Claims (31)
- Serienaufzeichnungsgerät zum Hin- und Herbewegen eines Aufzeichnungskopfes (14) relativ zu einem Aufzeichnungsträger (18), um eine bidirektionale Aufzeichnung auszuführen, mit:einem Ansteuermittel (31) zum Hin- und Herbewegen des Aufzeichnungskopfes innerhalb eines vorbestimmten Bereichs, der eine Bezugsposition enthält;einem Positionsfeststellmittel (4) zum Feststellen des Durchlaufens einer Bezugsposition vom Aufzeichnungskopf;einem Rechenmittel (32) zum Errechnen eines Positionsfehlers bei der bidirektionalen Aufzeichnung auf der Grundlage der Zeitvorgaben der Feststellung vom Positionsfeststellmittel des Durchlaufens einer Bezugsposition vom Aufzeichnungskopf während der Bewegung in beiden Richtungen, wenn sich der Aufzeichnungskopf innerhalb des vorbestimmten Bereichs hin- und herbewegt;einem Korrekturmittel (34) zum Korrigieren des Positionsfehlers bei der bidirektionalen Aufzeichnung auf der Grundlage des vom Rechenmittel errechneten Positionsfehlers; und miteinem Steuermittel (32) zur automatischen Steuerung der Operationssequenz des Rechenmittels und des Korrekturmittels, so daß das Ansteuermittel den Kopf gemäß korrigierter Kopfpositionsdaten ansteuert,
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dessen Positionsfeststellmittel (4) eine elektrische Schaltung enthält, wobei der Korrekturwert einen Wert basierend auf einer Verzögerungszeit enthält, der der elektrischen Schaltung eigen ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem der Korrekturwert einen auf einer Hysterese des Positionsfeststellmitteles basierenden Wert enthält.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dessen Korrekturmittel (34) eingerichtet ist, den Positionsfehler zu korrigieren, während sich der Aufzeichnungskopf (14) zur Aufzeichnung in der einen oder anderen Richtung bewegt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dessen Korrekturmittel (34) eingerichtet ist, den Positionsfehler während der Bewegung des Aufzeichnungskopfes (14) zur Aufzeichnung in beiden Richtungen zu korrigieren.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dessen Ansteuermittel (31) einen Impulsmotor (17) enthält, und dessen Rechenmittel (32) eingerichtet ist, die Differenz zwischen den Bezugspositionsdurchgängen unter Verwendung der Anzahl von Impulsen zur Ansteuerung des Impulsmotors zu errechnen.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dessen Ansteuermittel (31) eingerichtet ist, den Aufzeichnungskopf (14) hin- und herzubewegen, um das Rechenmittel (32) zu veranlassen, die Differenz zwischen den Bezugspositionsdurchläufen nach einer Einschaltoperation zu errechnen.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dessen Antriebsmittel (31) eingerichtet ist, den Aufzeichnungskopf (14) hin- und herzubewegen, um das Rechenmittel (32) zu veranlassen, die Differenz zwischen den festgestellten Bezugspositionsdurchläufen in einem Echtzeitbetrieb zu errechnen.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dessen Antriebsmittel (31) einen Impulsmotor (17) enthält, und dessen Rechenmittel (32) eingerichtet ist, die Differenz zwischen den festgestellten Bezugspositionsdurchläufen gemäß durch Teilen des Erregungsphasenimpulses zur Ansteuerung des Impulsmotors gewonnenen Einheiten zu errechnen.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dessen Antriebsmittel (31) einen Impulsmotor enthält, der eingerichtet ist zum Ansteuern durch Umschalten einer Erregungsphase, wobei das Positionsfeststellmittel eingerichtet ist, das Durchlaufen einer Bezugsposition vom Aufzeichnungskopf in durch Teilen der Erregungsphase des Impulsmotors gewonnenen Einheiten festzustellen, und dessen Rechenmittel (32) eingerichtet ist, einen Positionsfehler in beiden Richtungen in den Einheiten auf der Grundlage der in den Einheiten der Durchläufe der Bezugsposition vom Aufzeichnungskopf festgestellten Zeitvorgaben zu errechnen, wenn das Hin- und Herbewegen des Aufzeichnungskopfes vom Antriebsmittel innerhalb des vorbestimmten Bereichs erfolgt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 10, bei dem die durch Teilen der Erregungsphase gewonnene Einheit einer Aufzeichnungsauflösung gleicht.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dessen Rechenmittel (32) eingerichtet ist, die Differenz zwischen den Bezugspositionsdurchgängen für eine jede einer Vielzahl von Geschwindigkeiten zu errechnen.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, das des weiteren ausgestattet ist mit einem Aufzeichnungskopf, der eingerichtet ist, Tintentröpfchen auszustoßen, um die Aufzeichnung auszuführen.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 13, dessen Aufzeichnungskopf ein Blasenstrahl-Aufzeichnungskopf zum Ausstoßen von Tintentröpfchen zur Aufzeichnung mittels Wachsen und Schrumpfen von Blasen ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, das des weiteren ausgestattet ist mit einem Aufzeichnungskopf (14) mit einer Vielzahl von Ausstoßöffnungen zum Tintenausstoß und mit einem Wärmeenergieerzeugungsmittel, das jeweils gemäß der Vielzahl von Ausstoßöffnungen eingerichtet ist, die Tinte zu erhitzen, um eine Zustandsänderung zum Ausstoß von Tinte aus den Ausstoßöffnungen hervorzurufen.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, mit einem austauschbaren Aufzeichnungskopf.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dessen Aufzeichnungskopf (14) einen Tank zur Tintenaufnahme enthält.
