Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for closing doors or the like according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a device is known from laid-open specification 42 18 730.
- a closing element is arranged on the frame side and leaf side, which can be displaced into a corresponding counter-closing part of the leaf by means of a hydraulic device.
- the hydraulic connection is depressurized, so that the bolt can be moved out of the counter-locking part by actuating the lock or by a corresponding push rod which can be displaced by actuating the lock, so that the door can be opened.
- the pressure of the hydraulic device is generated by the closing or opening movement of the door.
- a device for locking doors is also known from European patent application 0 287 439. There, the pivoting movement of a door is transmitted to a hydraulic device by means of a rack and pinion gear.
- the complex power transmission is disadvantageous in the known solution.
- the energy store is located in the frame of the door.
- the object of the invention is therefore to simplify the function of a generic device and to make it more reliable.
- the automatically extendable bolt and the energy accumulator are connected via a gear train arranged in the door itself.
- this gear train should disengage, so that the bolt can be moved back without pressure without charging the energy accumulator.
- the energy accumulator is now arranged in the door leaf just like a clutch.
- a second aspect of the invention provides a second energy store.
- the latch is then not only automatically extendable, but also closes back in a force-storage-driven manner even when an actuating element is actuated only.
- the components can be arranged in the door leaf. There, preferably in a groove running along the upper or lower narrow edge.
- the coupling is also preferably arranged in this groove.
- the clutch can also be arranged between an actuator of the energy accumulator and the drive rod. If the energy accumulator is tensioned along with a closing movement of the door, a trigger is activated when the door is completely closed. The trigger should preferably release the drive rod displacement. In the non-tripped state, the actuator rod displacement is to be blocked by the trigger, so that the tensioned energy store cannot relax. When the drive rod displacement is released by actuating the trigger, which is preferably designed as a pin and interacts with the rear folded edge of the door frame, the door latch is locked. The drive rod is preferred with others Additional locks connected, which move with a slot pin control or the like in synchronism with the bolt with their additional bolts in corresponding striking plates of the door frame.
- a particularly preferred embodiment provides that the second energy accumulator also charges when pivoted, in particular when the door is closed. This energy accumulator should preferably also be triggered when an assigned actuating member is actuated. The consequence of the relaxation of this second energy accumulator is a return of the drive rod from the previous state.
- Another embodiment provides that the drive rod is moved back by actuating the key, in particular by means of a key-operated gear lock. If the locking bars and the drive rods are to be moved back by a second energy store, which is to be brought into effect for opening the door, then a return rod part interacting with the energy store is provided, which has a clearance between itself and the drive rod.
- the energy accumulators are preferably designed as gas pressure accumulators. This enables an even release of force.
- a free end of the energy accumulator preferably protrudes from the narrow side surface of the door leaf.
- This free end can be designed as a plunger and cooperate with the opposite folding surface.
- the plunger is consequently pressed into the narrow side surface of the door leaf, so that this longitudinal displacement can be used to charge the energy accumulator.
- the energy accumulator is then charged when the door is closed.
- the plunger emerges from the narrow side surface of the door leaf due to the application of force by a return spring.
- the coupling between an actuator of the energy accumulator and the drive rod is preferred formed by an axially displaceable sleeve which is moved back in the relaxed end position of the actuating rod by striking a stop.
- the drive rod can be displaced relative to the actuating rod.
- the drive rod is inserted into the sleeve with a cylindrical section.
- balls or the like engage in a circumferential recess in the cylindrical drive rod section and connect this drive rod section to the actuating rod so as to be able to be pushed. If the energy accumulators lie in the upper or lower edge area of the door leaf and can therefore be actuated in the horizontal direction, the movement is transmitted via a corner deflection to the drive rods which can be displaced in the vertical direction.
- a display device is preferably also provided, which indicates whether the latches are extended or retracted.
- a lock cylinder is preferably provided there, the hub of which has an opening, so that the lock cylinder does not need to be displaced when the bolt is advanced, which is associated with a gear movement of the lock.
