de texte quelconque est envoyé par l'intermédiaire d'un système de courrier électronique postal (KN1) vers une station de conversion (KON) assurant la conversion du format du message en un format de données postales ainsi que la détermination du centre d'impression cible (P1 à P3).
