Description
- il s'avère plus facile et moins onéreux de fabriquer des cercles qu'une spirale;
- il y a beaucoup moins de soudure à faire, puisqu'il n'y a qu'une soudure par cercle au lieu d'une soudure tout le long de la spirale;
- il est possible de faire aussi facilement des tamis centrifuges ou des tamis centripètes;
- la suppression des soudures évite les problèmes de déformation et de fragilisation locale dus à la soudure;
- cela permet une réduction très importante de la durée d'assemblage et rend possible le regroupement des opérations d'assemblage et de contrôle dimensionnel final du tamis.
Claims (13)
- Tamis à fentes ou à trous réalisé au moyen d'un profilé en U constitué par un empilage de cercles identiques, chaque cercle (1, 1') étant fait à partir d'un profilé en U cintré dont les deux extrémités sont soudées ou reliées mécaniquement l'une à l'autre, caractérisé par le fait que cet empilage de cercles (1, 1') est maintenu serré entre deux couronnes (2-3, 2'-3') par une pluralité de tirants (4, 4') et que les parois latérales des cercles de l'empilage reposent les unes sur les autres sans fixations additionnelles entre elles, de telle sorte que les parois des profilés puissent se déformer élastiquement sous l'action de serrage.
- Tamis selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins une couronne intermédiaire (5) est disposée entre deux cercles de l'empilage.
- Tamis selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les parois latérales du U sont tournées vers l'intérieur et les tirants (4) disposés à l'intérieur, pour un fonctionnement en régime centripète.
- Tamis selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les parois latérales ou ailes des U sont tournées vers l'extérieur et les tirants (4') disposés à l'extérieur, pour un fonctionnement en régime centrifuge.
- Tamis selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des tirants (4) sont filetés à leurs deux extrémités et reçoivent, des écrous (6) qui permettent de réaliser un serrage suffisamment important pour que les cercles soient maintenus sans jeu les uns contre les autres en opération.
- Tamis selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des tirants (4) sont filetés à leurs deux extrémités, sont vissés dans une couronne inférieure (2) et munis d'un écrou (6) à leur partie supérieure.
- Tamis selon la revendication 2 dans lequel on interpose régulièrement des couronnes (5) entre les cercles de l'empilage.
- Tamis selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait que il comporte une structure cylindrique rigide sur laquelle les cercles (11) en U sont enfilés les uns sur les autres.
- Tamis selon la revendication 8 dans lequel la structure cylindrique rigide est constituée par une couronne supérieure (10) et une couronne inférieure (12) reliées rigidement l'une à l'autre par une série de barreaux (14), les dimensions des couronnes (10-12) et des barreaux (14) étant déterminées de façon à correspondre au diamètre interne des cercles (11).
- Tamis selon la revendication 9 dans lequel l'empilage des cercles (11) sur la structure rigide (10,12,14) est obtenu par une couronne additionnelle de serrage (13) qui prend appui par sa face inférieure (13a) sur le premier cercle 11 et est serré sur la structure rigide (10,12,14) par une pluralité de vis de serrage (17).
- Tamis selon la revendication 10 dans lequel des cales de réglage (16) sont interposées entre la couronne de serrage (13) et le premier cercle (11) à profilé en U.
- Tamis selon la revendication 11 dans lequel des cales de réglages (18) sont interposées entre la couronne de serrage (13) et la couronne supérieure (10) de la structure rigide.
- Tamis selon la revendication 12 dans lequel des cercles rigides sont interposés entre des cercles répartis sur la hauteur de façon à améliorer la rigidité de l'ensemble.