- the trigger that triggers the forward movement of the bolts can preferably be hidden behind a pinhole, so that unintentional triggering is prevented when the door is open. It is considered advantageous that both energy accumulators are tensioned when the door is closed, one of which drives the bolt advance and the other the bolt rear displacement. At the end of the bolt forward displacement by trigger actuation with the door completely closed, the energy accumulator is uncoupled from the drive rod, so that at a second trigger to open the door, the connecting rod can be moved back by relaxing the second energy accumulator.
- the first exemplary embodiment of the invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 31 has a lock 5, with a bolt 3 and a latch 4, the bolt 3 being able to be moved out of the door leaf into a counter-locking part which is assigned to the door frame.
- Additional locks 12 are arranged above and below the lock, each of which has a bolt 2 which can be moved into corresponding locking plates of the frame in synchronism with the bolt 3.
- the lock 5 is functionally connected to the additional locks 12 via a drive rod 10.
- the drive rod 10 continues via a corner deflection 11, in the upper edge region of the door.
- the energy accumulator can be tensioned via a plunger 13, which interacts with the rebate surface 19 of the door frame. So that the plunger 13 can emerge from the narrow surface of the door, a return spring 8 is provided which loads the cylinder part of the energy accumulator 6 designed as a gas pressure accumulator to the outside.
- the plunger 13 has an essentially spherical thickening of material. With this spherical material thickening, the plunger slides when the door is closed on a corresponding counter surface, which can be made of metal, of the door rebate. The thickening of the plunger 13 is acted upon by the metal plate embedded in the fold, for example, and pressed into the door, so that the energy accumulator is tensioned. Since the drive rod is blocked, the piston rod of the energy accumulator is held stationary, so that the gas volume in the moving cylinder is compressed.
- the lower additional lock 12 is connected via a lower drive rod 48 and a corner guide 11 and a coupling 17 to an energy accumulator 15, which also presses with a plunger 14 against the rebate surface 19 of the frame.
- Energy store 15 and clutch 17 lie in a groove which is assigned to the lower door edge 2 '.
- the lower clutch 17 corresponds in structure and effect to the upper clutch 7.
- the actuating rod 8, which forms the piston of a gas pressure cylinder 6, is coupled to a thrust piece 23.
- the thrust piece 23 is followed by a coupling 7.
- the actuating rod 8 is surrounded by a return spring 25 which acts on the cylinder 20 of the gas pressure accumulator.
- the cylinder is fixedly connected to the plunger 13, which protrudes from the narrow surface of the door due to the spring action of the cylinder 20 by the spring 25.
- the end of the plunger 13, like the plunger 14, is rounded in order to be able to be supported on the flat rabbet surface 19 of the door frame.
- the coupling has a screw connection 31 which is screwed to the thrust body 23 in an axially immovable and rotationally fixed manner.
- the screw connection 31 is hollow and receives the cylindrical end piece 9 of the drive rod 10.
- the screw connection 31 continues in a narrow-walled bushing 34, which has circumferential recesses in which balls 28 lie.
- the balls 28 are pressed into a corresponding annular groove 29 of the cylindrical extension 9 of the drive rod 10, so that the thrust body 23 and the drive rod end piece 9 are coupled to one another.
- the sleeve 26 is cushioned by a spring 30 on the sleeve 34.
- the thrust body 23 has a cavity 32 into which the end region of the connecting rod end piece 9 can protrude.
- the end edge of the sleeve 26 is spaced from the end edge 22 'of a guide 22 for the end piece 9, which is fixed in place in the groove 24 in the upper door edge.
- the trigger 36 When the latch is fully retracted, the trigger 36 is in a position shown in FIGS. 15 and 16.
- the trigger has an actuating pin 37 which projects with its end face over the broad side face of the door.
- the pin 37 points a rear projection 38, which lies positively in a recess 39 of the drive rod 10.
