Claims (20)
- Epilationsgerät insbesondere zum Auszupfen von Haaren am menschlichen Körper, mit einem Gehäuse (31), das in der Hand gehalten werden kann, einem durch einen Motor antreibbaren, Klemmelemente (39, 39',...) aufweisenden Drehzylinder (35) und den Drehzylinder (35) durchsetzenden Betätigungselementen zur Betätigung der Klemmelemente (39, 39',...), wobei ein Betätigungselement wenigstens eine verschiebbar angeordnete Schubstange aufweist, welche durch ein Federelement oder dergleichen ohne Einwirkung äußerer Kräfte in einer Ruheposition gehalten ist und die Schubstange bei Betätigung durch ein Druckelement (44, 45) aus der Ruheposition in eine erste Richtung (F, G) parallel zu ihrer Hauptachse (15, 16) gegen die Kraft des Federelementes verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstange (10, 11) aus der Ruheposition (R) ebenfalls gegen die Kraft des Federelementes in eine zur ersten Richtung entgegengesetzte Richtung (-F, -G) verschiebbar ist.
- Epilationsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstange (10, 11) während der Bewegung in die zur ersten Richtung (F, G) entgegengesetzte Richtung (-F, -G) nicht mit einem Druckelement (44, 45) in Verbindung steht.
- Epilationsgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (13) bevorzugt aus zwei Schubstangen (10, 11) besteht, welche parallel zueinander und relativ verschiebbar angeordnet sind.
- Epilationsgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstangen (10, 11) eines Betätigungselements (13) gemeinsam eine Ausnehmung (19) zur Aufnahme eines Federelements (12) bilden.
- Epilationsgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (19) je zur Hälfte in einer Schubstange (10, 11) vorgesehen ist.
- Epilationsgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (19) so angeordnet ist, daß das Federelement (12) ständig druckbelastet ist.
- Epilationsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine erste Längsseite (18) der Schubstange (10, 11), auf der ein Schenkel (17) angeordnet ist, Ausnehmungen (19, 20) und Vorsprünge (21) aufweist.
- Epilationsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der ersten Längsseite (18) gegenüber angeordnete zweite Längsseite (24) der Schubstange (10) eine im wesentlichen ebene Oberfläche aufweist.
- Epilationsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einer dritten Längsseite (25) der Schubstange (10) eine Zahnreihe (26) vorgesehen ist.
- Epilationsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslenkungen der Schubstangen (10, 11) aus ihrer Ruheposition (R) in die erste und in die entgegengesetzte Richtung (F, G, -F, -G) symmetrisch sind.
- Epilationsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (13) aus zwei baugleichen Schubstangen (10, 11) gebildet wird.
- Epilationsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Schubstange (10, 11) im wesentlichen die Form eines Vierkantstabes mit einem, an einer Stirnseite und rechtwinklig zur Hauptachse (15, 16) angeordneten und im Verhältnis zur Gesamtlänge der Schubstange (10, 11) kurzen Schenkel (17) aufweist.
- Epilationsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel (17) der Schubstangen (10, 11) die jeweils gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten des Betätigungselements (28, 29) bilden.
- Epilationsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstange (10, 11) eine zu ihrer Hauptachse (15, 16) schräg angeordnete Stirnseite (28) aufweist.
- Epilationsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Druckelemente (44, 45) durch einen U-förmigen Federbügel (43) an den Stirnseiten des Drehzylinders (35) gehalten werden und der Federbügel (43) den Drehzylinder (35) teilweise umgibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Federbügel (43) und dem Drehzylinder (35) ein Abdeckelement (40) vorgesehen ist.
- Epilationsgerät nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Fläche des Abdeckelements (40) als ein Segment einer Zylinder-Mantelfläche ausgebildet ist.
- Epilationsgerät nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinder-Mantelfläche des Abdeckelements (40) berührungsfrei zu dem Drehzylinder (35) angeordnet ist.
- Epilationsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federbügel (43) durch das Abdeckelement (40) fixiert wird.
- Epilationsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch den Federbügel (43) erzeugte Ebene (1) zur Hauptebene (H) des Gehäuses (31) geneigt angeordnet ist.
- Drehzylinder, insbesondere für ein Epilationsgerät zum Auszupfen von Haaren am menschlichen Körper, mit Klemmelementen (39,...) und den Drehzylinder (35) durchsetzenden Betätigungselementen zur Betätigung der Klemmelemente (39,...), wobei ein Betätigungselement wenigstens eine verschiebbar angeordnete Schubstange aufweist, welche durch ein Federelement oder dergleichen ohne Einwirkung äußerer Kräfte in einer Ruheposition gehalten ist und die Schubstange bei Betätigung durch ein Druckelement (44, 45) aus der Ruheposition in eine erste Richtung (F, G) parallel zu ihrer Hauptachse (15, 16) gegen die Kraft des Federelementes verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstange (10, 11) aus der Ruheposition (R) ebenfalls gegen die Kraft des Federelementes in eine zur ersten Richtung entgegengesetzte Richtung (-F, -G) verschiebbar ist.
