- FIG. 3 is a front view of the lamp holder alone, showing the operating arm and the centering means of the lamp.
- Figure 4 is a rear view of the same lamp holder mounted on the reflector, the solid line drawing corresponding to the final mounting position of the lamp holder and the line drawing corresponding to the insertion position of this lamp holder in the notch of the projector.
- FIG. 5 is a rear view of the reflector alone, in the region of the central opening, showing in particular the bearing faces receiving the lamp and the lamp holder.

- the lamp holder and lamp assembly is intended to be mounted in a central opening 5 formed in the axis of the reflector, for example in the axis of the paraboloid in the most common case of a reflector spotlight parabolic.
- the lamp holder is introduced by a notch 6 formed from the opening 5 and which extends approximately for example along the intersection of the reflector surface with a vertical or slightly inclined radial plane.
- a slight inclination ⁇ (figure 4) of the order of 9 °, but without any character limiting.
- the notch 6 is blind; it extends towards axial towards the front of the projector over a length approximately corresponding to the length of the lamp 4. This dimension actually depends on considerations practical and we will understand that, if we have a slight clearance in the rear part of the reflector, one can foresee a shorter notch in direction axial.
- the notch 6 allows the insertion of the lamp essentially by a vertical translational movement of descent (arrow 7 in Figure 1) followed, after setting place the assembly at the back of the projector, with a movement rotation (arrow 8) over a fraction of a turn, to lock the lamp holder in place in the opening 5.
- the lamp holder 3 essentially comprises a body lamp holder 9 receiving the lamp in a itself known (for example by plugging in contacts, as can be seen in the section in Figure 2) and provided at the rear with electrical connection means to the lamp, which can either be a connector plug-in either, as shown at 10 in FIG. 1, lead wires overmolded with the body of the lamp holder and directly from a bundle of cables.
- the lamp holder 3 has a flange 11 which will further explain the role as well as a rod or arm elongated maneuver 12 allowing the user to perform the rotational movement (of arrow 8) when the lamp holder is placed in the opening 5 of the reflector 2, and this despite the low clearance at the back of the reflector.
- the collar 11 has an approximately circular shape and flat and comes to slip between, on the one hand, the rear side of reflector 2 at the periphery of the opening 5 and, on the other hand, a retaining part 13 (FIG. 2 and 4) which is preferably a metallic insert attached to the projector at 14 ( Figures 2 and 5) at screw means 15.
- the retaining piece 13 has surfaces 16 ( Figure 4) holding region 17 of the collar 11 pinch between this surface 16 and the rear face facing the reflector, around the opening 5. This prevents axial movement of the lamp holder, while authorizing its introduction from above then its pivot around the central axis; in other words, the retaining piece 13 acts like a receptacle for the lamp holder, this being guided radially and axially inside this receptacle by the collar.
- the retaining piece 13 also advantageously comprises elastic blades 18, for example the number of three ( Figure 2 and 4), which come to stress axially a surface facing 19 of the lamp.
- the disassembly of the lamp is done by the operation exactly opposite: pivoting of the lamp holder up to bring the arm into a substantially vertical position, then lifting it by passing through the reflector to the lamp by the notch 6.

Description
The invention relates to a lamp holder for a projector. or fire, especially for a motor vehicle.
In the following description, we will refer to convenience to the application to a projector, but this one is in no way limiting insofar as, as we will understand, the invention is not related to the function of the lighting element and can therefore be implemented in very varied applications.
The invention is particularly applicable to the case projectors located in a location such that it remains in the posterior part of the reflector that a very low clearance for removal and replacement of the projector lamp. This configuration is meets more and more often in vehicles modern, where we very compactly have the different components in the engine compartment.
Due to this low clearance, a change of lamp becomes very delicate, with correlative risks letting the lamp escape during assembly, fix it, etc.
- increased bulk up
- complexity of the associated mechanical structure
- and probably, optical defects due to the realization of the reflector in two parts.
We also know from
However, this document in no way resolves the rear accessibility problem, and even poses a additional problem of accessibility from above projector.
dans la revendication 1.The invention proposes to remedy the difficulty
above by providing a headlamp or light as defined
in
Des aspects préférés du projecteur ou feu selon l'invention sont définis dans les revendications dépendantes 2 à 5.Preferred aspects of the projector or fire according to the invention are defined in the claims dependent 2 to 5.
Other features and benefits of the invention will appear on reading the description following detailed example of an embodiment, made in reference to the accompanying drawings.
La figure 1 est un dessin schématique, vue de trois-quarts arrière, d'un ensemble réflecteur, porte-lampe et lampe selon l'invention, montrant la manière dont le porte-lampe est introduit dans le réflecteur et monté sur celui-ci.Figure 1 is a schematic drawing, seen from rear three-quarter, reflector, bulb holder and lamp according to the invention, showing the way the lamp holder of which is inserted into the reflector and mounted on it.
Figure 2 is a sectional elevation, along the broken line II-II of Figure 4, of the lamp holder assembly and lamp placed in the reflector, in the position final assembly.
Figure 4 is a rear view of the same lamp holder mounted on the reflector, the solid line drawing corresponding to the final mounting position of the lamp holder and the line drawing corresponding to the insertion position of this lamp holder in the notch of the projector.
La figure 5 est une vue arrière du réflecteur seul, dans la région de l'ouverture centrale, montrant notamment les faces d'appui recevant la lampe et le porte-lampe.FIG. 5 is a rear view of the reflector alone, in the region of the central opening, showing in particular the bearing faces receiving the lamp and the lamp holder.
In Figure 1, there is shown schematically the
headlamp configured according to the invention, designated so
general by the
parabolique. The lamp holder and lamp assembly is intended to be
mounted in a
limitatif.Characteristically of the invention, the lamp holder
is introduced by a
axiale.The
5.The
The
The
moyens de vis 15.The
The
des lames élastiques 18.The
de la pièce 13.Final locking of the arm in position is achieved
by means of a boss 24 (FIGS. 3 and 4) secured to the
lamp holder and which cooperates with a homologous elastic blade
25 (Figure 4) which can be for example an extension
from
partie arrondie de la lame élastique 25.To achieve this locking, after having descended
the lamp and lamp holder assembly approximately vertically
until positioning the
à la lampe par l'encoche 6.The disassembly of the lamp is done by the operation
exactly opposite: pivoting of the lamp holder up to
bring the arm into a substantially vertical position, then
lifting it by passing through the reflector
to the lamp by the
