Description

双室压力容器的制造和/或灌装方法
本发明涉及一种由一个带有圆罐壁,罐底和阀门装置的外罐以及一个装在外罐中带袋底的内袋组成的用来装某种产品的双室压力容器的制造和/或灌装方法,其中,外罐和内袋围成一个容纳气体的空间。
众所周知,制造这种双室压力容器的方法是多种多样的。双室压力容器的主要特点是,在通过内袋和外罐之间的空间的内压放出产品时内袋皱缩,并压出产品,所以在放出产品时,产品内不需要任何驱除气体。
众所周知,至少在一种方法中,内袋几乎100%地衬在外罐的内腔中,这种方法主要适用于将内袋喷射入外罐中。然后将产品装入内袋,但这种产品只能灌装到内袋的60%左右,以便在内袋和外罐之间为压缩气体提供足够的空间。也即是说,内袋中的无产品区必须在内袋和外罐之间的空间加压时进行排气。同时,压缩气体注入这个空间一直要到从阀门装置中喷出产品为止。这不仅是一个很不清洁的问题,而且产品本身亦受到损失,并导致定期间隔的机器故障。然后必须进行大量的清洁工作。
本发明的任务是提出一种上述的方去,它避免了上述诸弊,并用高度精确的产品灌装量保证了绝对清洁的灌装工艺。
这个任务是这样实现的:在产品装入内袋之前,用气体注入外罐和内袋之间的空间。
所以,这里涉及的是一个在灌装产品时内袋和外罐之间的空间已经有压力作用的预先充气的系统。通过装入产品把内袋和外罐之间的空间内的压力提高到一个要求的值,而且这个压力值决不象过去的方法那样需要精确的气体体积。所以,只要在内袋中灌装的产品体积具有精确的量就足够了。内袋和外罐之间的空间内的压力只需具有一个大致的值。从而不再需要对内袋内腔进行排气,因此不存在产品喷出时产生的缺点。这是新式制造工艺和灌装工艺的一个很重要的优点。
由于在灌装产品之前内袋和外罐之间的空间就有压力的作用,因此,有利于将袋底带到阀门孔的范围。这就保证了内袋的均匀翻卷,从而使袋壁位于相互紧贴的两层内,这样,就避免了空气进入而对产品可能产生有害的影响,例如氧化等。
根据本发明的一个简单实施例,内袋的翻卷是通过在内袋和外罐之间的空间注入气体来实现的。这当然是一个理想的解决办法。因为因此而避免了附加的工序。然后用阀门装置关闭阀门孔,并在内袋和外罐之间的空间建立要求的压力就够了。此压力高到能使内袋紧贴在阀门装置的轮廓上,并由此压出阀门装置和内袋之间存在的全部空气。
不过本发明的经验表明,由于内袋与外罐不均匀的分离,内袋翻卷不起来。因此,内袋不位于均匀紧贴的两层内,而是有空气进入内袋,这些进入的空气不可能通过阀门装置排出,这是一个缺点。
另一种可能是在阀门孔加真空,并将袋底吸到阀门孔。即使这样,仍不能完全避免内袋的非均匀翻卷或提前皱缩。此外,在加上真空后必须装上阀门装置,而且内袋和外罐之间的空间必须通过阀门附加一个真空。这是一个附加的工序。
第三种可能是,可设想用机械的方法将袋底带到阀门孔附近。为此,将一根挺杆插入内袋,此挺杆具有吸盘,或挺杆本身做成吸盘。此外,挺杆有一个加真空的孔,所以挺杆可吸住袋底。然后在拔出时挺杆吸住袋底,并在阀门孔的部位松开袋底。这样,就能保证尽可能早地将内袋翻卷起来。
在挺杆从阀门孔拉出后,将阀门装置装到阀门孔上,并通过阀门装置向内袋注入气体。根据本发明还可通过阀门装置预先将内袋的剩余空气吸出。这一工序在上述全部可能性中都可采用。此外,为了内袋完全保持没有空气可产生一定的真空度,从而可加速气体的注入。