- the projection 38 is therefore loaded by a lateral edge of the recess 39. If the trigger is triggered as shown in FIGS. 17 and 18 by the end face 37 'of the pin 37 being acted upon, the projection 38 is moved back. At the same time, the drive rod is displaced as a result of the pressure being applied by the energy accumulator 6.
- the upper additional lock 12 is shown in Figures 21 to 24.
- the drive rod 10 runs behind a faceplate 53. With its angled ends, the drive rod 10 is bent into a corresponding recess in a slide 47. The drive rod 10 continues below the additional lock 12.
- the slide 47 is displaceable in the connecting rod displacement direction in the additional lock 12.
- the slide has an oblique slot 45, which continues at the end in parallel to the drive rod displacement direction end slots. In this slot 45, a pin 46 is guided, which belongs to a link 44, which is transversely displaceable in the additional lock 12.
- the locking pin 2 is integrally formed on the link 44. Through the longitudinal movement of the Slide 47 is consequently the link 44 with bolt 2 moved in the transverse direction.
- the slide is divided into two. It consists of a rear slide 49, which is connected to the drive rod 10, the drive rod 10 engaging with its angled end 10 'in a corresponding slot of the slide 49.
- the slider 49 is equipped with an oblique slot 45, in which the pin 46 of the link 44 runs, so that when the slider 49 is displaced longitudinally, the bolt is transversely displaced (cf. upper additional lock).
- a front slide 50 runs parallel to the rear slide 49.
- the front slide 50 is connected to a lower drive rod 48 which engages with an angled area 48 ′ in a corresponding slot in the front slide 50.
- the rear slide 49 has a driver 51, which cooperates with its edge 51 'with a driver shoulder 52 of the upper drive rod.
- the front slide 50 continues upwards through a pressure rod 54, which is the actuating or triggering member of the second energy accumulator 15.
- the longitudinal displaceability of the pressure rod 54 is blocked by a projection 56, against which the pressure rod 54 lies with a grip 55. If the shift lock is released, the second energy accumulator 15 can relax, accompanied by a shift of the drive rod 48 and the front slide 50 all bolts moved back.
- the drive rod 10 can be moved back since the drive rod end piece 9 is uncoupled from the thrust body 23 so that the end piece 9 can enter the cavity 32.
- the first energy accumulator 6 remains unaffected.
- the longitudinal displacement of the pressure rod 54 is released in the exemplary embodiment by a change operation.
- Rotation of the locking cylinder 49 shifts the change 58.
- a pivot cam 57 is pivoted, which presses against a side surface of the pressure rod 54, so that the hooking between the lower handle 55 and the projection 56 is deactivated.
- the pressure rod can then relax past the projection 56 (see FIG. 30).
- the clutch 7 disengages when the bolts 2 are fully extended, so that the drive rod 10 can be moved back without the actuation of the energy accumulator 6.
- the drive rod 10 is moved back by actuating the gear lock.
- the lock has a plurality of gear wheels which form a reduction gear so that the rotary movement can be transmitted from the lock cylinder 59 to the final gear 62, which is mounted about an axis 63.
- the final gear 26 designed as a toothed segment then acts on an connecting rod connecting slide 60.
- the connecting rod connecting slide 60 shifts when the lock cylinder is actuated.
- the locking cylinder has a locking member (hub) with a freewheel.
- the gear mechanism of the lock can move so that the bolts extend without the locking cylinder itself rotating.
- a display device which is connected to the drive rod and indicates whether the bolts are locked or not.
- Another embodiment of the trigger 36 is also not shown in the drawings.
- the trigger which is preferably arranged on the door edge, can be hidden behind a perforated panel, so that for triggering not a folded edge of the frame but a pin arranged in the folded edge of the frame is necessary, which moves into the perforated panel to actuate the trigger.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for closing doors or the like according to the preamble of
Such a device is known from laid-
A device for locking doors is also known from
In addition, the energy store is located in the frame of the door.
The object of the invention is therefore to simplify the function of a generic device and to make it more reliable.
The object is achieved by the invention specified in
Unteransprüche stellen vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung dar.Subclaims represent advantageous developments of the invention.
