Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen und/oder Befüllen einer Zweikammer-Druckpackung (R) aus einem Aussenbehälter (1) mit einer Dosenwand (2), einem Boden (3) und einer Ventilöffnung (4) sowie einem Beutel (6) mit Beutelboden (9) in dem Aussenbehälter (1) zur Aufnahme eines Produktes, wobei Aussenbehälter (1) und Beutel (6) einen Raum (5) zur Aufnahme eines Gases umschließen und der Raum (5) zwischen Aussenbehälter (1) und Beutel (6) vor dem Befüllen des Beutels (6) mit dem Produkt mit dem Gas befüllt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass vor dem Einfüllen des Gases der Beutelboden (9) in den Bereich der Ventilöffnung (4) gebracht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beutelboden (9) durch ein an der Ventilöffnung (4) oder durch eine aufgesetzte Ventileinrichtung (12) angelegtes Vakuum zur Ventilöffnung (4) hin angesaugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach einem Einsetzen oder Erzeugen des Beutels (6) in dem Aussenbehälter (1) ein Stößel (16) mit einer Vakuumeinrichtung in den Beutel (6) gegen den Beutelboden (9) eingesetzt, der Beutelboden (9) angesaugt und der Stößel (16) aus dem Beutel (6) zusammen mit dem Beutelboden (9) gezogen wird, wobei das Vakuum vor oder bei dem Durchgang des Stößels (16) durch die Ventilöffnung (4) aufgehoben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Einsetzen oder Erzeugen des Beutels (6) in dem Außenbehälter (1) ein Stößel (16.1) durch ein Bodenloch (7) des Außenbehälters (1) eingefahren wird und den Beutel (6) mit dem Beutelboden (9) zur Beutelöffnung (4) schiebt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Restluft aus dem Beutel (6) über die Ventileinrichtung (12) abgesaugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beutelboden (9) im Bereich des Bodenloches (7) verstärkt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch eine auf die Ventilöffnung (4) gesetzte Ventileinrichtung (12) Restluft aus dem Beutel (6) durch die Ventileinrichtung abgesaugt wird.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenbeutel (6) in einem Bereich (15) an die Dosenwand (2) angeklebt wird.
