Description

Stand der TechnikState of the art

The invention relates to a device for electrical connection according to the preamble of claim 1. At a through DE-A1-42 03 133 known device for electrical Two electrical connection conductors must be connected to the one to be connected electrical device two connecting bolts that with Screw threads are provided. The connecting conductors each lead to a connection molding that has an elongated eyelet has, whose center line follows a circular path. The connection molded parts lie opposite each other so that the eyelets are related to each other to a geometric center between the connection bolts, face each other diametrically. The connection molded parts are held together by a web in such a way that the Molded parts with an extension piece following the connecting conductor lie parallel to each other. To make the connection the eyelets of the molded parts are put over the connecting bolts, where the angle at which the lead to the electrical Device run, changed within the length of the eyelets and then by fixing with fastening screws a fixed contact is made with the electrical device becomes. With the help of such a device, small changes in position the connecting lead to the electrical device is made become. This is to ensure that cable lengths are shorter can be held.

The known device has the disadvantage that two connection bolts must be present, on which the Lead wire must be fixed, the disadvantage that however, the situation only changes within a narrowly limited framework the connecting conductor is possible, which is due to the possibilities of Attachment of eyelets in the form of pitch circle recesses achieved becomes. The assembly effort is high.

Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention

The device according to the invention with the characteristic features of claim 1 has the advantage that in any angular position in a itself on the mounting pin adjacent radial plane the connecting conductor from can discharge electrical device. It is more advantageous Only a single mounting pin is provided.

In an advantageous development according to claim 2, the selected angular positions are safely maintained by positive locking become. By appropriately subdividing the recurring Forming the form-fitting surfaces can be done in the smallest angle steps an exact assignment of the connection conductors to the electrical Device. Such connections are particularly suitable for rough operation in the motor vehicle, e.g. B. in the manufacture of an electrical Connection to a solenoid valve in a fuel injection pump.

Beschreibung des AusführungsbeispielsDescription of the embodiment

In Figure 1 is a section through the electrical according to the invention Device played. On an end face of an electrical Device, e.g. B. a solenoid valve, a closure part 1 is provided, that closes the solenoid valve housing 2, the edge of which 3 is flanged onto a shoulder of the closure part, so that this is held firmly in the solenoid valve housing. In this closure part made of insulating material is a mounting pin 5 with a Injected foot 6 with anchoring profile on its peripheral surface, this foot 6 has a largest diameter, on which there is a cylindrical part 7 with a smaller diameter connects, in part from the extrusion coating of the closure part protrudes towards the outside. This cylindrical part forms one axially directed housing-fixed shoulder 8, which in the end with an externally threaded fastening pin 5 transforms. Through the closure part are also in 10th bores one connection each 11, 12, e.g. the solenoid of the solenoid valve, guided axially outwards, of which one terminal 11 via a clamp or weld connection with a first connection element 14 and the other terminal 12 accordingly with a second Connection element 15 is contacted. These connectors are ring-shaped and with their inner bore 16 or 17 pushed over the mounting pin. The first connector 14 lies directly on the shoulder 8 as a level Ring on. It is followed by an annular intermediate piece 18 Insulating material and then the annular part of the second connection element 15, the face on the annular intermediate piece comes to the plant and by not shown Stops at a radial distance from the mounting pins is held.

To connect ports 11 and 12 to the power supply, a connector 20 is also provided in the first lead 21 and a second lead 22 with their ends are injected. A first is also injected Contacting extension 24 of a first connection contact 26 and a second contact extension 27 of a second connection contact 28. The contacting processes stand out from an annular Part of the respective contact from, the outer edges 29 of these annular parts also still in the connector can be injected. The ring-shaped parts protrude within two adjacent radial planes into an axial one Recess 30 of the connector and are from each other separated by an insulating part 31. This is radial with its inwardly facing end surface 32 on the mounting pin and also serves as a first guide for the connection element 20 on the mounting pin 5. The inner diameter of the annular Parts of the contacts 26 and 28 is larger than that Diameter of the mounting pin and the inside diameter of the End face 32 of the insulating part, so that it is ensured that the contacts are not in contact with the electrical conductive material produced mounting pin 5 come.

By an axially screwed onto the mounting pin Screw part 34, the nut in the example shown electrically conductive material, will be the first on the one hand Connection contact together with the second connection contact to the system brought to the second connection element 15, which in turn the first connection element 14 for fixed contacting system is held on the shoulder 8. The screw part has one on the second connection contact 28 face 33 those for better contacting and also for self-assurance can be corrugated. Thus, the second attack leader 22 via second connection contact 28, the screw part 34, the mounting pin 5 and the first connection element 14 connected to the terminal 11 and the first connecting conductor 21st connected to the connection 12 via the second connection element 15.

The connecting part 20 also has a cross-over the closure part ring-shaped wall 37 on the inside Form-locking surfaces with in the axial direction of the fastening bolt extending profile 38. This profile can be interlocking be with circumferential flanks, what serration in a corresponding counter-toothing 39 on the outer circumference of the closure part engages. With these interlocking surfaces 38 or 39 with a profile progressing regularly in the circumferential direction can now the connector in a very fine division different rotary positions attached to the closure part be and thus in the circumferential direction of rotation in a certain desired Rotational position can be fixed. After this attachment the screw part 34 is then screwed on after at the plugging process of the connector, the contacts and Connection elements were threaded. After the connector is fixed by screwing with the screw 34 the axial recess through a stopper 40, which in the Recess pressed in, glued in or screwed in can be closed. This way the outgoing Connection conductor in a desired angular position to the solenoid valve housing be dissipated. It is done in a simple manner the attachment of the connector with a simple screwing the contacting of both connection conductors with the connections of the solenoid valve, which greatly simplifies assembly and also allows automatic assembly.

Man erkennt hier die V-förmige Zusammenführung der Anschlußleiter zu einem gemeinsam ummantelten Kabel 43, das zwischen Einspritzleitungen 44 abführt.FIG. 2 is a top view of a distributor injection pump 41 with solenoid valve 42 screwed on connector 20 shown. The V-shaped merging can be seen here the connecting conductor to a jointly sheathed cable 43, the dissipates between injection lines 44.
