Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Reinigung von Teigwarenpressen, insbesondere von Schnecken von Schneckenmaschinen, Mischknetern u. dgl. in der Teigwarenindustrie durch eine an sich bekannte Behandlung mittels Wasser, Laugen und Säuren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Reinigungsflüssigkeit in flüssigkeitsdicht verschlossene Schneckenpressen (2) und/oder Mischkneter (1) einer Schneckenmaschine (1, 2), die ein wegschwenkbares Kopfstück (12) aufweist, über eine Sprühlanze (13) eingeleitet und mit anhaftenden Verunreinigungen ausgebracht wird, nachdem das Kopfstück (12) von der Schneckenmaschine (1, 2) weggeschwenkt und stattdessen die Sprühlanze (13) an die Schneckenmaschine (1, 2) herangeführt worden ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reinigungsvorgang in Abhängigkeit von der Reinigungsart mindestens einen der Schrittea, Einweichen mit kaltem Wasserb, Einweichen mit warmem/heissem Wasserc, Spülen mit warmem/heissem Wasserd, Reinigen und Spülen mit Laugene, Neutralisieren mit Säurenf, Reinigen mit Reinigungsmitteln
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schritte a, bis c, einen Zeitraum von 1 bis 2 Stunden umfassen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Reinigen des Mischkneters (1) unter hohem Druck über max. 10 Minuten erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsflüssigkeit im Kreislauf über einen zentralen Tank (7) geführt und gefiltert wird.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Schneckenmaschinen in Arbeitsposition miteinander verbunden sind und gemeinsam gereinigt werden.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneckenmaschinen zunächst separat und nachfolgend in Arbeitsposition verbunden gemeinsam gereinigt werden.
- System zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Schneckenmaschine (1, 2) mit einem von dieser wegschwenkbaren Kopfstück (12) sowie eine Sprühlanze (13) aufweist, dass ein mit einem Filter versehener Tank (7) mit einer Hochdruckpumpe (8) verbunden ist, wobei die Verbindung zwischen dem Tank (7) und der zu reinigenden Schneckenmaschine (1, 2) mittels Leitungen (6, 10) unter Einschluss einer Hochdruckpumpe (8) erfolgt, dass weiterhin mittels einer Leitung der Tank (7) mit der Sprühlanze (13) verbunden werden kann, die anstelle des weggeschwenkten Kopfstücks (12) an die Schneckenmaschine (1, 2) angesetzt werden kann, und dass der Tank (7) mit einer Abwasseraufbereitung verbunden ist.
- System nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung (6) mit Hochdrucksprühdüsen versehen ist.
