- the respective drive gear 33 per printing unit 11a to 11h is in the area of the disc 14 on the pitch circle of the drive gear 33 an outside toothed tooth segment 34 associated with which the respective Drive gear 33 during the rotation of the printing unit 11a to 11h can be brought into engagement.
- the toothed segment 34 extends over a circumferential angle e.g. less than 160 °, e.g. about in Range from 80 ° to 110 °.
- the drive gear 33 carries an eccentric Projection 35 which e.g. one not shown here Has role.
- the disc 14, 18 has one of the beginning of the tooth segment 34 upstream in the circumferential direction according to arrow 13 and cooperating with the eccentric protrusion 35 Lane 36 e.g. in the form of a groove 37, which as Cam track is formed and the engagement of the Drive gear 33 upstream in the toothed segment 34 Drive the drive shaft 32 in the same Direction of rotation, preferably an acceleration.
- this is a defined meshing of the Drive gear 33 ensures in the toothed segment 34.
- Because of the eccentric projection 35 and the track 36, especially groove 37 a smooth acceleration of the Drive shaft 32 and thus the entire, driven above Wheel set reached. Through this acceleration at Shocks, impacts and the like are used to drive the wheelset abrupt loads at the beginning of the gear engagement, which lead to damage and high wear, switched off or at least significantly reduced. It will be a soft Free start of drive possible.
- the web 36 e.g. Groove 37 extends over a circumferential angle, e.g. is greater than 200 ° and in particular e.g. is in the range of 250 ° to 280 °. This circumferential angle the path 36 is matched to that of the toothed segment 34.
- the web 36, e.g. Groove 37 closes on both Ends of the toothed segment 34 on this, in which Start of the toothed segment 34 upstream in the direction of rotation Area of web 36, e.g. Groove 37, a radially outward extending end portion 38 is provided.
- the train 36 e.g.
- Groove 37 runs essentially on the pitch circle of the drive gear 33 or the toothed segment 34, at the end of the web 36 from this to the outside extending end portion 38 goes off.
- This end section 38 causes the explained acceleration of the drive shaft 32 and thus represents an acceleration section.
- Groove 37 is an initial radial section 39 provided radially from the inside out merges into the outside of the web 36, at least slightly, and thus for a good run-in of the projection 35 into the web 36 when the drive gear 33 ends of the toothed segment 34 comes out of engagement with this.
- the web contains 36, in particular Groove 37, an inlet slot open radially outwards 40 for retracting the eccentric projection 35 into the Groove 37.
- the drive of the wheelset, in particular the shaft 20, takes place from the drive shaft 32 via a transmission gear 41, e.g. a slow translation.
- the transmission gear 41 is in particular from a planetary gear.
- the drive shaft 32 is with the shaft 20 to be driven via the transmission gear 41 gear coupled.
- the shaft 20 is a hollow shaft educated. This allows the drive shaft 32 within the hollow shaft 20 coaxial with this. This saves space.
- the transmission gear 41, planetary gear in particular, is at one end of the drive shaft 32 arranged while doing that opposite the end carrying the drive gear 33.
- the planetary gear has a on the printing unit 11, e.g.
- the transmission gear 41 and overall the drive for the shaft 20 can be designed so that each is rotated by more than 360 ° C circumferential angle, so that as possible high machine speeds can be realized.
- the shaft 20 and the drive shaft 32 can by means of plain bearings be stored.
- the housing 9 can be divided be, whereby a disassembly of the complete wheelset in axial direction is possible in a simple manner. The order can be chosen so that the drive shaft 32 the transmission gear 41 in Fig. 6 pulled out to the left can be. This is achieved in that the Drive pinion 43 a smaller diameter than that Has drive shaft 32.
- the circumferential angle extension of the tooth segment 34 is such dimensioned that the type wheels 19 of each printing unit 11 only are driven for a predetermined response time, the shaft 20, as already stated, by more than Is rotated 360 °.
