Claims (15)
- Machine à laver comprenant un dispositif pour régénérer les résines d'adoucissement de l'eau, ledit dispositif comprenantun récipient (R) pour les résines utilisées pour réduire le degré de dureté de l'eau,un récipient (S) pour le sel requis pour la régénération des résines,des moyens (E.V., 7) pour délivrer un volume dosé d'eau au récipient à sel (S) pour exécuter ladite régénération, les processus de régénération des résines étant exécutés périodiquement dans le temps, en particulier lors de chaque cycle de lavage exécuté par la machine,
- Machine à laver selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de commande électronique (MP) sont associés à des moyens formant mémoire non volatile (ROM) contenant des données expérimentales codifiées, qui représentent le volume d'eau devant être délivré au récipient à sel (S) pour la régénération optimale des résines, pour chaque valeur de dureté de l'eau détectée par lesdits moyens de détection (A,B,C,Q,MP), se situant dans une gamme préréglée de valeurs.
- Machine à laver selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de dosage pour la régénération de l'eau comprennent un dispositif d'interception (E.V.) de l'écoulement d'eau (AR) envoyée au récipient à sel (S), commandé par lesdits moyens de commande électronique (MP), lesdits moyens formant mémoire non volatile (ROM) contenant des données expérimentales codifiées, qui indiquent les durées d'ouverture dudit dispositif d'interception (E.V.) pour chaque valeur de dureté de l'eau détectée par lesdits moyens de détection (A,B,C,Q,MP), se situant dans une gamme préréglée de valeurs.
- Machine à laver selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que des moyens (G) sont prévus pour détecter la présence de sel dans le récipient à sel (S) et des moyens (L) sont prévus pour signaler le besoin de remplissage du sel, lorsqu'un niveau minimum préréglé dans le récipient à sel (S) est atteint, lesdits moyens de détection comprenant lesdits moyens de détection (A,B,C,Q,MP) du degré de dureté de l'eau de ladite unité de commande (MR), qui évalue la consommation de sel en fonction du degré de pureté de l'eau provenant du réseau et active lesdits moyens, si cela est nécessaire, pour signaler (L) le moment où le niveau de sel évalué atteint un seuil préréglé.
- Machine à laver selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens formant mémoire non volatiles (ROM) contiennent des données expérimentales codifiées représentant la quantité de sel consommée pendant chaque processus de régénération de résines en fonction des valeurs de dureté de l'eau détectées par ledit détecteur (A,B,C,Q,MP) se situant dans une gamme préréglée de valeurs.
- Machine à laver selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de mémoire non volatiles (ROM) comprennent les données expérimentales codifiées représentant la quantité de sel consommé pendant chaque processus de régénération également en fonction des volumes de l'eau adoucie et/ou des volumes de l'eau utilisée pour la régénération.
- Machine à laver selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée ne ce que lesdits moyens de détection comprennent des moyens pour détecter le degré de résistivité de l'eau, à partir duquel l'unité de commande (MP) est à même de détecter la valeur de dureté de l'eau délivrée par le réseau.
- Machine à laver selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de commande de niveau (G) sont prévus pour informer les moyens de commande électronique (MP) que le remplissage du récipient à sel (S) avec du sel a été effectué.
- Procédé de commande pour la régénération de résines dans un système d'adoucissement de l'eau d'ne machine à laver, ledit système comprenant un récipient à résines (R) et un récipient à sel (S), selon lequel lesdites résines doivent être soumises périodiquement à un processus de régénération au moyen d'une solution d'eau et de sel produite dans ledit récipient (S), caractérisé en ce que le volume d'eau devant être délivré au récipient à sel (S) pour produire le volume de la solution d'eau et de sel devant être transférée au compartiment à résines (R) pour la régénération des résines est variable dans le temps et est calculé par l'unité de commande (MP) pendant les cycles de lavage, en fonction du degré de dureté de l'eau utilisée pour le lavage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la valeur du volume d'eau devant être délivré au récipient à sel (S) est également calculée en fonction du volume d'eau adoucie dans le temps par les résines et/ou du nombre de cycles de régénération exécutés.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une étape complète de régénération est exécutée périodiquement, pendant laquelle le récipient à sel (S) reçoit le volume maximum d'eau prévu, ce qui a pour effet que les intervalles de ladite régénération complète dépendent du degré de dureté de l'eau et du volume de l'eau adoucie par les résines à partir de la dernière régénération complète exécutée.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la valeur de consommation de sel ou son degré de concentration dans le récipient à sel (5) est évaluée dans le temps par une unité de commande (MP) et est mise à jour pendant chaque programme de lavage, en fonction de la dureté de l'eau délivrée par le réseau.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que des moyens (L) de transmission de signaux sont activés lorsqu'un degré préréglé de concentration ou une valeur préréglée de consommation de sel est atteinte.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un nouveau cycle d'évaluation de la consommation ou du degré de concentration démarre lorsque l'unité de commande (MP) reçoit une information indiquant qu'au moins une certaine quantité de nouveau sel a été introduite dans ledit récipient à sel (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la consommation de sel et/ou son degré de concentration est également évaluée en fonction du nombre et/ou de la modalité avec laquelle les cycles de lavage ou les processus de régénération sont exécutés.
