Abstract

An arm bearing for an awning has at least one support block, at least one bearing block arranged to swivel about a first rotation axle into a drop-out position, and an arm rotatable about a second rotation axle transversely to said first rotation axle. A threaded coupling rod couples the support block and the bearing block for tilting movement of the bearing block. An adjustable nut is coupled to the threaded coupling rod for limiting the tilting movement of the bearing block within variable limits. At least one lock is coupled to the arm and is transversely displaceable to the threaded coupling rod for locking engagement with the adjusting nut. The adjusting nut has at least one recess or projection arranged approximately radially with respect to the threaded coupling rod for locking engagement with the lock. An eccentric cam is rigidly connected to the arm for positively controlling displacement of the lock.

The figures are described coherently, the same Reference symbols mean identical components; similar components bear the same reference numerals with different Indices.

A profile mounting tube 1 carries over sliding blocks 17 and Screws 16 a two-part support bracket 2 (2a, 2b; in 1 shows only part 2a.) The support frame 2 is on a groove 26 on its underside, which is additionally through Engagement of a spring 27 is supported by the mounting tube 1. This training is preferred, but not mandatory. she is used, among other things, to prevent the trestle from rotating.

The support bracket 2 receives an axis 13 on which a fork or U-shaped bearing block 4 with its two fork tines 4a and 4b is pivotally mounted. Between the tines 4a u. 4b or leg 21 is still a spring clip 12 arranged to prevent rotation of an adjusting nut 9 serves. The spring clip 12 could also by other components to be replaced; the pedestal does not have to be be fork-shaped. Support bracket 2 and bracket 4 could also be reversed so that the trestle is fork-shaped.

In its upper area, the bearing block 4 has one Recess 22, which serves to receive the adjusting nut 9, if this is pivoted against the bearing block 4, or vice versa. The bearing block is in the area of the recess 22 4 pierced twice. On the one hand, a coupling rod extends through it 5, which carries the lock nut 9, serves the other a side hole for receiving a pin-shaped Latch 15, which is locked with the adjusting nut 9 can be brought, since this is a corresponding has lateral bore.

The coupling rod 5 is provided with a thread 8 and on its end facing away from the adjusting nut 9 with one Transmission 18 (in particular with a gear transmission) connected, the remote adjustment of the thread 8 and thus the relative position of the adjusting nut 9 to the transmission 18 allowed. This configuration is only preferred because instead of the gearbox, which is of course also on Mounting tube is held, even just one Hinge bearing point for the coupling rod may be provided can, whereby remote adjustment is not possible. In such a case, one indicated in FIG. 1 is used Screw slot adjusting the thread 8 in the Mother 9

When opening the awning, the pedestal 4 folds forward, until the adjusting nut 9 stops moving. At the bearing block 4 an articulated arm 20 is pivotally mounted on the side also folds forward when opening the awning. Of the Articulated arm 20 is with a curve control or Control disc 7 connected, which engages in the bolt 15. The control curve is designed so that when complete unfolded arm 20 the latch in its locked Position is pushed. So the adjusting nut 9 in Bearing block 4 locked. The latter is thus in one rigid distance to the gear 18 and thus to the mounting tube 1 set. Any unwanted flipping up the awning, e.g. due to a gust of wind reliably avoided. Since the recess 22 fits perfectly can be carried out, the mother is also secured against rotation and tight with little play.

Fig.2 und 3 zeigen den Verriegelungsmechanismus deutlicher. Fig. 2 and 3 show the locking mechanism more clear. The control cam 6 is punched Control disc 7 formed in the manner of a Washer on the axis 14 between the articulated arm 20 and the bearing block 4, but non-rotatably with the articulated arm 20 connected, arranged. The curve 6 engages in one Corresponding groove 10 on the bolt 15 and is thus capable this laterally into the recess 3 of the adjusting nut 9 move. Accordingly, curve 6 is at edge 11 educated. This solution is particularly small. A special latch formation is shown in Fig.5. Of the Latch 15a is there not as a pin but as a sleeve conical bore formed with an opposite Protrusion 23a cooperates on the adjusting nut 9; the Coupling rod 5 is only hinted at. With this design is the security of the connection between bolt 15a and Mother 9c increased. Of course, there are also technical ones Reversal solutions possible within the scope of the invention. In which The object of Figure 5 acts on the bolt 15a Drilling.