第四种可能是用另一种机械的方法将袋底带到袋孔。为此,将一根挺杆插入外罐的底孔,并将袋底沿阀门孔方向推动。
在挺杆从底孔拉出后,阀门孔用阀门装置封闭,并用真空吸出内袋的剩余空气。这样,内袋便翻卷位于外罐内。
在制造内袋时,挺杆在插入外罐底孔的过程中不得破坏袋底。
对用户来说,最好制成的双室压力容器是,除了内袋充注气体外的其余全部工序都在制造厂家进行。预充气的双室压力容器在运输过程中是没有危险的,因为内袋和外罐之间的空间内的压力不很高,而且一般都用空气作压缩气体。
下面结合优选实施例以及附图来说本发明的其他优点、特征和细节;附图是:

图1所示双室压力容器R有一个可用任一种材料制成的外罐1,虽然本发明不限制外罐所用的材料,但最好用铝金属制造。至少外罐1如何制造则只是无关紧要的。但无论如何外罐应具有一个圆罐壁2、一个罐底3和一个阀门孔4。在本实施例中,罐底3向里拱起,以便能承受内袋6和外罐1之间的空间5内的压内。此外,罐底3还有一个压缩气体的注入孔7。
此外,在本实施例中,外罐1还有一层内涂层8,不过这一内涂层并不是非要不可。圆罐壁2在本实施例中为圆柱形,但亦可为其他形状。
内袋6用一种可皱缩的材料例如塑料、金属箔等组成,并可分开装入外罐1中或喷入外罐1中。内袋6的制造和装入对本发明无关宏旨。全部可能性都包括在本发明的范围内。
从图可看出,内袋6有一个袋底9,袋壁10直到阀门孔4都与袋底连接。亦不必需要这一特征,因为在已公知的双室压力容器中,内袋是粘接在外罐上的,有内袋上缘与阀门孔4保持一定的距离。
在此例中,阀门孔4被卷边11限定,阀门装置12稍后就装在这个卷边上(见图6和图7)。
双室压力容器按本发明下述方法制造或灌装:
图1表示双室压力容器制造阶段的起始状态,在这个阶段中,内袋6位于外罐1中,而且不论那种方式总是至少有一部分与外罐1连接。阀门孔4可通过阀门装置12打开或关闭,这只对本发明方法的一种可能性有意义。
本发明方法的下一道工序是,将袋底9带到阀门孔4的部位,如图2和图3所示,此时可以(但不必)把门阀装置12装到阀门孔4上。
对这道工序的另一种可能是,如箭头13所示,通过注入孔7将气体特别是空气注入内袋6和外罐1之间的空间5中,这样,袋底9离开外罐1的罐底3,并移到阀门孔4。如果阀门孔4已用阀门装置12关闭,则空间5可充注要求的气体压力,这样,袋底9可紧贴阀门装置12的轮廓内表面,从而尽可能排出内袋6里边的气体。
不过,本发明方法的这一可能性是有缺点的,即袋壁10离开圆罐壁2是不均匀的,所以,袋底9亦不能移到圆孔4,而是内袋6按任意方式皱缩。但在这种情况中存在这样的危险,即相当多的空气留在已皱缩的内袋6中,这是不好的。此外,这种双室压力容器很难进行清洁地灌装。
所以,在本发明另一实施例中,如箭头14所示,通过阀门孔4或装在阀门孔4上的阀门装置对内袋6的内部抽真空,这样袋底9在阀门孔4的方向被吸住。不过袋壁10不均匀地离开圆罐壁2这一危险仍未完全排除。
亦可在圆罐壁2内表面虚线所示的中间范围15涂一种粘接剂,这样就可避免袋壁10与圆罐2的不均匀的分开。当然,在这个范围15涂粘接剂是困难的,而且是昂贵的。
亦可设想用机械的方法来把袋底9移到阀门孔4的范围,如图4所示。为此,设置了一根挺杆16,该挺杆有一个轴向孔17与图中没有示出的真空源连通。挺杆16插入内袋6直到位于虚线所示的位置。通过抽真空吸住袋底9,这样,挺杆16在沿X方向拉出时便可带动袋底9。一旦挺杆16位于阀门孔4的范围便立即解除真空,于是挺杆16便可离开而袋底9则停在该处。
