Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen eines Überschnitts beim Auffahren von Strecken, Tunneln od. dgl. mit einer Vortriebsmaschine, die einen drehend antreibbaren und in Vortriebsrichtung bewegbaren Arbeitskopf mit Werkzeugen zum Ausarbeiten eines kreisförmigen Querschnitts aufweist und die mit einer Verspanneinrichtung und einer Vorschub- und/oder Nachsetzvorrichtung ausgestattet sein kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein verstellbares Werkzeug für die Erzeugung des Überschnitts gesteuert von innen nach außen und von außen nach innen verlagert wird und daß bei der Erzeugung des Überschnitts nach dem Hinterschneidprinzip gearbeitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Arbeitskopf während der Erzeugung des Überschnitts außer der Drehung eine Vorschubbewegung erteilt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Arbeitskopf während der Erzeugung des Überschnitts eine Drehung ohne Bewegung in Vortriebsrichtung erteilt wird.
- Arbeitskopf, der drehend antreibbar und mit Werkzeugen zum Ausarbeiten eines kreisförmigen Querschnitts versehen ist für eine Maschine zum Vortreiben von Strekken, Tunneln od. dgl., insbesondere eine Maschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arbeitskopf wenigstens ein gesteuert von innen nach außen und von außen nach innen bewegbares Werkzeug zum Erzeugen eines Überschnitts aufweist und das bewegbare Werkzeug (15) eine hinterschneidend arbeitende Schneidrolle ist.
- Arbeitskopf nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Halter (21) für die Schneidrolle (15) am Arbeitskopf (1) mittels steuerbaren Antriebs (22a, 22b, 23) radial verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- Arbeitskopf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschiebeantrieb (22a, 22b, 23) in Verschieberichtung der Schneidrolle (15) angeordnet ist.
- Arbeitskopf nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Halter (31; 41) für die Schneidrolle (15) mittels steuerbaren Antriebs (35, 36; 45, 46) um eine am Arbeitskopf (1) befindliche Achse (33; 43) schwenkbar ist.
- Arbeitskopf nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (33) im vorderen Bereich (1a) des Arbeitskopfes (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Arbeitskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (31) mit der Schneidrolle (15) in Richtung auf die Vorderseite des Arbeitskopfes (1) hin bzw. die Ortsbrust (B) hin schwenkbar ist.
- Arbeitskopf nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (43) im hinteren Bereich (1b) des Arbeitskopfes (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Arbeitskopf nach einem der Ansprüche 7, 8 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (41) mit der Schneidrolle (15) in Richtung von der Vorderseite des Arbeitskopfes (1) weg bzw. von der Ortsbrust (B) weg schwenkbar ist.
