Definitions
- the invention relates to a sewage shaft with at least one Manhole ring, which preferably as a concrete or reinforced concrete or as a plastic or is designed as a precast concrete-plastic mixture, the Manhole ring the rainwater in an inside of the manhole ring trained rainwater pipe through the sewage shaft, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the separation systems are usually used Rain drain and sewage drain in two separate drainage channels derived. Recently, the separation process is also often used in modified the way that the rainwater canal that is insignificant or only lightly polluted roof sewage has to absorb, and the polluted Rainwater from more frequented traffic areas together with the Dirty water is discharged in the mixed water channel.
- the disadvantage of this method is the high cost of installing two Drainage systems and the manufacture of two shaft structures, a double shaft is possible, as well as two pipe trenches almost double the effort for pipe excavation, removal and Landfill of excess excavated material and backfilling of the Pipeline trenches.
- a downcomer which in its Has upper part located inlet pipes and a drain pipe.
- the overflow channel serves as a separator and leads dirty water, which serves a corresponding To produce mixed water of a specified degree of dilution, if the beam width from the feed channel under given hydraulic Corresponds to a certain amount of mixed water. A seperation of rainwater and dirty or mixed water does not take place.
- a sewage shaft which one Has shaft ring with a central opening.
- the shaft is made up of two Wastewater channels cross, each in an arc around the central Are led around, with one of the sewage channels on one Side, the other on the other side around the central opening is.
- the disadvantage here is that both sewers are on the same Level and exit from the shaft side by side or in enter it, so that when laying the drainage channels in the ground either two parallel trenches or a single extremely wide trench to be raised are what the cost, the effort and the environmental damage significantly increased when installing such sewage systems.
- WO-A-91 14052 also shows the possibility of two such Arrange manhole rings one above the other so that a total of four separate ones There are drainage channels, two of which run one above the other.
- the bottom of the upper shaft ring also acts as a cover for the Drainage channels of the lower manhole ring, so that the lower two Sewage channels are closed all around.
- the disadvantage here is that the lower two drainage channels are not accessible, so that the Sewage shaft for one of its main purposes, namely for sighting, Control, maintenance, cleaning and servicing of the sewage system, cannot be used with regard to the lower sewer channels; such measures are not related to the lower sewer channels in WO-A-91 14052 intended.
- the lower sewage pipes can capped up, no excess water from the top Take up drainage channels.
- Another disadvantage is that the Vertical distance between the upper and lower drainage channels only in such height levels is variable, which is the full height of each Corresponds to manhole rings. The vertical distance between the top and the lower drainage channels can therefore not easily by one Sewage shaft to be graded to the next; this would be the Manufacture of a variety of different manhole rings or special components required. Without such complex additional measures, the gradient is lower drainage channels through that of the upper drainage channels or vice versa rigidly fixed.
- a sewer with a pipe is known from DE 42 20 880 A1, which contains two completely closed lines, one for each Rainwater and dirty water.
- the rainwater pipe vertically above the Dirty water pipe is arranged.
- the rainwater pipe has in A revision flap in the area of your sole after opening or removing it the sewage pipe underneath is accessible.
- the inspection flap is only accessible if the Waste water pipe open, i.e. part of her coat removed was what when working on the sewage system due to the cramped underground space can be disadvantageous because the removed Bulky jacket parts may first be removed from the work area must, in order not to disturb the further work.
- the work is on the sewage pipe complicated by the fact that access to it is not directly, but only through the rainwater pipe.
- the rainwater pipe does not carry water when the inspection flap is opened may be; i.e. the rainwater pipe either has to be from the start be empty or, if there are shut-off devices, shut off, before access to the sewage pipe is possible. This will increase the maintenance and repair costs. There is also a barrier the rainwater pipe, for example, when it is raining or melting snow further adverse consequences such as Water backflow possible, so that Accessibility of the sewage pipe is also subject to time limits. If maintenance or repair work has already started basically the risk that these will be canceled due to the weather have to.
- the invention has for its object a sewage shaft to create the genus mentioned above, the manufacture of the two Drainage systems of rainwater and dirty or mixed water with to enable little effort and lower costs.
