Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Betätigungsvorrichtung für ein Fahrzeug-Ausstellfenster der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 genannten und aus der US-PS 4,186,524 hervorgehenden Art.The invention relates to an actuating device for a vehicle opening window of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1 and resulting from the US-PS 4,186,524.
Die in dieser Druckschrift offenbarte Betätigungsvorrichtung dient zum Verlagern eines sich im hinteren Seitenbereich eines Personenkraftwagens befindenden Ausstellfensters zwischen der Schließlage und der Offenlage. Dabei besteht die Betätigungsvorrichtung im wesentlichen aus einer Gewindestange, welche über ein elektromotorisch angetriebenes Zahnrad längsverlagert wird und einem mit der Gewindestange starr verbundenen biegsamen Kabel. Dieses führt zu einem am hinteren Tragpfosten des Personenkraftwagens befestigten Aufnahmeteil, in dem ein biegesteifes, bogenförmiges Endteil längsverschiebbar angeordnet ist, das seinerseits mit dem biegsamen Kabel verbunden ist. Ferner ist an dem bogenförmigen Endteil eine Kugel ausgebildet, die in einer Kugelpfanne gelagert ist, welche sich ihrerseits in einer am Ausstellfenster angebrachten Lagerung befindet. Da die Kugel des bogenförmigen Endteils in Schließlage und Offenlage des Ausstellfensters in Fahrzeugquerrichtung jeweils unterschiedliche Lagepunkte einnimmt, muß die Kugelpfanne in der fensterseitigen Lagerung etwa in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung längsverschiebbar gelagert sein. Dadurch ist die fensterseitige Lagerung des Endteils sehr bauaufwendig gestaltet und daher teuer herzustellen sowie auch störanfällig im Betriebseinsatz. Da das Übertragungselement aus einem biegsamen, jedoch schub- und zugfest ausgebildeten Material besteht, kann es bei Längsverlagerungen in einem Führungsrohr vorteilhafterweise mit seinem Endabschnitt unmittelbar am Ausstellfenster befestigt werden. Dabei werden die sich zwischen der Schließlage und der Offenlage des Ausstellfenster ergebenden, unterschiedlichen Lagepunkte der fensterseitigen Befestigungsstelle des Übertragungselements durch dessen Flexibilität, also selbsttätig ausgeglichen, so daß auf eine komplizierte fensterseitige Anbringung des Übertragungselements verzichtet werden kann. Zur Erzielung der Schub- und Zugfestigkeit des biegsamen Kunststoffs kann dieser faserverstärkt oder auch mit mindestens einem Stahlseil versehen sein. Ferner ist für das Übertragungselement 6 ein schubfester Kunststoff vorgesehen, wobei zur Gewährleistung der Zugfestigkeit des Übertragungselements 6 in den Kunststoff zentrisch ein Stahlseil 7 eingebettet ist.
