Description

Bezeichnungdescription
Pressurized gas operated, filterless industrial vacuum cleaner, suitable for connection to an existing suction and filter system.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
In industrial companies, portable industrial vacuum cleaners are usually used for vacuuming. Occasionally, stationary vacuum cleaners are also installed, which are usually located on a longer suction line and have several 'sockets' for vacuum cleaning tools. Both vacuum cleaners have their own filters, which have to be cleaned and replaced periodically. A suction fan - on the clean air side, i.e. working after the filter - generates the required suction vacuum and the amount of suction.
Disadvantages of industrial vacuum cleaners are their limited filter area, which means that they have to be cleaned and replaced early, the great effort on site to get a vacuum cleaner and pass it on again after use, the bulkiness of these devices and the associated disabilities.
In addition, the vacuum cleaner blows off air again, creating air turbulence that can stir up dust. These arguments and the usually small number of existing devices in a company explain the often insufficient acceptance of the industrial vacuum cleaner in the company.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die genannten Nachteile zu vermeiden und ein Gerät zu schaffen, das klein und preiswert ist, und das amThe object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages mentioned and to create a device that is small and inexpensive, and that
ORIGINALUNTERLAGEN Ort des Bedarfs stets verfügbar ist.ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS Place of need is always available.
Eine Vorrichtung dieser Art ist beschrieben in G 94 01 201.6The solution to the problem is achieved by dispensing with the vacuum cleaner on its own filter and instead using the filter in the frequently available exhaust air and filter system for air extraction at machines and workplaces, i.e. by connecting to such a suction system (if present), by using a compressed air driving nozzle instead of a suction fan, by a resting device for the suction tool, in which the driving nozzle is switched off when the tool is at rest. Vice versa starts vacuuming when the tool is removed. A device of this type is described in G 94 01 201.6
The following advantages are associated with the construction of an industrial vacuum cleaner according to the invention: - It is always available.
It is small and attached to the machine / work place so that it does not interfere.
Its filter does not have to be cleaned, because it does not have its own filter. The exhaust air filter system in operation is designed for comparatively very large amounts of air and is hardly loaded by it.
The filter of the exhaust air filter system is cleaned automatically. The user of the vacuum cleaner has nothing to do with it. - Since the local amount of vacuum is very small - measured by the capacity of the exhaust air filter system, several vacuum cleaners can be connected without any problems.
- Saugwerkzeuge können jederzeit nachinstalliert werden, - Die Filterqualität einer Abluftanlage ist meist höher als bei Industriestaubsaugern: bessere Reinigung.- Suction tools can be installed at any time, - The filter quality of an exhaust air system is usually higher than that of industrial vacuum cleaners: better cleaning.
- Die Kosten pro Staubsauger-Einheit sind geringer.- The cost per vacuum cleaner unit is lower.
The system can also be adapted to special hygiene and Ex requirements with little effort. - Pre-separators for the purpose of relieving the strain on the filter system and the pipeline or for extracting the suction material are unproblematic and can always be retrofitted.
In a preferred embodiment, a device (20) according to the invention is shown in FIG. The driving nozzle here is an annular gap nozzle (1). The compressed air flows through the gap (2) of the nozzle (l) into the conveying cross section (3), drawing air from the upstream pipe (4) in the conveying direction. The compressed air valve (5) is switched on and off by means of the valve tappet (6). If the suction pipe (20.1) is inserted into the opening (7.1) of the tool holder (7), the valve tappet (6) of the valve (5) is pressed at the same time and the compressed air flow is interrupted. The suction opening (8) is largely closed.
The suction tool (20) is connected to the suction pipe (9) in such a way that it is blown in in the direction of flow during operation.
