Claims (5)
- Procédé pour revêtir superficiellement des fils à profil en Z, en particulier pour câbles entièrement clos, dans lequel un fil (1) est profilé et muni d'une couche anti-corrosion dans un bain de métal ou d'un alliage métallique, caractérisé en ce que le fil (1) est tout d'abord prélaminé, puis revêtu superficiellement, puis amené par profilage à son profil final.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise du "Galfan" (3) comme matériau de revêtement.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement superficiel est réalisé sur le fil machine.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le profilage du fil revêtu (1) est réalisé par laminage à froid.
- Utilisation d'un fil profilé à profil en Z réalisé suivant le procédé de l'une des revendications 1 à 4, pour la fabrication d'un câble entièrement clos.