As a result of the solution according to the invention, the automatically extendable bolt and the energy accumulator are connected via a gear train arranged in the door itself. When the bolt is moved forward, this gear train should disengage, so that the bolt can be moved back without pressure without charging the energy accumulator. The energy accumulator is now arranged in the door leaf just like a clutch. A second aspect of the invention provides a second energy store. The latch is then not only automatically extendable, but also closes back in a force-storage-driven manner even when an actuating element is actuated only. In this development, too, the components can be arranged in the door leaf. There, preferably in a groove running along the upper or lower narrow edge. The coupling is also preferably arranged in this groove. The clutch can also be arranged between an actuator of the energy accumulator and the drive rod. A particularly preferred embodiment provides that the second energy accumulator also charges when pivoted, in particular when the door is closed. This energy accumulator should preferably also be triggered when an assigned actuating member is actuated. The consequence of the relaxation of this second energy accumulator is a return of the drive rod from the previous state. Another embodiment provides that the drive rod is moved back by actuating the key, in particular by means of a key-operated gear lock. If the locking bars and the drive rods are to be moved back by a second energy store, which is to be brought into effect for opening the door, then a return rod part interacting with the energy store is provided, which has a clearance between itself and the drive rod. The energy accumulators are preferably designed as gas pressure accumulators. This enables an even release of force. A free end of the energy accumulator preferably protrudes from the narrow side surface of the door leaf. This free end can be designed as a plunger and cooperate with the opposite folding surface. When the door is closed, the plunger is consequently pressed into the narrow side surface of the door leaf, so that this longitudinal displacement can be used to charge the energy accumulator. The energy accumulator is then charged when the door is closed. When the door is opened, the plunger emerges from the narrow side surface of the door leaf due to the application of force by a return spring. The coupling between an actuator of the energy accumulator and the drive rod is preferred formed by an axially displaceable sleeve which is moved back in the relaxed end position of the actuating rod by striking a stop. In this shifted-back position, the drive rod can be displaced relative to the actuating rod. The drive rod is inserted into the sleeve with a cylindrical section. To achieve a coupling connection between the actuating rod and the drive rod, balls or the like engage in a circumferential recess in the cylindrical drive rod section and connect this drive rod section to the actuating rod so as to be able to be pushed. If the energy accumulators lie in the upper or lower edge area of the door leaf and can therefore be actuated in the horizontal direction, the movement is transmitted via a corner deflection to the drive rods which can be displaced in the vertical direction. A display device is preferably also provided, which indicates whether the latches are extended or retracted. If the relocation of the bolt is effected by actuating a gear lock, a lock cylinder is preferably provided there, the hub of which has an opening, so that the lock cylinder does not need to be displaced when the bolt is advanced, which is associated with a gear movement of the lock. The trigger that triggers the forward movement of the bolts can preferably be hidden behind a pinhole, so that unintentional triggering is prevented when the door is open.

The first exemplary embodiment of the invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 31 has a
As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 to 6, the
The operation of the clutch is explained with reference to Figures 7 to 11. The coupling has a
The
When the energy accumulator is relaxed (see FIGS. 10 to 12), the
When the latch is fully retracted, the
When the drive rods are moved back, either by actuating the lock or by releasing a
The upper
In a position that corresponds to the fully retracted bolts with the door almost closed (cf. FIG. 26), there is a free passage between the driver 51 (edge 51 ') and the
The
Fig. 30).The longitudinal displacement of the
In the state of the open door, in which both
Beim zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel fehlt der untere Kraftspeicher 15 und die damit verbundene Treibstange 48.In the second exemplary embodiment, which is shown in FIGS. 32 to 34, only an
Here, too, the
The locking cylinder has a locking member (hub) with a freewheel. When the energy accumulator is relaxed, the gear mechanism of the lock can move so that the bolts extend without the locking cylinder itself rotating.
Not shown in the drawings is a display device which is connected to the drive rod and indicates whether the bolts are locked or not.
