In Figur 1 ist die verkleidete Innenseite des fertig verkleideten doppelwandigen Tanks als Ausschnitt zu sehen. Auf den einwandigen Tank, der in Figur 1 nicht zu sehen ist, ist ein Flachprofil 2 aufgeschweißt, das mit gestrichelten Linien dargestellt ist. Dieses Flachprofil 2 verläuft auf einem Umfangskreis des Tanks und hat somit zwei Enden 3 und 4, die an einer Stelle aufeinander zu laufen. Die Länge der Flachprofile ist so bemessen, daß sich die Enden 3 und 4 der Flachprofile nicht berühren. Auf die Flachprofile sind Nockenbleche 5 und 6 so aufgeschweißt, daß die Nockenbleche 5 und 6 zwar jeweils das Flachprofile berühren aber nicht aufeinanderstoßen. Die Nockenbleche 5 und 6 haben gleichmäßig verteilte Nocken, die sich über das gesamte Nockenblech verteilen. An der Stelle, an der die Enden 3 und 4 des Flachprofils 2 aufeinander zulaufen und der Übergang von den Nockenblechen abgedeckt wird, entsteht ein Durchbruch 7 zwischen zwei Zwischenräumen, die einerseits zwischen Tank und Nockenblech 5 und andererseits zwischen Tank und Nockenblech 6 entstehen. Dieser Durchbruch 7 wird von einer Platte 8 abgedeckt, die im wesentlichen rechteckig ist und in ihrer Längserstreckung mit einer Vertiefung versehen ist, die besser in Figur 2 zu sehen ist. Diese Abdeckplatte 8 ist so auf die Nockenbleche 5 und 6 geschweißt, daß sie mit ihren seitlichen Rändern einerseits auf dem Nockenblech 5 und andererseits auf dem Nockenblech 6 aufliegt und im Bereich der Vertiefung mit den beiden Enden 3 und 4 des Flachprofils 2 verschweißt ist. Da die Abdeckplatte 8 jedoch die Tankwandung nicht berührt, entsteht zwischen der Tankwandung und der Abdeckplatte zwischen den Enden 3 und 4 des Flachprofils 2 ein Durchbruch.In Figure 1, the lined inside of the finished lined double-walled tank can be seen as a cutout. Bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens werden zuerst Flachprofile 2 durch die Öffnung 9 in den zu sanierenden Tank 1 eingebracht und auf beabstandeten Umfangskreisen an die Innenwandung des Tanks 1 angeschweißt. Dann wird die Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens in ihre Einzelteile zerlegt, so daß sie leicht durch die Öffnung 9 in den Tank zu bringen ist. Danach wird die Vorrichtung zusammengebaut und unter der Öffnung 9 im Tank aufgestellt. Die Schläuche 30 und 31 sind in diesem Verfahrensstadium noch drucklos. Über die um die Achse 25 drehbaren Räder 26 und 27 können die relativ großen Nockenbleche durch die Öffnung 9 sachte in den Tank 1 eingebracht werden. Genauer gesagt werden mit der Vorrichtung die Nockenbleche 5 der oberen und der unteren Mantelschale (32,33) in Achsrichtung an Ort und Stelle gebracht und nach oben gedreht. So wird beispielsweise das erste Nockenblech 5 durch die Öffnung 9 in den Tank eingeführt und kommt auf den drucklosen Schläuchen der Vorrichtung 20 zu liegen. Mittels der Vorrichtung 20 kann dieses Nockenblech 5 innerhalb des Tanks 1 so verschoben werden, daß die Seitenkanten 5a und 5b des Nockenbleches 5 auf den beabstandeten Flachprofilen 2 zu liegen kommen. Anschließend werden die Schläuche 30 und 31 mit Luft so weit aufgeblasen, daß das Nockenblech 5 fest an die Flachprofile 2 angepreßt wird. In diesem Verfahrensschritt ist es leicht, das Nockenblech 5 an die Flacheisen 2 anzuschweißen. Danach wird ein weiteres Nockenblech 6 auf die gleiche Weise in den Tank 1 eingeführt und neben dem ersten Nockenblech 5 mit einem geringen Abstand zum ersten Nockenblech 5 an das Flachprofil 2 angedrückt und anschließend verschweißt. In einem abschließenden Arbeitsgang werden Platten 8 auf die Durchlaßstellen 7 aufgebracht und verschweißt, so daß das im Tank 1 befindliche Produkt nur mit den neuen in den Tank 1 eingebrachten Blechen und Profilen in Verbindung kommt. Die Bodenteile 10,11,12 des Innentanks werden ebenso als Einzelteile in den Tank 1 eingebracht und auf herkömmliche Weise miteinander und mit den Zargenteilen verschweißt. Abschließend kann der Hohlraum zwischen dem mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestellten inneren Tank und dem zu sanierenden äußeren Tank 1 mit einem Leckschutzgerät versehen werden, das jegliche Undichtigkeit im doppelwandigen Tank feststellen und melden kann.When carrying out the method according to the invention, flat profiles 2 are first introduced through the opening 9 into the tank 1 to be renovated and welded onto the inner wall of the tank 1 on spaced circumferential circles.
