Claims (2)
- Verfahren zur Leistungssteigerung einer Entwässerungsvorrichtung für Fasersuspension, insbesondere für aufbereitete Faserpulpe, bei dem eine Fasersuspension in einer Entwässerungsvorrichtung verarbeitet wird, für die Herstellung von Filtrat und einer entwässerten Fraktion,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Filtrat aus der Entwässerungsvorrichtung in einen Fraktionierer geleitet wird, in dem eine flüssige Fraktionierung erfolgt und daß aus dem Fraktionierer selektiv Fraktionen in einen entwässerten Fraktionsstrom aus der Entwässerungsvorrichtung eingeleitet werden, in Abhängigkeit der festgesetzten Güte des Pulpestroms. - Vorrichtung zur Steigerung der Produktion einer Entwässerungsvorrichtung für Fasersuspension, insbesondere für wiederaufbereitete Faserpulpe, die eine Entwässerungsvorrichtung (1) aufweist, mit einem Suspensionseinlaß (2), einem Filtratauslaß (8) und einem Auslaß (6) für eine entwässerte Fraktion, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Filtratauslaß (8) der Entwässerungsvorrichtung (1) mit dem Filtrateinlaß (9) eines Fraktionierers verbunden ist, der eine Vielzahl von Fraktionsauslässen (18, 19, 20) aufweist, bei dem die Fraktionierung flüssig erfolgt und daß die Fraktionsauslässe (18, 19, 20) des Fraktionierers mit dem Auslaß (6) für entwässerte Fraktion der Entwässerungsvorrichtung (1) verbunden ist, wobei Meßmittel vorgesehen sind, zum Messen der Suspensionsgüte am Suspensionseinlaß (2) und/oder am Auslaß (6) für entwässerte Fraktion der Entwässerungsvorrichtung und wobei Steuerungsmittel zwischen den Fraktionsauslässen (18, 19, 20) des Fraktionierers und dem Auslaß (6) für entwässerte Fraktion der Entwässerungsvorrichtung vorgesehen sind, zum Steuern der Zufuhr von Fraktionen zum Auslaß (6) für entwässerte Fraktion, in Abhängigkeit der durch die Meßmittel gemessenen Suspensionsgüte.