- each Printing unit 11 Another, equally essential specialty of each Printing unit 11 is that by means of each Actuator 31 each pawl 30 in its release position (Fig. 5, left) and out of engagement with the type wheel 19 can be held.
- the assigned one Actuator 31, in particular electromagnet can be activated, in particular, be switched on so that the pawl 30 by means of of the actuator 31 held in this release position becomes.
- the actuator 31 is also in a pawl 30 releasing position controllable, in which case the released Pawl by means of the force exerted on it Spring 46 can be pushed into its locked position, which in 5 is shown on the right.

In the same way it is also at a distance of disc 14 next disc 18 (Fig. 2) with a corresponding cam track 51, in particular groove 52, Mistake.
- This cam track 51 in particular groove 52, has one of the arcuate section deviating from the circular shape 53 on the peripheral region on the start of the setting time of the type wheels 19 is upstream.
- the arc section 53 controls together with the eccentric projection 50 a lifting movement for the pawls 30 of the respective printing unit 11.
- the eccentric Projection 50 is e.g. from a roll.
- the Cam track 51, in particular groove 52 has a radial outwardly open inlet 54 for retracting the projection 50, in particular the roller, in the cam track 51.
- Each pawl 30 is at a radial distance from the storage on the axis 48 a locking tooth 55 for engagement in a identical tooth gap 56 between two successive Teeth 57 of a locking device 58 of the respective type wheel 19, e.g. a locking disk 59 fixed therewith, each ratchet tooth 55 for blocking in both Direction of rotation of the type wheel 19 is formed. Between a tooth gap 56 and the locking tooth engaging therein 55 of the jack 30 there is almost no play. Consequently is a lock of the respective type wheel 19 in both Direction of rotation reached. A possible rebound of the Type wheel 19 when stopping is also prevented.
- the teeth 57 of the locking device 58 are approximately the teeth of a circular saw blade in a side view designed accordingly, what best from Fig. 4th can be seen.
- the tooth gaps 56 are approximately U-shaped, but the centerline of the U is not towards one Radial runs, but related to a secant on the central axis of each type wheel 19 and each locking disk 59. Another peculiarity is that the respective upstream in the circumferential direction of the tooth gap 56 Tooth 57 sloping towards tooth gap 56 Tooth back 60 has.

This prevents any sticking to the electromagnet, even if the surface of the cross piece 73 should be dirty.
- each type wheel 19 per printing unit 11th carries twelve types 23 each, so is each type wheel 19 associated locking device 58, in particular locking disk 59, with twelve consecutive equidistant angular distances Provide teeth 57.
- each individual type wheel 19 is one Sensing device 29 assigned.
- Each sensing device 29 has for each type wheel 19 three along the orbit of the type wheel 19 Hall sensors 82, 83 arranged at intervals from one another and 84 on.
- the sensing device 29 includes one Hybrid circuit not shown with a suitable Chip. Electrical cables lead from the sensing device 29 to a central control device, not shown further here. Component of the sensing device 29 are additional to the Hall sensors 82, 83 and 84 also individual permanent magnets 85 different polarities along the circumference of each Type wheel 19 are placed.
- the permanent magnets 85 are each arranged on the peripheral area between two types 23, but not every intermediate area between has two types 23 permanent magnets 85.
- each type wheel 19 can the permanent magnets 85 e.g. grouped in the order S S O N S O S N O N N O be, as is the case in FIG. 3.
- S south pole.
- the arrangement is such that each type 23 of a type wheel 19 by the signals from two permanent magnets 85 is identified, that is, when exactly two magnetic signals, e.g. once N and once S, clearly a Type 23 is reached and the adjacent Type 23 with it is clearly identified.
- Just a magnetic signal means that Type 23 has not yet been reached.
- At the second magnetic signal Type 23 is immediately clearly identified. It there are no combinations of three.
- each type wheel 19 is twelve parts in total, i.e. can carry twelve types 23, with the respective coding shown above, i.e. arrangement the permanent magnet 85, there is the advantage that all types 23 by two magnetic signals clearly and can be identified quickly. Ten types will be 23 needed for the numbers zero to nine.
