Definitions
- the invention relates to a tubular film bag for receiving hygiene articles, in particular stacked cotton pads according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for its production.
- a very fundamental problem also lies in the fact that the contents of the bag can become dirty over time through the entry of foreign bodies or dust through the removal opening.
- the object of the invention is to develop such a tubular film bag in such a way that reliable protection of the bag contents from soiling is ensured. At the same time, this further development should not significantly increase the manufacturing effort, since such tubular film bags are pronounced mass products.
- a cover flap for covering the removal opening is provided in the tubular film bag, which is attached in one piece to the bag side wall and / or the bag end wall.
- a cover flap for covering the removal opening is provided in the tubular film bag, which is attached in one piece to the bag side wall and / or the bag end wall.
- it can be releasably connected to the tubular bag in the area of its flap surface, which can be done, for example, by means of a pressure-sensitive adhesive point (claim 6) or a double-sided adhesive label which is attached to the cover flap or to the tubular bag in the form of a sprayed-on, pressure-sensitive adhesive can be.
- the removal opening can be closed again at any time, thereby preventing the hygiene articles from becoming dirty due to the entry of dust, moisture or the like into the interior of the bag and preventing them from accidentally falling out.
- the tubular film bag is particularly easy to produce, since no separate film cut has to be made for the cover flap.
- a tubular film bag serves to hold stacked, circular cotton pads 1.
- the tubular film bag has a bag side wall 2 which forms a cylindrical bag shape and consists of two side wall parts 5, 6 connected by weld seams 3, 4 is composed. At the upper end, the two side wall parts 5, 6 are connected to one another by a transverse weld 7, wherein Below this weld 7, a hanging cord 8 is pulled through the side wall parts 5, 6 and knotted at both ends (node 9).
- the two side wall parts 5, 6 merge in one piece into a bottom wall 11 arranged on the end face, which is also welded in the area of the two weld seams 3, 4 and thereby forms the two side gussets 12, 13.
- a cover flap 14 is provided in the middle between the two weld seams 3, 4 and consists of two film layers 15, 16 lying congruently one above the other. The latter continue in one piece from the side wall part 5 and on the other hand in one piece from the bottom wall 11.
- the width b of this cover flap 14 corresponds approximately to half the diameter d of the tubular film bag.
- Their length 1 corresponds approximately to 1.5 times the diameter d, so that the cover flap 14 can be pulled over the bottom 10 of the tubular film bag onto the opposite side wall part 6 in accordance with the arrow 17 and can be detached from a pressure-sensitive adhesive using a pressure-sensitive adhesive point 18 sprayed there the tubular film bag is connectable.
- a double-sided adhesive label 18 ' can also be used, which is applied as a so-called transfer label during the manufacture of the tubular film bag in front of the free end of the cover flap 14.
- the achievable adhesive strengths of the adhesive coatings on both sides of the label 18 ' are set such that the adhesive strength of the coating on the cover flap side is only about one fifth of the adhesive strength of the coating on the other side. This means that when the cover flap 14 is pushed around on the opposite side wall part 6, analogous to arrow 17 and the label 18 'is pressed onto this side wall part 6, when the cover flap 14 is subsequently pulled off for opening, the label 18' detaches from the cover flap 14 and on the side wall part 6 remains. There it serves to repeatedly fix the cover flap 14 in its closed state.
- the two film layers 15, 16 are connected to one another by a weld seam 19 (shown in broken lines in FIG. 1), so that the one between the two film layers 15, 16 existing space is not accessible for cotton pads 1 or fluff, dust or the like.
- the cover flap 14 is provided with an embossing reinforcement 20, which forms a grip part for gripping the cover flap 14.
- the removal opening 21 can be covered, which can be created by removing the area in the bottom wall 11 delimited by the oval perforation 22.
- a further double-sided adhesive label 18 ′′ is located in the center of this area, the adhesive coatings of which on both sides achieve the same adhesive strength formed between the area of the bottom wall delimited by the perforation 22 and the cover flap 14, which leads to the said automatic tearing open of the removal opening 21.