用机械方法把袋底9带到阀门孔4范围内的另一可能性如图5所示。在这个可能性中,挺杆16.1通过注入孔7并在该处顶住袋底9。袋底9在这个范围内最好加强,加强可在袋底9制造时,即注入进外罐1时就做成一个透镜形的圆拱19。
如虚线所示,袋底9通过挺杆16.1带到阀门孔4的附近,然后,挺杆16.1重新从外罐1拉出,将阀门装到阀门孔4上,并通过该阀门加真空,于是袋底9和阀门之间的其余空间的空气也被排出。
在空间5通过注入孔7加上压缩气体的压力之前,阀门孔4必须通过阀门装置12关闭,如图6所示。在装上阀门装置12以后,空间5可注入压缩气体,同时必须注意压力在随后用产品灌装内袋6时压力会升高,但可通过简单的计算确定适当的灌装量。
但内空间5加压的优点是,可使袋底9紧贴阀门装置12的内轮廓,从而可使尚存在内袋6和阀门装置之间的全部空气几乎都被压出。为了进行这种彻底的排气,阀门18可在适当部位设置附加的阀门孔。
现在可将准确算出的产品量灌装在双室压力容器R中,如图7所示。通过阀门装置12进行灌装,同时袋底9重新向下方移向罐底3。这样内袋6和外罐1之间的空间5减小,压力上升。由于几乎不存在外来空气,所以内袋6的产品不再需要进行排气。

Claims (11)

1.由一个带圆罐壁(2),罐底(3)和一个阀门孔(4)的外罐(1)以及由一个放入外罐(1)的带有袋底(9)的内袋(6)组成的用来装某一产品的双室压力容器之制造和/或灌装方法,其中外罐(1)和内袋6围成一个用来容纳气体的空间(5),其特征是,外罐(1)和内袋6之间的空间在用产品灌装内袋(6)之前用气体注入。
2.按权利要求1的方法,其特征是,通过充入气体将袋底(9)带到阀门孔(4)的范围内。
3.按权利要求1的方法,其特征是,在充入气体前将袋底(9)带到阀门孔(4)的范围内。
4.按权利要求2或3的方法,其特征是,袋底(9)通过一个在阀门孔(4)上或通过一个安装的阀门装置(12)所加的真空被吸到阀门孔(4)。
5.按权利要求3或4的方法,其特征是,在外罐(1)中装入或形成内袋(6)后,把带有真空装置的挺杆(16)对着袋底(9)插入内袋(6)中,于是袋底(9)被吸住,而挺杆(16)便从内袋(6)中与袋底(9)一起拉动,同时,在挺杆通过阀门孔(4)之前或在通过的过程中解除真空。
6.按权利要求3或4的方法,其特征是,在外罐(1)中装入或形成内袋(6)后,挺杆(16.1)通过外罐(1)的底孔(7)插入,并将内袋(6)的袋底(9)推到袋孔(4)。
7.按权利要求6的方法,其特征是,内袋(6)剩余的空气通过阀门装置(12)吸出。
8.按权利要求6或7的方法,其特征是,袋底(9)在底孔(7)的范围内被加强。
9.按权利要求2至8任一项的方法,其特征是,通过一个在阀门孔(4)上安装的阀门装置(12)把袋(6)中的剩余空气通过该阀门装置吸出。
10.按权利要求1至9至少一项的方法,其特征是,产品克服外罐(1)和内袋(6)之间的空间(5)内的气体压力被灌装到内袋(6)中,这样袋底(9)便重新离开阀门孔(4)。
11.按权利要求1至10至少一项所述的方法,其特征是,内袋(6)被粘接在圆罐壁(2)的范围(15)内。