- eleventh Type 23 is e.g. a cancellation mark, letter or the like. possible, so that when setting the respective type wheel 19 on this eleventh Type 23 a cancellation stamp can be printed. So far, separate, controlled ones were used instead Cancellation machines in an additional printing station of the Printing device 10 necessary.
- the cancellation mark can by means of the respective printing unit 11 by corresponding Settings of the respective type wheel 19 printed will.
- An empty field can be provided as the twelfth Type 23 be. This makes it easy to turn off a printing unit 11 allows. All printing units 11 of the printing device 10 can by setting their respective Type wheels 19 are thus switched to pressure cut-off, so this function is not available on the press must be or does not have to be controlled separately.
- the fully automatic adjustable respective printing unit 11 also has the advantage that any, even non-sequential Numbers can be set. It is therefore not mechanical different plants for different applications necessary. Manual presetting of the printing unit 11 to the designated start number at the start of a Print job is also no longer necessary, for what otherwise up to 1500 type wheels were necessary, the rest were difficult to access in the press.
- Pre-inking can be controlled by software. It is no manual switchover necessary, also no switchover via switching curve actuation or the like. Cleaning the individual Printing units at the end of the shift are made considerably easier and can be carried out more thoroughly. It is also an advantage the simple mechanical structure. Not by some necessary, numbering-typical and complicated parts, e.g. of cranks, front grippers, pre-inking combs, front gripper controls etc., the mechanical structure is considerable simplified. Another advantage is that each printing unit for setting the type wheels 19 a high setting speed is achievable. The setting can be in one time of 100 ms, calculated from printing to coloring. Even faster settings are possible. With everything will reliably detect the respective types 23 each Type wheel 19 guaranteed. Another advantage is very small size. This allows printing devices, e.g. Numbering cylinder, with up to 120 numbering units with Provide twelve type wheels 19 each, all type wheels 19 can be controlled and monitored as required. There are Print speeds of up to 18,000 rev / h possible.
- Each printing unit 11 is available during the Response time driven, when when rotating the drive gear 33 engages with the gear segment 34 the stationary disc 14 arrives. Before is over Arc section 53 and the eccentric projection 50 of the Lifting device 49 a simultaneous lifting of all Pawls 30 against the action of the respective spring 46 causes been. Then all the actuators 31, 69, 70 and the following have been activated by the control device and above the individual pawls 30 in the release position brought in which they are electromagnetically by the Interaction of the respective electromagnets with the armatures the latches are held. At this stage they are individual type wheels 19 freely drivable. About the driven Drive shaft 32, the transmission gear 41 and the Shaft 20 and the respective slip clutch 21, in particular The individual type wheels 19 become friction disks 22 turned.
- the individual type wheels 19 are stopped by switching off the power supply of each individual actuator 31, 69, 70 at the specified time and when the sensing device 29 has determined that the respective desired, specified type 23 of the respective type wheel 19 has taken the printing position. Then the shutdown the power supply of the respective actuator 31, 69, 70 release the pawl 30, which is then by means of the relaxing spring 46 in its locked position (Fig. 5, right) is transferred, in the in the Tooth gap 56 engaging ratchet 55 the type wheel 19th is positively prevented from further rotation.
- the time for the switch-off current pulse is determined by the control device depending on the types to be set 23 and when the specified type 23 is reached, the through the permanent magnets embedded in the type wheels 19 85 are coded and by the Hall sensors 82, 83 and 84 are checked, released. Then the Printing process. After the impression and before the next adjustment process are all pawls 30 by the lifting device 49 brought back into said starting position, in which, until the actuators 31, 69, 70 remain.

