Claims (2)
- Procédé pour augmenter le rendement d'un appareil d'essorage pour une suspension de fibres, particulièrement pour de la pâte de fibres recyclées, dans lequel une suspension de fibres est traitée dans un appareil d'essorage pour obtenir un filtrat et une fraction essorée, caractérisé en ce que le filtrat provenant de l'appareil d'essorage est dirigé jusqu'à un appareil de fractionnement, où un fractionnement a lieu dans un liquide, et en ce que des fractions provenant de l'appareil de fractionnement sont introduites sélectivement dans un flux de fraction essorée provenant de l'appareil d'essorage selon la qualité déterminée dudit flux de pâte.
- Appareil pour augmenter le rendement d'un appareil d'essorage pour une suspension de fibres, particulièrement pour de la pâte de fibres recyclées, comprenant un appareil d'essorage (1) comportant une entrée de suspension (2), une sortie de filtrat (8) et une sortie de fraction essorée (6), caractérisé en ce que la sortie de filtrat (8) de l'appareil d'essorage (1) est reliée à l'entrée de filtrat (9) d'un appareil de fractionnement (10) comportant une pluralité de sorties de fractions (18, 19, 20), qui est du type où le fractionnement a lieu dans un liquide, et en ce que les sorties de fractions (18, 19, 20) de l'appareil de fractionnement sont reliées à la sortie de fraction essorée (6) de l'appareil d'essorage (1), un moyen de détection étant prévu pour détecter la qualité de la suspension à l'entrée de suspension (2) et/ou la sortie de fraction essorée (6) de l'appareil d'essorage, et un moyen de contrôle étant prévu entre les sorties de fractions (18, 19, 20) de l'appareil de fractionnement et la sortie de fraction essorée (6) de l'appareil d'essorage pour contrôler la distribution de fractions à la sortie de fraction essorée (6) selon la qualité de la suspension détectée par ledit moyen de détection.
