Abstract

The alimentary pasta according to the present invention comprises shaped structures (1 and 5), simulating male and female trunks complete with all anatomic details (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) and their specific portions (A, B, C, D) for the simulation of single organs, that are maintained projecting due to different stuffings, so as to show a different consistence and taste according to each simulated anatomic part, so as to provide the taste with a determined identification.

Description

" STUFFED AND SHAPED AL IME NTARY PASTA S IMULAT ING ANATOMIC PARTS "
The present invention concerns a new kind of alimentary pasta shaped and specifically stuffed, for simulating anatomic parts of the human body, that shall represent a witty addition and a typical consistence to the pasta dishes of the Italian cookery.
The quality of the stuffing, according to the present invention, has a different consistence and taste according to each anatomic part simulated, so as to provide each taste with a determined identification.
Some variants of the alimentary pasta according to the present invention are described hereinbelow according to the enclosed figures, in which:
- figure 1 shows the two male and female structures, complete with all anatomic details, obtained with stuffed pasta;
- figure 2 shows the possibility of separating, according to the dotted lines, the whole structure into specific portions of the same, as shown in figure 1, and that may represent independent variants of alimentary pasta shapes; - figure 3 shown an axonometric view of a packaging of stuffed alimentary pasta containing variants in portions of anatomic structures showing only the buttocks .
The enclosed figures show a shaped and stuffed alimentary pasta simulating human anatomic parts , comprising:
- a structure 1 obtained with moulds and similar , starting from one sheet of pastry and/or two sheats united by pressure along the edges BO, simulating a female trunk with a bosom 2 , a pelvis 3 , a pubes 4 , which is maintained projecting by the content of a delicate stuffing, with crab pulp or similar;
- a structure 5 simulating the male trunk, with a chest 6 , abdominal muscles 7 , a pubes 8 , stuffed with a preparation with salmon or similar;
- specific portions A, B, C, D of the anatomic details forming said structures 1 and 5 , realized with moulds and/or shaping, simulating single organs and stuffed with preparations with meet, vegetables and aromas , with different consistence , so as to simulate, after cooking, the correspondent organs;
- a stuffing provided . with a different consistence and taste according to the simulated anatomic part , so as to provide to the taste a spec if ic identification . It is evident that said structures 1 and 5 have a spatial shape and therefore in the variant according to figure 3 a possible alimetary pasta shape is shown simulating the back part of said structures corresponding to the buttocks 9, stuffed with fillings of relevant consistence.
In possible variants of the present invention, specific portions of said structures 1 and 5 may be realized corresponding to the sole male and female sexual organs, with fillings of different consistence, for the realization of witty and ironical dishes different from those prepared until now.
In further possible variants according to the present invention the alimentary pasta sheet may be fresh or dry and, in this latter case, the projections simulating the anatomic detail may be obtained by the rigidity impressed by the mould, without need of filling up.

Claims

A stuffed and shaped alimentary pasta simulating anatomic portions for providing a witty addition and a typical consistence to the pasta dishes of the Italian cookery, characterized in:
- a structure (1) obtained with moulds and similar, starting from one sheet of pastry and/or two sheats united by pressure along the edges (BO), simulating a female trunk with a bosom (2), a pelvis (3), a pubes (4), which is maintained projecting by the content of a delicate stuffing, with crab pulp or similar;
- a structure (5) simulating the male trunk, with a chest (6), abdominal muscles (7), a pubes (8), stuffed with a preparation with salmon or similar;
- specific portions (A, B, C, D) of the anatomic details forming said structures (1) and (5), realized with moulds and/or shaping, simulating single organs and stuffed with preparations with meet, vegetables and aromas, with different consistence, so as to simulate, after cooking, the correspondent organs;
- a stuffing provided with a different consistence and taste according to the simulated anatomic parts, so as to provide to the taste a specific identification .
2 . An alimentary pasta according to c laim 1 , characterized in portions of said structures ( 1 ) and ( 5 ) , simulating buttocks ( 9 ) , filled up with stuffing of relevant consistence.
3. An alimentary pasta according to c laim 1 , characterized in specific portions of structures ( 1 ) and ( 5 ) corresponding to the sole male and female sexual organs , with fillings of different consistence for realizing witty and ironical dishes.
4. An alimentary pasta according to all precedent claims, characterized in that it is realized with sheets of fresh pasta.
5. An alimentary pasta according to all precedent claims, characterized in that it is realized with dry pasta so that the projections simulating the anatomic details are obtained due to the rigidity caused by the mould, without the need of stuffing.