Druckwerke 11 aufweist. Aus Fig. 1 ersieht man bei der Druckeinrichtung
10 acht in Umfangsrichtung in Abständen
Scheibe 14.1 and 2, part of a
Umlaufachse 17 verlaufenden gedachten Achslinie wiederum
Druckwerke 11 in axialen Abständen voneinander angeordnet
sein, z.B. 10 solcher Druckwerke 11g1, 11g2 und folgende. From Fig. 2 it can be seen that on a parallel to
in Fig. 4 herausgestellt.
Typen 23 in gleichgroßen Umfangswinkelabständen voneinander
The following are details of a printing unit based on
of the drawing figures explained, with all printing units
the
The
ersten Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 1 bis 9.Each
Jede Klinke 30 je Typenrad 19 ist mittels ihres zugeordneten
Stellantriebes 31, z.B.
Each
Furthermore, there is a drive device for the temporary drive
the
aufeinanderfolgend angeordneten umlaufenden Druckwerken
Fig. 1 ergibt, erstreckt sich das Zahnsegment 34 über
Part of this drive device is already one
stationary explained at the beginning in connection with FIGS. 1 and 2
Rolle aufweist.
Radsatzes erreicht.
The
verlaufende Endabschnitt 38 abgeht. Dieser Endabschnitt
38 bewirkt die erläuterte Beschleunigung der Antriebswelle
32 und stellt somit einen Beschleunigungsabschnitt dar. The
Nut 37.At the start of
bleiben. The drive of the wheelset, in particular the
The circumferential angle extension of the
Eine weitere, ebenfalls wesentliche Besonderheit jedes
Druckwerks 11 liegt darin, daß mittels des jeweiligen
Stellantriebes 31 jede Klinke 30 in ihrer Freigabestellung
Fig. 5 rechts gezeigt ist.
Klinke 30 blockiert. Die Gestaltung macht es möglich, starke
Federn 46 einzusetzen.
Another, equally essential specialty of each
Alle Klinken 30 jedes einzelnen Druckwerks 11 sind auf
einer gemeinsamen Achse 48 schwenkbar gelagert. In radialem
jeweiligen Druckwerks 11 gemeinsame Abhebeeinrichtung 49
versehen.All
This
in Umfangsrichtung in Abständen voneinander plazierte
The drive of both the
Drehrichtungen erreicht. Ein etwaiges Zurückprellen des
Typenrades 19 beim Stoppen ist somit ebenfalls verhindert. Each
59. Eine weitere Besonderheit liegt darin, daß
der jeweilige, in Umfangsrichtung der Zahnlücke 56 vorgelagerte
Zahn 57 einen zur Zahnlücke 56 hin schräg abfallenden
Zahnrücken 60 aufweist. In entsprechender Zuordnung
The
Jede Klinke 30 stellt ein flaches, einstückiges Gebilde
dar.
Each
Anker 67 jeweils gleich gestaltet.
Each
Each
zugeordnete Sperreinrichtung 58, insbesondere Sperrscheibe 59,
mit zwölf in gleichen Umfangswinkelabständen aufeinanderfolgenden
Zähnen 57 versehen. In adaptation to the fact that each
in Abständen voneinander angeordnete Hall-Sensoren 82, 83
und 84 auf. Außerdem beinhaltet die Fühleinrichtung 29 eine
nicht weiter gezeigte Hybridschaltung mit einem geeigneten
Chip.
zwei Typen 23 Permanentmagnete 85 aufweist.
Dabei bedeuten
N = Nordpol, O = kein Permanentmagnet und S = Südpol.
Beim zweiten Magnetsignal
ist die Type 23 sofort eindeutig identifiziert. Es
gibt keine Dreierkombinationen.In each
Anordnung
z.B. Numerierzylinder, mit bis zu 120 Numerierwerken mit
je zwölf Typenrädern 19 vorsehen, wobei sämtliche Typenräder
19 wahlfrei ansteuerbar sind und überwacht werden. Es sind
Druckgeschwindigkeiten bis 18000 U/h möglich. The described design of the
70 verbleiben.Each
Auch das in Fig. 10 gezeigte zweite Ausführungsbeispiel
arbeitet in gleicher Weise.
The second exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 10 also
