Claims (4)

  1. Verbindungsvorrichtung mit zumindest einem isolationsdurchtrennenden Schlitz (51, 52), insbesondere für die Verbindung einer ummantelten Ader (10) einer Telefon-oder Datenübertragungsleitung, wobei diese Vorrichtung mindestens zwei, jeweils aus einem flachen und langgestreckten Metallstück (4) erhaltene Metallverdickungen (8, 9) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    - daß die zwei Metallverdickungen (8, 9) längs des isolationsdurchtrennenden Schlitzes so geformt sind, daß zwischen den Metallverdickungen ein Zwischenraum (E) verbleibt, dessen Querschnitt in einer ersten, zu dem Schlitz rechtwinkligen Ebene (P) eine Dreiecksform hat und zu einer zweiten, durch den Schlitz verlaufenden und zu der ersten Ebene senkrechten Ebene (P') symmetrisch ist, und
    - daß die erste Verdickung (8) eben ist und einen ersten Schlitz (51) umfaßt, und die zweite Verdickung (9) gewölbt ist und einen zweiten Schlitz (52) umfaßt, wobei der zweite Schlitz (52) etwas breiter als der erste Schlitz (51) ist und dessen Einführschräge (55) vor der Einführschräge (54) des ersten Schlitzes angeordnet ist.
  2. Leiste mit mindestens einer Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kunststoffwand (14) des Leistenkörpers, der den isolationdurchtrennenden Kontakt (2) aufnimmt, in der Verlängerung des Kontaktes (2) einen Schlitz (15) zur Durchführung einer Ader (10) umfaßt, der enger ist als der Durchmesser der Ummantelung (11) der Ader (10), so daß die Ader (10) nach dem Einführen in den Kontakt (2) in diesem Schlitz (15) eingeklemmt ist.
  3. Leiste nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder (16, 17) des Schlitzes (15) zum besseren Eingreifen in die und Klemmen der Ummantelung (11) der Ader (10) angeschrägt sind.
  4. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie, ausgehend von einem flachen Metallband (4), zumindest besteht aus
    - Schneiden mindestens einer axialen Öffnung (15) in dieses Metallband, die zwei axiale, durch einen zentralen, verbreiterten Bereich (50) getrennte Endbereichsschlitze (51, 52) umfaßt,
    - Aufweiten des Bandes am Ort zumindest eines (52) der beiden Endbereichsschlitze,
    - und zumindest einmaliges, vollständiges Umschlagen dieses Bandes in zumindest zwei Verdickungen (8, 9) längs einer rechtwinklig zur Bandachse liegenden, durch den verbreiterten Bereich (50) verlaufenden Linie (53), die so angelegt ist, daß die zwei Endbereichsschlitze (51, 52) übereinander liegen, wobei dieses Band so umgeschlagen wird, daß sich schließlich zwischen den zwei vollständig umgeschlagenen Verdickungen der Zwischenraum (E) bildet, dessen Querschnitt eine symmetrische Dreiecksform hat.
