Claims (19)

  1. Dispositif de remplissage de récipients refermables, comme des bouteilles, des verres ou similaires, avec des produits liquides, pâteux ou en vrac, dispositif à partir duquel les récipients remplis peuvent être transportés, après leur fermeture, vers une station de collecte (15) pour récipients pleins,
       caractérisé par une station (21) de choix du récipient qui est reliée, par un dispositif de transport, à une station de remplissage (10) pour remplir les récipients avec des produits pouvant être choisis individuellement.
  2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la station (21) de choix du récipient comporte un dispositif (3) de contrôle du récipient pour contrôler et sélectionner le type du récipient et contrôler sa propeté, et un dispositif (7) de contrôle du récipient pour contrôler la qualité mécanique du récipient dont le type a été autorisé.
  3. Dispositif suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'à chacun des dispositifs de nettoyage de récipients (3, 7) est associé un récipient de réception (4, 9), destiné à des récipients à éliminer.
  4. Dispositif suivant la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'en aval du dispositif de nettoyage des récipients (7), est disposée une station de nettoyage (22) pour nettoyer aseptiquement le récipient destiné à être rempli.
  5. Dispositif suivant les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (20) présente une station (1) pour le choix de produit, qui comporte une sortie (2) fournissant des éléments justificatifs et qui est reliée à la station (21) de choix du récipient et à la station de remplissage (10).
  6. Dispositif suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la station de choix de produit (1) présente un clavier (23) pour le choix du produit et un affichage (24) pour guider l'utilisateur et lui fournir l'état des récipients vides introduits dans le dispositif (20).
  7. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la station de remplissage (10) est reliée, par des dispositions de conduites (18, 19), à au moins deux récipients de stockage (16, 17) destinés à emmagasiner des produits liquides, pâteux ou en vrac.
  8. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'en aval de la station de remplissage (10), est installé un dispositif de fermeture de récipients (14).
  9. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à la sortie du dispositif de transport, est disposée une station de collecte (15) pour les récipients remplis et fermés dans le dispositif (20).
  10. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'après la station (21) de choix du récipient, dans le sens de transport des récipients, est installée une station d'étiquetage (8) pour caractériser le récipient qui transite devant elle, étant entendu que les données d'étiquetage proviennent de la sortie (2) fournissant des donéées justificatives.
  11. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport est constitué d'au moins un convoyeur à bande.
  12. Dispositif suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que dispositif de transport est constitué de deux convoyeur à bande (6, 11), qui, après la station (21) de choix du récipient, dans le sens de transport des récipients, sont reliés entre eux au moyen d'un dispositif de transfert des récipients (13).
  13. Dispositif suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert des récipients (13) présente des dispositifs de transfert (12) qui peuvent être déplacés entre les bandes de transport (6, 11) et qui sont chacun associés à un embout de remplissage du dispositif de remplissage (25) d'un produit à emballer provenant de la station de remplissage (10).
  14. Dispositif suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de transfert (12) peuvent être actionnés hydrauliquement, pneumatiquement ou électriquement en fonction d'impulsions de commande de la station de choix de produit (1).
  15. Dispositif suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un siphon sec ou similaire est disposé dans au moins une disposition de conduites (19).
  16. Dispositif suivant la ràevendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une disposition de conduites (18, 19) est reliée, dans la zone de la station de remplissage (10), à un dispositif de remplissage d'acide carbonique.
  17. Dispositif suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la station de remplissage (10) est disposée entre les convoyeurs à bande (6, 11).
  18. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce qu'au dispositif (20), est associé un récipient de stockage pour des récipients vides capables d'assurer leur fonction.
  19. Dispositif suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les récipients de stockage (16, 17) présentent une poche élastique intérieure qui est remplie, sous pression, de produit liquide, pâteux, ou en vrac.
