Definitions
- the invention relates to a spinning device for the production of chemical fibers, especially regenerated cellulose fibers.
- Known spinning devices e.g. to Production of regenerated cellulose fibers work on the principle of operation that a viscous dope or dope, e.g. Viscose, by pumping through a Spinning nozzle is pressed into an aqueous precipitation bath with chemical additives. Thereby forms due to the decomposition of the viscose, a thread made from regenerated cellulose, which Godets or similar is subtracted, a stretching of the Fadens takes place.
- a conventional type of spinning device is e.g. in K. G ⁇ TZE, "Chemical fibers according to the viscose process ", 3rd edition, Vol. 2, Springer Verlag Berlin / Heidelberg / New York (1967) shown on page 850. It consists of a trough-shaped container which are arranged on the long side of the spinning pumps, which contain the spinning solution (viscose) Convey via feed lines to a spinneret. In the trough-shaped container is the precipitation bath in which the spinneret is immersed, the openings of the Spinneret are aligned so that the resulting fibers from the spinneret in emerge substantially vertical direction.
- the feed lines for the spinning solutions can be swiveled around joints, making maintenance work or switching off the Plant the spinneret can be swung out of the container.
- An extension of the diving route can e.g. be effected by the arising Thread is not drawn off essentially vertically, but in a flatter one Container emerges from the spinneret in a substantially horizontal direction and in this container is pulled off horizontally over a longer diving distance.
- a second way to extend the dive route is by vertical Deduction to make the container deeper with the precipitation bath. So far, however, this has only been the case to do as far as by designing the supply line from the deeper container swiveling out of the spinneret was still possible. There to the To be able to actually bring spinneret into the deep areas of the container, what a a longer dive distance is necessary, also the supply line accordingly must be extended, it is no longer or only after a certain extent Removing parts of the apparatus that prevent it from swinging out of the container swiveling out.
- US-A 2,624,070 describes a spinning device in which the joint to which the feed lines are pivotable in the vertical direction in the spinning bath and can be moved.
- the present invention has as its object a spinning device with the Design the functional principle explained above so that it is possible to have a deeper one Provide containers for the precipitation bath so that the diving route can be extended and at the same time the spinneret can be easily swiveled out of the container.
- the joints around which the mostly Several feed lines for the spinning solution are pivotable, even pivotable about a pivot point are stored, can be a considerable advantage in operation in a simple manner the spinning device can be achieved.
- the feed lines are also easy from one deep container can be swiveled out, making maintenance work, such as the change the spinneret or the like, are quicker and easier to carry out and still have all the advantages a long immersion section of the thread in the precipitation bath.
- the fulcrum to which the joints are supported, e.g. on the longitudinal wall of the container are, however, are many other embodiments of the design Invention possible.
- FIGS Figures 1 and 2 A preferred embodiment of the invention is illustrated in FIGS Figures 1 and 2 described, wherein Figure 1 is an oblique view of an inventive Spinning device and Figure 2 is a side view.
- FIG. 1 The nature of a spinning device 1 according to the invention can be seen from FIG.
- This consists of a container 2 for the precipitation bath (not shown), e.g. three Spinning pumps 10, 20, 30, which supply the feed lines 11, 21, 31 with spinning solution.
- a spinneret 12, 22, 32 At the end of each feed line there is a spinneret 12, 22, 32 from which the Exit spinning threads (not shown) into the precipitation bath.
- the feed lines are over each a joint 13, 23, 33 pivoted and are curved to pivot out lighten out of the container. However, this curvature is not sufficient to to allow a deeper container as in Figure 2 to pivot out completely.
- the invention provides that the joints each in essential vertical and horizontal direction are movably mounted, namely pivotable at each a fulcrum 14, 24, 34 (only visible in Figure 2), which on the long side of the Container 2 is attached.
- the mode of operation of the invention is now intended to be essentially different Positions of the feed lines 11, 21 and 31 are illustrated.
- the feed line 11 together with the associated spinneret 12 is in that position during operation the spinning device, that is to say when spinning.
- the spinneret is located itself, as can be seen from FIG. 2, at the very bottom of the container 2, resulting in a long Diving distance of the emerging threads is guaranteed.
- the spinneret can be swung out of the container the feed line is initially raised slightly, which in the figures shows the feed line 21 together with spinneret 22 is illustrated.
- the associated joint 23 is through this Movement pivoted upward about the pivot point 24.
