Claims (8)
- ORGANE BASCULANT A GLISSER POUR INTERRUPTEURS OU MECANISMES ELECTRIQUES, comportant un axe transversal (2) de pivotement en croisillon avec les bras basculants (3-3a) et perpendiculaire à ceux-ci le membre vertical (5) porte-mécanismes, se caractérisant en ce que ce membre est intégré des parois prismatiques (4-4a) séparées par un logement (6) qui comprend intérieurement des moyens pour le guidage du ressort de tension (7), et latéralement des moyens pour l'enclenchement d'un organe de glissade (14) qui loge, d'en bas, dans le logement (6) dont la glissade (14) a des moyens d'enclenchement, des moyens de fixation du ressort (7) et des moyens pour le déplacement uniforme du support de contact mobile par friction sur toute la bande.
- ORGANE BASCULANT A GLISSER POUR INTERRUPTEURS OU MECANISMES ELECTRIQUES selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le logement (6) possède les demi canaux respectifs (en demi tige) (8-9) taillées verticalement dans les faces intérieures (10-11) des parois (4-4a) du membre vertical (5) et qui a latéralement de petites cloisons (12-13) intermédiaires, séparées en haut et en bas du logement (6), et légèrement en retrait par rapport aux bords latéraux des parois (4-4a) du membre vertical (5).
- ORGANE BASCULANT A GLISSER POUR INTERRUPTEURS OU MECANISMES ELECTRIQUES selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la glissade (14) comprend une fourche en "U" de sections prismatiques, dont les branches verticales parallèles (17-18) sont couronnées par les crochets d'ancrage (15-16) correspondants et dont le tronçon commun ou base (20) du "U" a une billette cylindrique (19) qui coupe cette base (19) et qui, de manière coaxiale, par dessus, a les moyens de montage pour le ressort de tension (7) et par dessous la pointe de glissade.
- ORGANE BASCULANT A GLISSER POUR INTERRUPTEURS OU MECANISMES ELECTRIQUES selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les crochets d'ancrage (15-16) sont disposés vers l'extérieur des bras (17-18) de la fourche pour son enclavement dans les petites cloisons (12-13) de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur et/ou dans une autre version dans laquelle les crochets d'ancrage (15a-16a) sont disposés à l'inverse pour leur enclenchement à l'envers du précédent.
- ORGANE BASCULANT A GLISSER POUR INTERRUPTEURS OU MECANISMES ELECTRIQUES selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de montage pour le ressort (7) sont une tige (21) de section oblongue à chanfreins latéraux (22) augmentant l'axe transversal pour assurer l'encastrement par pression de ce ressort (7).
- ORGANE BASCULANT A GLISSER POUR INTERRUPTEURS OU MECANISMES ELECTRIQUES selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la pointe de glissade comporte une saillie rectangulaire (23) alignée avec la base (20)et de largeur équivalente au diamètre de la billette (19) avec un bord de friction arrondi ou endossé (24) pour assurer le glissement sur toute la base (25) (de part et d'autre) du support de contact mobile.
- ORGANE BASCULANT A GLISSER POUR INTERRUPTEURS OU MECANISMES ELECTRIQUES selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la pointe de glissade comporte le bord de friction arrondi ou endossé (24) dispose d'une version striée longitudinalement (24a).
- ORGANE BASCULANT A GLISSER POUR INTERRUPTEURS OU MECANISMES ELECTRIQUES, selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le membre vertical (5) comporte des rabaissements extérieurs (27-28) situés sur les extrémités des parois (4-4a) pour reloger les pattes (26-26a) du support de contact mobile dans ses déplacements basculants, et assurer une cote de déplacement maximum.
