Claims (22)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines bedruckten Datenträgers (1) mit nichtwegschlagender Oberfläche und mit im Bereich des Druckbildes auf der Datenträgeroberfläche angeordneten mikroverkapselten Duftstoffen, die durch mechanische Zerstörung der Mikrokapseln (4) freigesetzt werden, wobei die Mikrokapseln (4) mit einem Beschichtungsmaterial in einem Mischungsverhältnis oder einer Schichtdicke derart auf der Oberfläche des Datenträgers (1) aufgebracht werden, daß zumindest ein Teil der Mikrokapseln (4) an der Oberfläche der Beschichtung (3) zugänglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein nahezu lösungsmittelfreies Beschichtungsmaterial verwendet wird, so daß die Mikrokapseln entweder durch die Wahl des Mischungsverhältnisses oder durch die Wahl der Schichtdicke und nicht durch Wegschlagen eines Bindemittels oder Verdunsten eines Lösemittels zugänglich gemacht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial als eine derart dünne Schicht auf den Datenträger (1) aufgetragen wird, daß zumindest ein Teil der Mikrokapseln zwangsläufig aus der Beschichtung (3) herausragt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das auf dem Datenträger (1) aufgebrachte Beschichtungsmaterial durch Polymerisation oder durch eine andere chemische Reaktion erhärtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Polymerisation durch Bestrahlung, insbesondere durch Bestrahlung mit ultraviolettem Licht, begünstigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bestrahlungszeit so gewählt wird, daß es während der Bestrahlung nicht zu einer Freisetzung von Duftstoffen in einem nennenswerten Umfang kommt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rauhigkeit der Oberfläche des Datenträgers (1) und die Größe der Mikrokapseln (4) so gewählt werden, daß die Mikrokapseln (4) wenigstens teilweise in die Oberfläche des Datenträgers (1) eingebettet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial als eine Grundierungsschicht (5) oder/und als eine Informationsschicht (2) oder/und als eine transparente Deckschicht (3) auf den Datenträger (1) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial großflächig, vorzugsweise vollflächig auf einer Seite oder auf beiden Seiten des Datenträgers (1) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Datenträger (1) wenigstens zwei verschiedene Duftstoffe aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial mit einem Druckverfahren, insbesondere im Offsetdruck, auf den Datenträger (1) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anpreßdruck beim Aufdrucken des Beschichtungsmaterials auf die Stabilität der mikroverkapselten Duftstoffe abgestimmt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial im wasserlosen Offsetdruck auf den Datenträger (1) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial einen Anteil von 20 Gewichtsprozent an verkapselten Duftstoffen enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Datenträger (1) um eine Telefonkarte, Ausweiskart handelt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial auf einem Bogen oder einer Bahn aus Kunststoff aufgebracht wird, aus der später der Datenträger (1) herausgeteilt wird.
- Bedruckter Datenträger (1) mit im Bereich des Druckbildes auf der Datenträgeroberfläche angeordneten mikroverkapselten Duftstoffen, bei dem durch mechanische Zerstörung der Mikrokapseln (4) die Duftstoffe freigesetzt werden, wobei der Datenträger (1) eine nichtwegschlagende Oberfläche aufweist, auf der die Mikrokapseln (4) mit einem Beschichtungsmaterial derart aufgebracht sind, daß zumindest ein Teil der Mikrokapseln (4) an der Oberfläche der Beschichtung (3) zugänglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung (3) derart dünn ist, daß zumindest ein Teil der Mikrokapseln zwangsläufig aus der Beschichtung (3) herausragt.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rauhigkeit der Oberfläche des Datenträgers (1) und die Größe der Mikrokapseln (4) so abgestimmt sind, daß die Mikrokapseln (4) wenigstens teilweise in die Oberfläche des Datenträgers (1) eingebettet sind.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial als eine Grundierungsschicht (5) oder/und als eine Informationsschicht (2) oder/und als eine transparente Deckschicht (3) auf dem Datenträger (1) aufgebracht ist.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial großflächig, vorzugsweise vollflächig auf einer Seite oder auf beiden Seiten des Datenträgers (1) aufgebracht ist.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Datenträger (1) wenigstens zwei verschiedene Duftstoffe aufgebracht sind.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial einen Anteil von 20 Gewichtsprozent an verkapselten Duftstoffen enthält.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Datenträger (1) um eine Telefonkarte, Ausweiskart handelt.