- the perforation 22 points to the area facing away from the cover flap 14 on the bag Has a continuous slot 22 ', the length of which is approximately 1 to 2 cm. From the ends of the slot, when the cover flap 14 is pulled off for the first time, the tear-open process along the perforation 22 begins.
- the slot 22' also assists in venting the bag when filling W attepads 1, as the slot 22 'opens and the air can escape. The tamper-evident opening can only be torn open by the consumer.
- the film web 23 is then turned over from one side in order to form two film layers 24, 25 lying one above the other. Due to the cover from one side, the two layers of film 24, 25 are through on the edges a cover edge 26 extending in the pull-off direction A is connected (FIG. 3B).
- a pressure-sensitive adhesive point 18 made of a pressure-sensitive adhesive is sprayed on at a corresponding point in the upper film layer 24.
- This foil layer arrangement is then folded in asymmetrically from the cover edge 26, a short, inwardly directed bottom wall fold 27 and a longer flap fold 28 running between this and the lower foil layer 25 being formed (FIG. 3C).
- the bottom wall fold 27 has an inner fold edge 29 running parallel to the pull-off direction A.
- the upper film layer 24 is delimited by the folding edge 30 which also extends to the pull-off direction A.
- the tab fold 28 has a fold edge 31 on the edge and forms the above-mentioned film layers 15, 16 of the cover tab 14.
- the film tubular bag shown in the flat state in FIG. 4 is formed from the film layer arrangement according to FIG. 3C by a suitable separation welding tool.
- This separation welding tool separately welds the two film layers 24, 25 of the film web 23 to form the straight weld seams 3.4 which run transversely to the withdrawal direction A and which connect the two side wall parts 5, 6 formed from the film layers 24, 25.
- the weld seams 3, 4 extend to just above the fold edge 30 between the upper film layer 24 and the bottom wall fold 27.
- the bottom wall fold 27 is also included in the area of the two weld seams 3, 4, whereby the two gussets 12, 13 are formed.
- the separating welding tool continues in such a way that separating welding seam sections 33, 34 extending in the withdrawal direction A and a welding seam section 35 connecting them and defining the outline shape of the cover flap 14 are formed.
- the weld seam 19, which connects the two film layers 15, 16 of the cover flap 14, is placed between the two mutually facing ends of the weld seam sections 33, 34.
- the separating welding seam sections 33, 34 and the welding seam 19 lie a short distance laterally next to the folded edge 30, so that the welding tool can easily attack. However, it should be noted that by a Raising the folded edge 30, the weld seam 19 and the two weld seam sections 33, 34 can also be applied in alignment with this folded edge 30.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a tubular film bag for receiving hygiene articles, in particular stacked cotton pads according to the preamble of
The problem with such generic tubular film bags is that the hygiene articles can emerge from the removal opening in an uncontrolled manner, since the latter is generally arranged in the end wall of the bag forming the bottom of the tubular film bag. The reason for this is that a hanging device in the form of a cord is provided at the upper end of the tubular film bag, so that the tubular film bag can be suspended as a kind of dispenser and the cotton pads, for example, located therein can be successively removed from the removal opening below.
A very fundamental problem also lies in the fact that the contents of the bag can become dirty over time through the entry of foreign bodies or dust through the removal opening.
Starting from the described disadvantage of the tubular film bag according to the prior art, the object of the invention is to develop such a tubular film bag in such a way that reliable protection of the bag contents from soiling is ensured. At the same time, this further development should not significantly increase the manufacturing effort, since such tubular film bags are pronounced mass products.
This object is achieved in terms of product technology by the features specified in the characterizing part of
Due to this cover flap, the removal opening can be closed again at any time, thereby preventing the hygiene articles from becoming dirty due to the entry of dust, moisture or the like into the interior of the bag and preventing them from accidentally falling out.
Due to the one-piece design of the cover flap with the tubular film bag, as is procedurally indicated in the characterizing part of
As is clear from FIGS. 1 and 2, a tubular film bag according to the invention serves to hold stacked,
At the
Instead of the sprayed-on pressure-sensitive
In the attachment area of the
At its free end, the
By means of the
The method according to the invention for producing the tubular film bag is to be explained with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.
After the
Simultaneously with the separating welding process by means of the separating welding tool (not shown in more detail), the
The separating
