Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Wechseln von Druckplatten gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.The invention relates to a device for changing printing plates according to the preamble of claim 1.

Bei Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen wird zum Wechseln einer auf dem Plattenzylinder befindlichen Druckplatte zunächst die Spannung und Klemmung der dem Druckende der Druckplatte zugeordneten Kante gelöst um daraufhin die Druckplatte durch Rückwärtsdrehen des Plattenzylinders entnehmen zu können. Dieses Magazin reicht in den Raum zwischen zwei Druckwerken, so daß man bei einer Realisierung einer derartigen Lösung bestrebt ist, die Baumaße, welche in den Raum zwischen den Druckwerken hineinragen, möglichst klein zu halten. Dies bedingt aber wiederum, daß der Aufnahmebehälter für die gebrauchte Druckplatte - ebenfalls quaderförmig - relativ schmal bzw. eng wird. Eine vom Plattenzylinder abgeförderte Druckplatte weist wegen der Zylinderkrümmung und der an ihr geleisteten Druckarbeit eine zum Teil ausgeprägte Wölbung auf. Ferner sind durch die Klemmeinrichtungen insbesondere des Druckendes die Kantenbereiche der gebrauchten Druckplatte noch zusätzlich gekrümmt. Das Einfördern einer gewölbten und gekanteten gebrauchten Druckplatte in ein zu flachen, quaderförmig ausgebildeten Aufnahmebehälter wirkt dabei die Gefahr des Verkantens, so daß evtl. Nachteilig ist aber bei dieser Einrichtung, daß zum einen die Fördereinrichtung relativ nah am Plattenzylinder angeordnet sind, so daß nicht nur dessen Zugänglichkeit behindert ist. Durch diese Zwangsführung der Kurve 10 durch die Rolle 11 sowie die Geometrie der Anlenkungen und Abmessungen der Hebel 7, 8, 9 führt der Aufnahmebehälter 6 die geforderte Anstellbewegung ausgehend von der Grundposition gemäß Fig. 5 zu der Aufnahmeposition für eine hier nicht dargestellte gebrauchte Druckplatte gemäß Fig. 6 aus. Der Aufnahmebehälter für die gebrauchte Druckplatte (nicht dargestellt) ist an den Druckplattenwechsler 3 (an dessen Oberseite) mit seiner Einführöffnung angestellt. Nachdem die nicht dargestellte gebrauchte Druckplatte in den Aufnahmebehälter 6 eingefördert worden ist, wird dieser in seiner Grundposition gemäß Fig. 8 verschwenkt. Die in Fig. 7 dargestellte dem Plattenzylinder zuzuführende neue Druckplatte 5 ist in der Darstellung gemäß Fig. 8 dem Plattenzylinder bereits zugeführt und auf diesen festgespannt worden. Die in den Aufnahmebehälter 6 hereingeförderte gebrauchte Druckplatte kann diesem nun während des Druckens eines neuen Auftrages entnommen werden. Der erfindungsgemäße Aufnahmebehälter 6 weist darüberhinaus eine in Druckrichtung der Druckplatten verlaufende Krümmung auf, welche insbesondere in der Größenordnung liegt, welche eine gebrauchte Druckplatte nach der Entnahme des Plattenzylinders einnimmt. Durch die gekrümmte Formgebung des Aufnahmebehälters 6 ist somit das Hereinfördern einer gebrauchten Druckplatte wesentlich vereinfacht. Zum schonungsvollen Transport aber auch Halten der Druckplatte kann insbesondere vorgesehen sein, daß innerhalb des Aufnahmebehälters 6 streifenförmig Bürsten angeordnet sind, welche die Druckplatte an ihrer druckenden aber auch rückwärtigen Seite tragen.As already indicated above, the receptacle 6 need not be a closed container, but rather can be designed as a largely open frame construction. Claims (8)

Vorrichtung zum Wechseln von Druckplatten des Plattenzylinders einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere bei einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, mit einem Druckplattenwechsler zum Zuführen einer neuen Druckplatte zum Plattenzylinder und zum Abfördern einer gebrauchten Druckplatte vom Plattenzylinder in einen Aufnahmebehälter,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (6) für die gebrauchte Druckplatte (2) an den Druckplattenwechsler (3) anstellbar und von diesem abstellbar gelagert ist.