- Serienaufzeichnungsverfahren, bei dem ein Aufzeichnungskopf (14) eine Hin- und Herbewegung relativ zu einem Aufzeichnungsträger (18) erfährt, um eine bidirektionale Aufzeichnung auszuführen, mit den Verfahrensschritten:Hin- und Herbewegen des Aufzeichnungskopfes innerhalb eines vorbestimmten Bereichs, der eine Bezugsposition enthält;Errechnen eines Positionsfehlers beim bidirektionalen Aufzeichnen auf der Grundlage der Zeitvorgaben der Feststellung durch das Positionsfeststellmittel von Bezugspositionsdurchläufen vom Aufzeichnungskopf während der Hin- und Herbewegungen des Aufzeichnungskopfes innerhalb des vorbestimmten Bereichs;Korrigieren eines Positionsfehlers beim bidirektionalen Aufzeichnen auf der Grundlage des errechneten Positionsfehlers; undautomatisches Steuern des Rechnens und Korrigierens, so daß das Ansteuern des Kopfes gemäß korrigierter Positionsdaten erfolgt, gekennzeichnet durchKorrigieren des Positionsfehlers beim bidirektionalen Aufzeichnen auf der Grundlage des errechneten Positionsfehlers und eines vorbestimmten Korrekturwertes, der wenigstens einen Wert basierend auf einem Faktor enthält, der dem Positionsfeststellmittel (4) eigen ist und den Positionsfehler hervorrufen kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, bei dem das Positionsfeststellmittel (4) über eine elektrische Schaltung verfügt, wobei das Errechnen des Positionsfehlers unter Verwenden eines solchen Korrekturwertes erfolgt, der einen Wert enthält, der auf einer der elektrischen Schaltung eigenen Verzögerungszeit basiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, bei dem der Korrekturwert einen Wert enthält, der auf einer Hysterese des Positionsfeststellmittels basiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, 19 oder 20, das das Korrigieren des Positionsfehlers umfaßt, während der Aufzeichnungskopf (14) sich zur Aufzeichnung in der einen oder anderen Richtung bewegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, 19 oder 20, das das Korrigieren des Positionsfehlers während der Bewegung des Aufzeichnungskopfes (14) zur Aufzeichnung in beiden Richtungen umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 22, das den Antrieb des Aufzeichnungskopfes unter Verwendung eines Impulsmotors (17) und das Errechnen der Differenz zwischen den Bezugspositionsdurchläufen unter Verwendung der Anzahl von Impulsen zum Antrieb des Impulsmotors umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 23, das das Hin- und Herbewegen des Aufzeichnungskopfes (14) und das Errechnen der Differenz zwischen den Bezugspositionsdurchläufen nach einer Einschaltoperation einschließt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 23, das das Hin- und Herbewegen des Aufzeichnungskopfes (14) umfaßt, um das Rechenmittel (32) zu veranlassen, die Differenz zwischen den festgestellten Bezugspositionsdurchläufen in einem Echtzeitbetrieb zu errechnen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 25, das den Antrieb des Kopfes unter Verwendung eines Impulsmotors (17) und Errechnen der Differenz zwischen den festgestellten Bezugspositionsdurchgängen gemäß durch Teilen des Erregungsphasenimpulses zum Antrieb des Impulsmotors gewonnenen Einheiten umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 25, das den Antrieb des Kopfes unter Verwendung eines Impulsmotors umfaßt, dessen Ansteuerung durch Umschalten einer Erregungsphase und Feststellen der Bezugspositionsdurchgänge unter Verwendung des Positionsfeststellmittels in durch Teilen der Erregungsphase des Impulsmotors gewonnenen Einheiten erfolgt, und bei dem das Errechnen des Positionsfehlers in beiden Richtungen in Einheiten auf der Grundlage der Durchgänge der Bezugsposition vom Aufzeichnungskopf festgestellten Zeitvorgaben erfolgt, wenn sich der Aufzeichnungskopf innerhalb des vorbestimmten Bereichs hin- und herbewegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 27, das die Erregungsphase durch die Einheit so teilt, daß die Einheit einem Aufzeichnungsauflösungsvermögen gleicht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 28, bei dem die Differenz zwischen den Bezugspositionsdurchgängen für jede einer Vielzahl von Geschwindigkeiten umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 29, bei dem des weiteren eine Verwendung eines Aufzeichnungskopfes erfolgt, der eingerichtet ist zum Tintentröpfchenausstoß zur Ausführung der Aufzeichnung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 30, bei dem als Aufzeichnungskopf ein Blasenstrahl-Aufzeichnungskopf zum Ausstoß von Tintentröpfchen zur Aufzeichnung mittels Wachsen und Schrumpfen von Blasen Anwendung findet.
