Definitions
- the invention relates to an electrical plug-in contact device an electrical flat fuse with at least two Contact elements made from a stamped sheet metal part.
- These flat fuses become special with high contact pressure effectively with upright contact elements designed as fork-shaped flat elements contacted, e.g. in DE 43 06 795 C2 can be described.
- These known upright contact elements consist essentially of a sheet metal stamped part and have a conductor wire connection device e.g. in the form of crimp claws or contact lugs for plug contacts and a contacting area for a flat tongue of a flat fuse.
- the contacting area is a fork-shaped flat element formed, the two coplanarly arranged in the sheet metal plane, through a slot separated vertical and transverse Fork spring arms resilient to the sheet metal plane, the insertion side in the area of the mouth of the slot at a contact point acting on a flat tongue of a flat fuse Generate contact forces, the spring arms over one in the same Sheet metal level like the fork spring arms lying spring arm base are connected.
- the contact area has an additional one Spring arm on, the side outside of one of the fork spring arms arranged in the same sheet plane and on the one hand in one piece on the spring arm base and on the other hand on the fork spring arms is connected in the area of the contact point. moreover can be provided an over-spring, the fork spring arms biased upright towards each other.
- the spring is a flat, placed on the flat contacting part of the contact element U-shaped spring formed, the base of which in the area of Slot base is arranged, and the legs up in extend the area of the contact point of the fork spring arms and apply bent rags from the side to the outside (see Fig. 11).
- each tab is provided with a flat fuse contacted an upright contact element
- each upright contact element in a contact element chamber of the contact housing sits and - in a conventional manner with a locking slide device secured against pulling out - crosswise stuck on a tab.
- Crosswise means that the plane of the flat tongue perpendicular to the plane of the upright contact element lies.
- a contact flag 2 in the form of a sheet metal strip for a contact point distribution is connected.
- the metal strip or the contact tab 2 is at right angles from the plane of the upright contact element turned and is therefore in a to Level of the vertical contact element vertical plane.
- the contact flag 2 is Z-shaped and has the right angle bent connecting bridge 3, the adjoining, parallel to the contact area 6 of the upright contact element extending connecting web 4 and the perpendicular contact web 5 directed away from the contact area 6, the level of the contact point of the upright contact element is arranged.
- the contact bridge protrudes e.g. in two further contact element chambers of the contact housing by the contact element chamber walls be upheld. In the respective chamber the contact web 5 is in each case by another upright contact element 7, 8 in the manner of indirect or branched or second plug contact points with respect to a flat tongue Flat fuse contacted.
- This known contact point distribution device requires very many contact element chambers of the same spatial shape in one Fuse contact housing, which is very much insulating material consume and take up a lot of space so that the dimensions of the fuse contact housing are correspondingly large.
- a special production of an upright contact element regarding the contact flag e.g. 1 required, which in turn special spatial shapes of the contact housing, in particular with regard the contact chambers required.
- the contact point distributing A special type of upright contact element also requires a complicated locking slide device. essential
- the disadvantage of the known contact point distribution is that indirect second plug contact points branched off from a contact lug be created with respect to a flawless Contacting is known to be risky.
- the adapter part for contacting a flat tongue Flat fuse can have two outlets on which the outgoing contact elements can be contacted, so that one and the same tab of a fuse two current paths can come off.
- This device has the disadvantage that the Adapter part as "intermediate part" is required. Furthermore points the known device has a large number of contact points on.
- a flat fuse 10 of known type (Fig. 2, 3) has one narrow, flat body-shaped insulating material body 11 with which the current carrying webs not shown and the one not shown Fusible conductors are covered. From the insulating body 11 protrude from the bottom in a plane on the side Uniformly spaced apart from each other Flat tabs 14 out. The insulating body is on the tab side 11 with one in the plane of the tabs vertical level circumferential plug delimitation edge 12 provided. According to the invention stuck on at least one Flat tongue 14 two upright contact elements 13, preferably the same type (Fig. 2, Fig. 11), which preferably the have known spatial shapes with and without spring, which in DE 43 06 795 C2 are described.
- the contact housing 20 made of an insulating material has essentially a cuboid spatial shape with a bottom wall 21, two Narrow side walls 22, 23 and two broad side walls 24, 25.
- In the contact housing 20 are two or three blind holes, in cross section substantially rectangular contact element chambers 26, 27 introduced, the opposite of the bottom wall 21 Start side with free plug openings 28, 29 and end on the bottom wall 21.
- In the bottom wall 21 are two identical, aligned parallel to the walls 24, 25, arranged at a lateral distance from each other, approximately in the Inserted transverse slots 30, 31, each open into a contact element chamber 26, 27, and their Dimension each the cross-sectional dimension of a flat tongue 14 a flat fuse 10 is adapted, and their distance from each other corresponds to the distance between the flat tabs 14.
- a slot opens into two adjacent contact element chambers.
- Bearing block 32 integrally formed, one parallel to its longitudinal extent extending, essentially open to the slot 30 has a U-shaped guide groove 34 in cross section.
- a flat securing device is located between the U-shaped guide grooves 34, 35 10 approximately suitable pluggable, the tabs 14 the Pass through slots 30, 31 and a piece into the contact element chambers 26, 27 protrude, the plug limiting edge 12 the bottom wall 21 is seated (not shown).
- the chambers 26, 27 are on the inner surfaces of the housing walls 24, 25 in pairs, opposite each other extending parallel to the guide grooves 34, 35, in cross section U-shaped guide grooves 36 molded in their dimensions the thickness of the metal sheet of the upright contact elements 13 in Area of their additional spring arms 40, 41 are adapted.
- the Guide grooves 36 are arranged in pairs such that an upright contact element 13 in the contact element chamber 27 and two upright contact elements 13 in the contact element chamber 26 can be inserted, the additional spring arms 40, 41 of the upright contact elements 13 includes the guide grooves 36 (not shown).
- the contact element is 13 inserted so far that it is on a tab 14th the flat fuse 10 slides and on the bottom wall 21 or a corresponding plug-in limiting element.
- two are opposite one another arranged pairs of guide grooves 36 so closely adjacent on the side Spacing are arranged so that they both form a slot 30 or 31 lead so that the two in the two pairs of guide grooves 36 pushed up contact elements 13 one protruding into the interior through a slot 30 or 31 Flat tongue 14 contacting and clamping a flat fuse seated.
- the two pairs of guide grooves 36 in a contact element chamber, e.g. 26, be accommodated.
- Guide groove pairs 36 is a thin partition, so that the contact housing 20 per upright contact element 13 a Has contact element chamber 26, 27.
- the contacting according to the invention requires approximately 30% less Space and ensures a significantly improved contact through the second direct contact with another upright contact element on a tab of a flat fuse.
- the contact housing described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 8 has Side by side elements, so that a large number of the contact housing 20 can be strung together.
- Fig. 9 shows the slots 30, 31 nine times in the grid A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and I of an integral contact housing 20a. From Fig. 10 it follows that each for a pair of slots 30, 31 three contact element chambers 26a, 26b and 27 are provided are, one between the contact element chambers 26a and 26b thin partition 26c and between the contact element chamber 26b and 27 a somewhat thicker partition 27a are arranged. Of the three pairs of guide grooves 36 are the two pairs in the contact element chambers 26a and 26b closely adjacent each the partition 26c arranged, the partition 26c in the Area of the longitudinal extent of the slot 31 is located.
- the housing 20a has bearing blocks 32, 33 (FIG. 9), into which the guide channels 34, 35 are introduced.
