Abstract
Description
According to an embodiment variant according to FIG. 7 it also known each of the two machine frames instead of a multiple tamping unit to assign two single-tamping units. This are each at a distance from each other corresponding to a threshold distance distant. To compensate for different threshold distances each tamping unit can be moved in the machine longitudinal direction on the machine frame stored. Additional tamping machines with two multiple tamping units are known from U.S. Patents 4,224,874, 3,595,170 and 3,494,297.
The object of the present invention is to create a suitable for stuffing a large number of sleepers on a track Process with which a particularly high tamping performance in connection with a precise and permanent track position can be achieved.
This object is achieved according to the invention with a method of the generic type Kind solved in that in a continuously cyclically repeating first tamping pass by lifting the track to a target position simultaneous stuffing of at least two each Emerging threshold groups, between which at most two sleepers are arranged, one in the cycle of the first Darning passages independent, carried out at a later date second tamping pass - while keeping the target position unchanged of the track - be stuffed.
This procedure is largely taking into account the constructive Problem arising from the simultaneous tamping of a large number of sleepers, optimal tamping performance can be achieved. As a result of two-stage tamping processes are used in a particularly advantageous manner proven tamping units can be used without changing their design, by skipping those skipped in the first tamping pass Threshold between two darning groups the best possible position fixation of the long track section corrected in the first tamping process can be achieved is. Hence the skipped thresholds are referenced can be quickly and easily plugged onto the already specified track position.
Further advantageous developments result from the subclaims.
The invention is illustrated below with reference to the drawing Embodiments described in more detail.

A durch jeweils zwei Schwellen 22 umfassende Schwellengruppen

umfassenden Schwellengruppen x,y insgesamt zwei in Gleislängsrichtung
Differentiate the stuffing passages A, B shown schematically in FIGS. 3 and 4

Zusatz-Stopfmaschine 5 zusammen. Beide Stopfmaschinen 4,5 sind durch
eine Kupplungseinrichtung 6 lösbar miteinander verbunden. The
7 miteinander verbundenen Teilen 8,9 gebildeten Maschinenrahmen 10
The
Jedes Mehrfach-Stopfaggregat 18,19 weist pro Schienenlängsseite vier in

In diesem Bereich befindet
There is a drive between the two

Schwellentaster 37 vorgesehen.In a connected to the

53 angeordnet. Zur Energieversorgung der verschiedenen Antriebe sowie
eines Fahrantriebes 54 dient ein Motor 55.Between the two
Im folgenden wird die Funktionsweise der beschriebenen Maschinenanordnung 1 näher erläutert:The following is the operation of the machine arrangement described 1 explained in more detail:
Die Maschinenanordnung 1 wird zweckmäßigerweise unter Ankupplung der
Zusatz-Stopfmaschine 5 an die Stopfmaschine 4 gemeinsam zur Einsatzstelle
verfahren.
Pfeile 56).

Claims (5)
- A method for tamping a plurality of sleepers of a track, characterized in that, in a continuously cyclically recurring first tamping pass (A), with the track lifted into a target position, two sleeper groups (x,y), each comprising at least two sleepers (22), are tamped simultaneously, a maximum of two sleepers (z) being arranged between the said sleeper groups which are tamped in a second tamping pass (B) independent of the cycle of the first tamping passes (A) and performed subsequently, with the target position of the track remaining unchanged.
- A method according to claim 1, characterized in that correction of the track geometry is only performed in the first tamping pass (A).
- A method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the tamping of the remaining sleepers (z) in the second tamping pass (B) is automatically terminated when a preselectable tamping pressure is reached.
- A method according to one of claims 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the sleepers (z) which have not been tamped in the first tamping pass (A) are provided with a sleeper marking (50) for the tamping in the second tamping pass (B).
- A method according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that during the second tamping pass (B), a bearing pressure is exerted in the vertical direction on the rail (57) lying over the sleeper (z) to be tamped.