- a sewage shaft at least one shaft ring, preferably as a concrete or reinforced concrete or is designed as a plastic or as a concrete-plastic mixture finished part, wherein the manhole ring the rainwater in an inside of the manhole ring trained rainwater pipe through the sewer, the Rainwater pipe as a closed pipe through the sewage shaft is passed, characterized in that the rainwater pipe with a watertight lockable cleaning opening or with a commercially available cleaning tube is equipped and inside the Manhole rings integrated with the same as a console or as a console-like part is carried out, which receives the closed rainwater pipe, and the sewage pipe vertically or offset below the rainwater pipe is passed through the sewage shaft as a separation system.
- the waste water pipe is vertical or offset below the Rainwater pipe arranged as a separation system and through the Waste water duct passed through, the dirt or Mixed water channel can be arranged tangentially on the inner wall of the shaft.
- the rainwater pipe is inside the manhole ring with the same integrated as a console or as a console-like part, which the closed rainwater pipe, for example a pipe.
- the advantage of the sewage shaft according to the invention is that now both piping systems, namely that for rainwater and that for Dirty water, can be laid in a pipeline trench.
- the sewage shaft according to the invention solves the resulting Consequence, the rain and dirt or mixed water pipe in one Integrate shaft structure without a connection between the both media is possible and therefore no mixing of the different Water takes place, which is important for downstream wastewater treatment plants.
- a cleaning opening which can be closed watertight with a lid or a commercially available cleaning tube is provided.
- the rainwater pipe can be a PVC or PE or a similar material or be made of a concrete cross section duct casting and be curved inside the shaft ring.
- the rainwater pipe can be within the height of the Manhole rings or the sewage shaft can be arranged variably. In order to is a combination with standard manhole rings and any Distance and thus any height of the rainwater pipe possible.
- the rainwater pipe and the dirty or mixed water pipe also has an opposite slope exhibit. With a larger gradient, the rainwater pipe is therefore inside to install the bracket-shaped component with a slope.
- the rainwater pipe and the dirty water pipe be integrated within one and the same shaft ring.
- the advantage of the invention is a cheaper production of the Rainwater pipes in the separation process. She supports the Recently demanded by experts, wastewater, which less is dirty than the water at the sewage treatment plant drain, no longer the To supply sewage treatment plant.
- the sewage shaft supports the ecological Demand that rainwater be polluted as quickly as possible natural watercourses.
- a sewage shaft 2 preferably consists of a plurality of manhole rings 1. Inside the manhole ring 1 there is a bracket 3 on the side or a console-like molded concrete part 3 arranged within the same a rainwater pipe 4 is formed which within the shaft ring 1 or the sewage shaft 2 is completely closed. This rainwater pipe 4 is thus passed through the sewage shaft as a closed pipe to implement a separation system between the rainwater and the Dirty water.
- the console 3 or the console-like molded concrete part 3 can thus be designed segment-like or tendon-like, so that the rainwater pipe 4 guided more or less tangentially through the shaft ring 1 is.
- a dirt or mixed water pipe 5 is in the lowest shaft ring arranged and also through the sewage shaft or the shaft ring passed. As shown in Figure 1, the dirt or Mixed water pipe 5 opposite the rain water pipe 4 within the console 3 staggered below the same.
- cleaning tube 8 may be provided for the purpose of maintenance and cleaning of the rainwater pipe 4 .
- a single manhole ring 1 for the construction of a sewage manhole 2 preferably designed as a concrete or reinforced concrete or as a plastic or as a precast concrete-plastic mixture
- the rainwater pipe 4 is closed by guided the shaft ring as a closed, console-like component 3 and vertically or offset below the rainwater pipe 4 in the separation system the dirty water pipe 5 arranged and through the manhole ring 1 or Wastewater shaft 2 led. It can be within one and the same Manhole rings both the rainwater pipe and the dirt or Mixed water pipe can be arranged.
- the object of the invention is in particular in civil engineering for manufacture of drainage systems, because it is closed Rainwater through a sewage shaft is possible.
