- étalement du produit à la raclette en caoutchouc aisé du fait de son onctuosité et de sa thixotropie,
- maintien constant de cet état onctueux (ou de la rhéologie) pendant une heure,
- mode de mise en place permettant de travailler à l'avancement,
- travail peu pénible sans aucun problème de toxicité et de sécurité (pas de vapeur, pas de chauffage, pas de vapeurs toxiques),
- mise en oeuvre possible du liant sur un support bitumineux légèrement mouillé,
- absence de ressuage lorsque le liant est gâché avec la proportion d'eau indiquée,
- adhérence quasi-instantanée du panneau isolant sur le pare-vapeur bitumineux avec néanmoins possibilité de déplacer légèrement le panneau pendant trente minutes environ, ce qui permet de corriger les défauts de mise en place,
- possibilité de circuler sur les panneaux isolants dès leur mise en place,
- résistance à l'arrachement supérieure à celle des isolants.
- Les première et seconde couches sont respectivement une couche isolante et une couche d'étanchéité extérieure.
- La première et la seconde couches sont respectivement un écran pare-vapeur et une couche isolante sur laquelle on fixe par le même liant une couche d'étanchéité extérieure.
- La couche d'étanchéité comporte une feuille d'aluminium sur sa face à coller à la couche isolante.
- La couche isolante est à base d'un matériau choisi parmi les mousses plastiques, notamment de polystyrène ou de polyuréthanne, la perlite et les laines minérales, notamment la laine de roche.
Claims (17)
- Procédé de liaison mutuelle d'une couche pare-vapeur à base de bitume oxydé ou de bitume polymère (2) et d'une couche de matériau thermiquement isolant (3) pour la réalisation d'un revêtement d'étanchéité et d'isolation dans le domaine du bâtiment et des travaux publics, dans lequel, après avoir mis en place une première (2) desdites couches sur chantier, on y applique un liant (4) à l'état pâteux qu'on recouvre à son tour par la seconde couche (3), caractérisé en ce que ledit liant est à base d'un liant hydraulique constitué essentiellement des produits suivants :ciment 100 à 400 parties (en poids)filler 200 à 500 parties (en poids)superplastifiant 0,1% à 1% par rapport au ciment,
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on ajoute au liant un colloïde dans la proportion de 0,1% à 1% du ciment.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le colloïde est choisi parmi les produits suivants :argile colloïdale,méthylcellulose ou hydroxyméthylcellulose,stéarates,alginates,caséine,acétate de polyvinyle,gommes welan,gommes xanthane.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédendes, dans lequel on ajoute un dérivé aminé dans la proportion de 0,01% à 0,1% du ciment.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le dérivé aminé est choisi parmi les produits suivants :polyamines et dérivés,suif dipropylène triamine et dérivés,alkyl-amido imidazo polyamines et dérivés,amines grasses et dérivés, y compris sels d'ammonium quaternaire.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on ajoute un retardateur de prise lorsque la température extérieure est élevée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le retardateur de prise est choisi parmi les produits suivants :acides hydroxycarboxyliques,acides oxalique, gluconique,phosphates et gluconates de sodium et de calcium,saccharose, glucose,lignosulfonates.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel on ajoute un accélérateur de prise lorsque la température extérieure est basse.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'accélérateur de prise est choisi parmi les produits suivants :chlorure de calcium ou de sodium,bases alcalines,nitrate, borates ou thiosulfate de sodium.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le ciment est choisi parmi les ciments suivants :type CPJ,type CPA,type CHF,type CLK,type CLC.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le filler est choisi parmi les produits suivants :filler calcaire broyé,filler siliceux,cendres volantes,laitier moulu,pouzzolane mouluefumée de silice.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le superplastifiant est choisi parmi les produits suivants :mélanine sulfonée formaldéhyde,naphtalène sulfoné formaldéhyde,copolymère acrylique,copolymère vinylester,saccharates ou carbohydrates de sodium,acides polyhydroxycarboxyliques,lignosulfonates.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, selon lequel on procède sur le chantier au gâchage du liant afin d'obtenir une pâte, la quantité d'eau pouvant être comprise entre 150 et 450 parties pour 600 parties de liant (en poids).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche pare-vapeur est recouverte supérieurement d'une face d'aluminium.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche pare-vapeur comporte une feuille d'aluminium sur sa face à coller à la couche isolante.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche isolante (3) est à base d'un matériau choisi parmi les mousses plastiques, notamment de polystyrène ou de polyuréthanne, la perlite et les laines minérales, notamment la laine de roche.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche par vapeur est à base de bitume oxydé sous forme d'un feutre bitumé ou à base de bitume polymère sous forme de revêtements élastomères et plastomères.
